My husband loves 5 Guys. He's disabled so when he wants take out this is what he wants. And I used to love it, too. But not so much recently. Recently when I ordered a little bacon burger I got it home and there was no bacon. Granted, the last time I was there -- Friday -- I told the girl at the counter and she made sure there was bacon. So customer service is still excellent. That said, $30 for two small burgers, one medium fries, and one milk shake is not sustainable for us. So 5 Guys is something I need to save for a special treat and replace his usual take out with other options.

My husband and I stopped at the Five Guys on Rt. 31 Clay. He ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions while I ordered a hamburger with grilled onions, tomato and pickles. We shared an order of regular fries. Burgers are 2 paddies. Delicious and made to order. NEVER pass up the fries! They are best warm. Prices are reasonable. We at for $30. Love 5 Guys.

food is always outstanding. my burger GO-TO place. However, while I ate, I watched a number of patrons leave without any staff wiping down the tables for the remaining 20 minutes I was there. It was mid afternoon on NYE.

I’m not a huge fan of really soggy burgers which is what you can expect to get from here. The service is always slow even when the place is dead. I only go here to change things up from places I normally go and if I’m ready to wait a while for “fast food”. I also don’t understand how the milkshake takes 10 minutes longer than the food when everyone is standing around. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

We’ve been to Five Guys quite a few times for take out .. it’s been great but the last 2 times we got take out the French fries were horrible and burnt It will be a while before WE go back. $40 dollars for 2 fries and 2 burgers!!!

Great , fast service. Area was very clean and nice atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Enjoyed this restaurant and will gladly return. Highly recommend.

Always phenomenal service here, very clean inside and out, bathroom floors could be eaten off of!

I just had a double burger and medium fries. Burger was pretty good. The fries were a little oily. The place was clean, and the service was typical of the chain.
