The staff is very friendly, polite and very professional and for this reason the service is excellent. The environment is very peaceful, clean and airy. All rooms have air conditioning and TV with pay channels. The room is spacious, organized, for me the mattress was very comfortable and the bathroom and bedroom are cleaned daily with towel changes. The internet signal is very good, there is a very spacious table in the room that can serve as a dining table and office at the same time. The acoustics of the room are very good, there is parking available for around 10 cars. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood and this was very positive although commerce is not that strong there. There is currently no breakfast available but I was aware of this information. There is dinner service included, but it is outsourced. I ordered and liked the food and the price was fair. I recommend the place!

Wi-Fi needs to be improved, the room is a little bright in the morning and needs to be fitted with a stronger curtain, but everything is new and clean.

Despite the inconsistency with the air conditioning, they moved us to another room and everything went well.

Breakfast with little variety. The reason for such a low rating is that 3 years ago I stayed at the hotel, the expected length of stay was 15 days, 2 days before finishing my stay I paid the 15 days by debit, but the next day I had an unforeseen event and I had I had to leave a day before, I talked about it and a refund was agreed, but they said they didn't have the money at the time and that they would deposit it, there was no way to wait, it was either accept it or miss the flight. It ended up that I never received the money, I called several times in the following weeks, but after hearing that it was me, they always hung up.

Weak location. There is no breakfast, although the rooms and environments seem fine, it's just a facade, a leaking bathroom, broken taps and an attendant with no idea about hotels. To give you an idea, they gave a sheet to serve as a bath towel as they didn't have enough. The blanket smelled like perfume from other guests. I do not recommend.

In place but closed at the moment

Nice place. The rooms are very comfortable and with very up-to-date decor. A mix of inn and hotel. Located in Japiim, which is close to the industrial district. Good breakfast.

The place has potential, what is missing in my opinion is management, so that upon arrival of each guest the rooms are ready (air conditioning working, cleaning) so that there is no need to change them.
