Reliable AC and Wi-Fi. Free breakfast included. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hot shower not guaranteed.

It was a great choice to stay in this hotel. The workers are very polite, the rooms are clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is very good - in the centre of the city. 5 minutes on foot to reach the mall. Plenty shops, food and so on. One thing is terrible is too much garbage on the ground in the streets.

The hotel is well-located. Air-conditioning working properly at Van Gogh room, at a right temperature. The catering service was excellent, every problem was neatly and readily addressed. I didn't stay overnight in the hotel, but asked the price at the front desk, and overpriced they weren't. Just the fair for the right location and amenities.

Old building. Seems renovated to a hotel. Small bathroom. Window sight was anothet building very close to the hotel.

I am studying MBA, so the classes is being there. A nice place, But due a lot of traffic and parking lot is a little bit complicated.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. Broken bed and very old style furniture and bathroom and room. Food is not good. Staff are friendly.

Lobby is beautiful. Easy to walk to La Vaca Negra restaurant (fantastic) and the Manaura mall. Easy Uber or taxi ride to airport. Our first room was hot and not clean, so we went back to get a different one. The second room didn't have a king bed or safe. On the 3rd try, the air conditioning worked well, we had a king bed and the room was clean. We shared a towel. Safe didn't work. Sheets only on bed. No blankets (but it is warm). Water in shower would not get warm in the evening. In the morning it was lukewarm if you just turned on the hot. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very good. Friend got one treadmill to work. This hotel was very classy at one time.
