Brilliant! Diane and her wonderful staff cannot be faulted. The Bulls Head has a great selection (I recommend the 61 deep) and it's always a joy to bump into old friends (and new friends we haven't met yet) on the way to or from the tram, taxi or train which are all conveniently situated just across the road.

Don't go unless you are desperate to be close to picadilly train station. The accommodation is terrible, filthy, the windows are about 100 years old and haven't been cleaned since the first day they were installed. Nothing about this place I can recommend. No food served in the pub, eventhough it's advertised on their website, they also don't tell you that the breakfast isn't cooked and that it comes in a tiny box, the price of the box...maybe £1.50 (max). Drafty as the windows don't fit well. Rooms are so close and walls so thin you can hear everything. Carpet doesn't fit. Mold in bathroom. Over priced, £25 a night would be about right. You've been warned.

You need to order a drink as soon as you enter the premises. That's the law! I mean they rules so as well we may go somewhere else :). Vote with your wallet!

Great value! A warm welcome from all of the staff, very friendly... The room was comfy and clean. The location was fantastic, 2 mins walk from the station and just a short walk to the Centre and the O2 Ritz. Would stay again.

Went here yesterday for the first time and ended up going back in there throughout the day. A friendly service and a beautiful place to enjoy a drink. Will definitely be returning the next time I visit the city

Friendly staff. Great prices. First point for our hen do as we all met up here as in great proximity to Manchester picadilly Station. Ladies bathroom was ok. Clean and well stocked with the necessities.

You get what you pay for, which in this case is a clean & (surprisingly) quiet place to sleep just a stones throw from Piccadilly Station. The room & bedding were clean, although the grout in the shower was a little grim. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is that the lights in the room have a secondary safety bulb, which stays lit all night........ this made it very hard to get to sleep.

Lovely pub with great beer. Shame they ran out of 3 of the 4 cask ales by late afternoon.

Peaceful. Good service. Good variety of drinks. I enjoyed the Ringwood brewery brand. Good views of people going in and out of Piccadilly train station.

Great pub to while away the time before your train comes. Good atmosphere and seems very well run.

Kind, generous and welcoming are three words I wouldn’t use to describe the hospitality of the staff working here. Despite 8 of us sat down with drinks, when the rest of the group arrived - they were barely down for two seconds before they were insisted to buy a drink or ‘leave’.

An absolute gem of a find while staying in Manchester. The 3 boys from Donegal will definitely be back!!!! Fantastic friendly and efficient service!!!

Ok pub, but no real ales. Can't understand why British pubs - and drinkers - don't support their local breweries. JWLees, Holts, Hyde's etc in Manchester.

Handy for Picadilly train station so a great waiting room for platform 13. Had a good pint of Bank's Sunbeam from the Marston's stable. Always had a friendly vibe. Proper city centre pub.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
