Fantastic service from start to finish, can't thank Natasha from Now To Bed from the first phone call I made to get my Dunlopillo bed ordered in which she answered all of my queries and questions and was prompt to get my order details sent via email instantly to get the order placed as it would take a few weeks for the manufacturer to make the bed. Then after a few days got an update from Sion about my estimated arrival date and when it would be available to deliver from the delivery company which was great to hear. After a few weeks my bed was made so the deliver company phoned me with a suitable date to deliver and delivery went so smooth, got a phone call on the day of an estimated time of arrival and it was bang on when they said, both drivers were very friendly and very helpful with the transporting of goods to my room so thanks guys. Would recommend this company to anyone, clearly customer service and good honest business ethics are high in this company with fantastic staff and products on offer. Many thanks 👍 Darren

Checked several websites for mattresses, many with inflated delivery charges, or fake offers. Found a good quality branded option at NowtoBed.co.uk with a very fair discount over the actual RRP - had a slight delay from the manufacturer as it was shipping direct, but otherwise the entire purchasing experience was great and the result is I'm sleeping better than I have in years. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for a good nights sleep. Great stuff!

If I can give 6 stars I will. Bought Hypnos bed from Nowtobed. Begining with their price is very competitive. But most impressive is their service. We have a bend staircase the delivery company just had a look and said bed base could not go upstair (we had divan base upstairs before). They did not even want to try because they said they only have 10mn for each delivery (how a 10 mn allocation for a super king zip link with headboard - 5 pieces in total is beyond me). Nowtobed then send their own guys, OMG, they are really profession and excellent. They bring the bed up without problem and even tidy up everything afterward. Now I am a really happy customer and will tell everyone how excellent this company is.

Must be the No1 supplier in the UK. From the first conversation in November 2022 till this week nothing has been to much trouble. We ordered a very nice Somnus bed but in spite of lots of trialing we just couldn’t get on with it when it arrived, not a problem to Emma the retail manager (daughter of the owner) we we’ll change it. In between holidays and other commitments we tried a number of solutions and eventually found the bed we liked, ‘Harrison Spinks Perth’ it’s super. ‘ Now to Bed’ are not only super competitive, but helpful, friendly, always very positive and a delight to deal with. If only more organisations could follow their example. Ordered an Avington mattress and an ottoman base from them, they gave me a very competitive price. Delivery was easy and everything was assembled at a time convenient to me. Bed and mattress are great quality - the cats love it too.

Superb first class company who know how to provide customer service. From initial enquiry with Paul online who answered every question no matter how small and to Emma who took me through the order process it was totally effortless. Delivery was in Scotland and their transport distribution team were excellent too. Would highly recommend rather than the usual retailers. Keep up the excellent service Now to Bed!
