THE
HOTEL
FROM
HELL
Me
and
my
friend
stayed
at
this
hotel
around
5
years
ago
and
I
believe
that
my
brain
blocked
this
memory
from
my
thought
until
this
exact
day,
when
I
read
the
reviews
I
thought
I
needed
to
add
my
peace
We
booked
this
hotel
on
about
12
hours
notice
after
realising
we
had
nowhere
to
stay
flying
back
into
Manchester.
The
room
cost
£30,
a
bargain
we
thought.
We
flew
in
late
and
were
told
by
someone
on
the
phone
that
the
key
to
get
into
the
hotel
would
be
under
a
door
mat
and
that
our
room
was
unlocked
with
the
room
key
in
it.
We
got
to
the
hotel
and
the
place
looked
like
it
could
of
fallen
down
at
any
second.
We
did
not
see
any
staff
in
our
whirlwind
stay
here,
no-one
checked
us
in
or
out
qe
just
walked
in.
As
we
walked
through
the
hotel
our
feet
were
sticking
to
the
carpets,
The
odours
as
we
talked
through
the
hotel
were
a
sweet
cacophony
of
bodily
odours
and
narcotic
smoke.
Whwn
we
got
to
our
room
we
discovered
it
was
locked,
at
this
point
it
was
midnight
so
we
tried
the
room
opposite
which
was
open
and
we
presumed
that
it
was
for
us.
We
walked
in
and
got
'settled'
the
bathroom
was
pretty
disgraceful,
we
did
not
even
attempt
the
shower
and
were
hesitant
to
even
use
the
toilet,
it
seems
other
hotel
stayers
had
pissed
about
anywhere
else
through
the
hotel
anyways.
We
decided
to
watch
Piers
Morgan
Interview
With
Serial
Killers
on
the
8"
TV
(not
a
great
idea)
and
at
around
1am
our
door
was
flung
open
and
a
man
and
a
woman
burst
in.
After
temporally
shouting
at
us
that
this
was
his
room
we
explained
the
situation.
He
was
rather
understanding
and
decided
to
spark
up
a
magic
cigarette
and
aid
us
to
get
back
into
our
room.
He
brandished
a
rather
large
knife
and
jammed
it
in
the
door
lock
and
asked
me
to
hold
it,
he
then
proceeded
to
kick
down
the
door,
then
we
were
in
the
room,
he
told
us
to
tell
someone
and
they'd
fix
it
and
went
back
to
his
room
to
continue
his
wild
night.
Our
second
room
was
pretty
much
the
same
as
the
first
except
from
a
grey
bin
in
the
corner
on
top
of
a
very
large
puddle
of
a
suspicious
liquid.
We
somehow
managed
to
fall
asleep
and
sped
out
in
the
morning,
again
we
did
not
see
a
single
member
of
staff.
That
was
our
stay
at
the
Rams
Lodge.
It
seems
to
be
what
it
says
for
the
price.
A
cheap
place
to
crash
for
a
weary
unsuspecting
traveller.
I
imagine
the
services
that
it
provides
to
the
people
like
the
gentleman
who
assisted
me
to
open
the
door
are
invaluable.
As
there
are
no
more
horror
reviews,
It
seems
the
doors
of
the
Ram
has
now
closed,
whether
for
better
or
for
worse
will
remain
to
be
seen.
