I
appreciate
trading
conditions
are
difficult
but
Matalan
have
had
12
months
to
sort
out
their
online
retail.
I
purchased
a
pair
of
Jeans.
30
waist/30
leg
and
paid
for
postage.
2
days
later
I
purchased
another
item
elsewhere
with
free
postage
which
arrived
within
2
days
using
the
same
courier
service
Matalan
use,
Hermes.
I
emailed
customer
service
(as
their
phone
lines
are
switched
off)
to
ask
why
I
was
paying
for
postage
and
not
getting
my
goods
on
time.
5
days
later
received
my
jeans.
The
label
on
the
front
of
my
parcel
stated
30
waist
30
leg.
So
I
was
shocked
to
open
the
parcel
and
find
a
pair
of
40/30.
The
label
on
the
jeans
clearly
states
40
waist/30
leg.
I
couldn't
believe
it
when
I
called
customer
services
and
would
have
to
pay
for
returning
the
jeans
though
it
was
their
error.
on
reply
the
advisor
said
I
would
have
to
wait
till
stores
open
and
take
the
matter
up
with
them.
Shocking
customer
service.

This
time
using
click
and
collect,
what
could
go
wrong?

ordered

collection

days
later
at
store.
A
week
later
i
received
an
email
to
say
they
had
been
dispatched
and
to
await
a
collection
email.
Days
later
i
emailed
customer
services
to
say
no
email
since,
and
the
money
had
been
taken
out
of
my
account.
They
told
me
deliveries
could
take
upto
14
days.
14
days
later
i
called
customer
services
who
advised
a
credit
would
be
provided
5-7
working
days.I
suspected
they
didnt
have
stock
but
my
shirts
are
still
for
sale
in
my
size
online
but
they
couldnt
provide
an
answer
why
I
wasnt
able
to
collect
from
store.
As
the
high
street
shuts
down
so
will
they.
