RECUSOU

desligou

celular.
Tive
que
pegar
transporte
por
conta
própria
pra
chegar
ao
hotel.
Quando
chego
no
hotel,
isso
já
quase
3
da
manhã,
o
recepcionista
me
atende
com
cada
de
poucos
amigos
e
muito
descortês,
como
se
eu
tivesse
ali
pedindo
favor.
Entro
no
quarto,
e
pra
ser
sincero,
o
quarto
não
era
lá
essas
coisas,
olha
que
não
costumo
ser
exigente.
Na
entrada
para
o
banheiro
tem
uma
porr@
de
um
batente
que
parece
mais
um
degrau,
quase
cai
e
bati
a
cabeça
no
vaso
sanitário.
No
outro
dia
fui
na
recepção
tentar
o
reembolso
do
transporte
que
o
gerente
me
cobrou
mas
não
cumpriu
o
trato,
e
simplesmente
NINGUÉM
conseguiu
resolver
e
ficou
jogando
a
responsabilidade
para
o
outro.
Até
que
uma
recepcionista
tentou
contato
com
esse
gerente
e
o
mesmo
não
quis
devolver
os
R$80,00
e
falou
pra
ir
consumindo
no
hotel.
O
problema
era
que
toda
vez
que
eu
ia
pegar
qualquer
coisa
era
uma
burocracia,
até
uma
água
sem
gás
tinha
que
ligar
para
o
papa
pra
confirmar.
Eu
ia
no
restaurante
do
hotel
e
falavam
que
tinha
quer
ver
primeiro
na
recepção,
voltava
na
recepção
e
falavam
que
não
era
com
eles
que
tinha
que
ser
no
restaurante
[whatss???].
A
comida
do
hotel
também
não
era
muito
boa
(pra
não
falar
péssima).
Até
que
tive
a
oportunidade
de
encontrar
o
gerente
pessoalmente,
e
com
a
cara
mais
cínica
falou
que
ligou
para
o
motorista
mas
que
depois
perdeu
contato
e
não
estava
conseguindo
falar
com
ele.
O
cara
não
tem
a
hombridade
de
assumir
que
desligou
o
celular
pra
eu
me
virar
na
chegada
ao
hotel.
No
final
das
contas
fiquei
no
prejuízo,
porque
nessas
3
diárias
não
consumi
nem
metade
dos
80,00,
até
porque
no
domingo
a
cozinha
não
funcionava
(isso
ele
não
falou),
e
tive
a
pior
experiência
dentre
os
hotéis
que
me
hospedei
no
Brasil.
Sugiro
que
repensem
a
possibilidade
de
estadia
nesse
hotel,
e
não
pague
nada
adiantado.
