I have now had 3 treatments here (a pregnancy massage and 2 Swedish back massages) and they were all absolutely amazing! Jo the owner is so lovely and welcoming and her knowledge and experience of massage treatment as a whole is very evident. She worked on the exact areas I needed work on and the pressure was perfect. Every little detail is thought of, from the beautiful room decorations, the ambience, perfect temperature, privacy and comfort on the bed. I thoroughly recommend these treatments for full mind, body and soul relaxation and self care. A totally different experience from going to a larger spa or salon. Sunshine for the Soul is personal, friendly and so welcoming. I will definitely be booking again as treatments are worth every penny. Thank you!

I've had 2 Signature Facials at Sunshine For The Soul now, and I will be booking another soon, along with trying other services there too. The whole experience is amazing - as soon as I walked through the door I felt peaceful and relaxed. It's as if time stands still while you're there - Joanna explains everything that she's doing and why it's so beneficial, and administers the treatment with care and consideration. I've never been good at self care and never given myself the time to try salon treatments; since finding Joanna and her salon I understand the benefits of her treatments as they just make me feel so good! Joanna is a highly skilled and experienced therapist and the Salon is decorated with such care and attention to detail you feel completely pampered in Joanna's expert hands.

I love Sunshine for the Soul. It's completely different from any other beauty salon I have visited, so calming and relaxing, and Joanna is just lovely. The products that she uses have transformed my dry dull skin, and the treatments are fantastic - you feel so cosseted and cared for. My favourites are the anti-ageing facial and the signature manicure and pedicure, but I'm still working through the list and have loved every one I have tried.

Highly recommend this absolute sanctuary of a salon! As soon as you enter it smells fantastic and so your journey begins to be transported to pure relaxation. The whole space and rooms are wonderfully decorated with amazing art work, plants and colour. Jo is a beautiful soul very warm and welcoming. Everything is explained in detail in a safe environment. I've had Crystal Alignment Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Back Massage would highly recommend them all amd have done to friends. With the some of the treatments you are asked what your intentions are then Jo custom blends your own bespoke oil to use during the treatment but then to take home your own sample as well. When I first came here I wasn't in balance energetically or spiritually but through the treatments, Jo's teachings and recommendations plus working with crystals I've managed to re balance, un burden and calm myself and become stronger mentally and spiritually. Jo is a natural healer and knows what questions to ask so you get the most out of each session. Plus her skill set and knowledge is always so beneficial and enlightening. The eco shop is not to be missed either as its a is a treasure trove, I particularly like the goddess oil and selection of crystals. I'm next booked in for the newest treatment - Healing Drum- Chakra Balancing and I cannot wait. Huge thanks to Jo and the team.

Lovely spa Jo really looks after you and all the treatments are divine. I would recommend any treatment I love the signature facial. And I love the bespoke treatments & I always come out feeling wonderful. If you want treatments that are Holistic this is the place for you.
