Convenience place, nice and tidy shop, retro atmosphere. I was there for 3 copies of the key - they made them for 10 min, the price was only 4£ for one copy (or maybe my key was too simple :D ) ... You can play by cash or card.

They attempted to replace batteries on my metal watch. The watch has now been badly damaged and scratched from trying to pry the watch open with a knife. Very disappointed that my watch has been damaged due to unprofessional lack of care. The woman opening my watch was rude, after repeatedly damaging my watch, she proceeded to carry on and say “one more try” after I asked her to stop and to just add some links instead. Will not be returning.

Fantastic knowledge and service from Alan at the Cutting Edge. It says something when a franchised car dealership recommended you to go there to sort a car fob issue out that they couldn’t resolve.Needless to say Alan got the problem fixed in little or no time. Customer service from a bygone age. This man is a star. Will be spreading the word. A 5 Star review seems inadequate it should have been 10. 👏👏🔑

Went in to get three things: a key cut; a watch battery replaced and a dog tag engraving. All three done within half an hour and a total cost of £13. Absolute bargain and great service.

This is the best music shop. Lovely friendly people my son plays saxophone and really enjoys it he is totally blind and plays at the red lion pub with the band each month which has given my son confidence.
