The Ajuricaba condominium operates in the old and noble Hotel Amazonas, at a time when many things operated in the city of Manaus. As the Hotel ceased to exist, the building was divided and sold in parts. Many rooms have become kitnets and are rented out on a seasonal basis. For those who come to visit Manaus for a period longer than 5 days, it is interesting to rent as the prices are quite low compared to local hotels. Not everyone is the same. Some are more comfortable than others. Each one reflects its owner.

The place is very good, a mix of commercial and residential building, it is under renovation, but it seems to be safe. Excellent location in the city center of Manaus, it is close to several tourist attractions and close to the floating port from which several boats leave for the interior of the Amazon.

This condominium is a good point of reference... it is in the Center of Manaus-AM... around it there are many shops and you can find everything... it is close to Porto and the municipal fair... and much more.

Building being transformed from hotel to residential. Still a lot of work, but interesting due to its location. The apartments allow good renovation for those who don't require a lot of space.

Old and ancient place. Very deteriorated elevators with visible wiring and piping in addition to the smell of morpho.

Location: Very Good. Service: Very Good. Room Structure: Small but very good. View from the Balcony: Direct to the River. Room/Apartment: Has facilities for cooking. The negative points are: Building structure: Old and does not smell good. Noise: However, due to the location in the City Center, it is normal. The amount charged for having pets inside, I don't think there should be an extra charge.

I'm staying at one of the suites. It's clean. There is safe box, iron and pressing table, balcony with a view of river, two set of table with chairs, a double bed, a sofa that can be turned into a bed, A/C, fan, flat tv, wifi, music player, a kitchen with full set of tools including mixer, microwave, refrigerator and more. It also has its own private bathroom and shower.
