Visit with my 5 year old as part of a Christmas party, having a 5 year old, I do have a great deal of experience of soft plays. I have to say this was really impressive, the place had a real modern feel about it and felt really spacious. We went on. Sunday afternoon and there were obviously a lot of children there but it didn't feel over crowded. There was a lot of staff on hand watching the children. There was a pretty good menu, and the food was actually pretty nice for a soft play. Overall a really good experience and my 5 year old loved it!!

A great soft play and inflatable activity place for young kids. There's plenty to do here. Pricing is definitely fair, if not great, considering the size of the place. There's something here for all ages but especially for 2+ year olds. My photos I've attached don't show just how big this place is but I hope it helps you decide to go. We will be back!

Great day out loads of things to do for the kid and by the way this place is massive, area for small babies to play in a soft play area, then older kids I would say from the age of 3 could go on the big stuff if there during enough there is also a variety of food for both adults and children so check it out, it's a great place for the kids party's and they have an adults night with for the price isn't to bad, so ya go and see and good luck 👍🏻

Ok so I understand the prices are high taking into account maintenance and the cost of keeping such a massive bouncy castle up. But really, that is what it is...a massive bouncy castle. My 5 year old loved it. I do think it's very expensive, I did 2 hours for my son and 1 for me whilst he got used to where everything was. I don't think adults accompanying a child should pay full price. It was 28.10£ because if a 1st time discount. I think that for 5s and under that soft play at 6£ a child plus 1£ per adult is much better value. Glad we visited but...too costly to repeat. Staff were great.

Kids loved it, really clean. Not overly busy on a Saturday morning. We had a coffee which was good for a soft play centre. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent for children of all ages! I highly recommend a visit. The staff are lovely and it’s great value. Lots to do for ages 2-14!

Fantastic place! My daughter and her friends had a fabulous time at her birthday party. I didn't have to do anything! Staff were very helpful. Food is superb. Thank you fun arena 😄

My children aged 8 and 3 love coming to Fun Arena! It is quite pricey but it’s worth it. Food is always lovely, customer service is great and it’s very easy to find. I also attend baby sensory on a Wednesday morning with my 3 month old, the class is run by Baby Days which we absolutely love. It’s brilliant that Fun Arena team up with other businesses!

This place is just delightful, the children love coming here for a few hours ... It's huge! It's very clean and the food and drink prices are very reasonable. The wristband system is very well thought out. Very much recommend a visit to the fun arena, we'll be back!

The best indoor place to take your kids!! I take my little boy and we have the best time together when we go, from the inflatable arena to the 3 story climbing frame with light up slides, donut slides, ball pools, giant building blocks, football pitch, rides and soooo much more!! Definitely book the two hour slot as there is so much to do! Suitable for all ages and they do a toddler take over as well!! The cafe is great, serves great food, milkshakes, ice creams etc! 100% worth a visit

Enjoyed the toddler take over today. Very clean, well laid out & plenty of space. Drinks & cake reasonably priced & very nice. My only criticism or wish for an improvement, is I'd booked session 9-10, I arrived 10 minutes early but doors didn't open till 9 & a que with only one person doing admission. So we lost 10 minutes of our session time which at £10 an hour is disappointing. Will be going back to try again 🎉

Went on a Saturday morning. Place is spotless and the free lockers are a great idea. No money grabbing with a requirement to buy socks. The watches that tell you how long you have left also a good idea. Didn't get any food but seen people eating and it looked nice. Can't fault the place.

We have had the best day out ever! There is so much to do, from the GIANT bouncy castle with a myriad of slides, obstacle courses and mazes: to the huge climbing frame with a doughnut slide, tunnels and an INCREDIBLE ball pit slide! Not only were my children kept entertained for hours, but my little ones also had areas easily accessible for them with the smaller castle and soft play area which was perfect! I actually drank a whole coffee whilst it was still warm ( great achievement)! The food served was delicious and presented beautifully. The staff on hand were amazing interacting with the children on the slides and ensuring our visit was a great one. We will certainly be back soon, definitely a summer holiday MUST!

I’m incredibly impressed with this play centre. I have been to many different ones because my sister takes my niece. This is the best one out of them all! I have visited Fun Arena on numerous occasions, everyone is always so lovely. However, from today’s visit I would like to highlight what happened. For context my niece is non verbal and autistic. She wanted a black and white football from the machine, my sister alerted a member of staff if we could get one instead of inserting money and not getting one she likes. At this point she was having a tantrum on the floor, on previous occasions when she doesn’t get the one she wants we have had to leave as she will not stop crying and throwing herself on the floor, she even ends up hurting herself. The staff member went and told someone who came quickly and opened it up, letting my niece get the one she wants to have. She was ecstatic, it was so heartwarming to see someone going out of their way for us as usually everyone just stares whilst my niece has a tantrum, and label her as ‘naughty’, making us feel uneasy whilst we are trying to deal with it. I already loved this play centre but now I do even more, couldn’t recommend anywhere more.

Wow! The best play centre in the north west! So many different areas to explore for all ages and an incredible restaurant with the most amazing food! All staff members were extremely polite and informative. We will certainly be back soon! Thankyou Fun Arena😁
