Had one of the best nights ever here! The place is really cool and the staff inside the club are LOVELY. The bouncers are the reason why they lose a star though. We went on a Sunday night and they’d just tell us it’d be impossible to go in without a reservation. I called them from the front door, and they just didn’t understand why were they saying no to us. So they contacted the bouncers to let us in and they did in a kinda rude way. So just keep that in mind! But it’s worth it. Will definitely go again soon.

Arrived and everyone in our party had ID checked and good security, unfortunately it went down hill from here staff wise. We were told we could pay via cash/ card but upon arrival it was card only. We were a big party of 12 people and had collected it all in cash but we had to pay by card. We were taken to our room and explained how to use everything then the staff left and we had a fun time. The tablet didn't keep record if how much money we had left and was confusing- this ended up us over spending by £40+ which could have been avoided. We were told at 8.10 we had 20 minutes left which was correct, however the man who showed us the room came in at 8.15 and demanded we left the room despite it being before our time. He argued with us then called 2 security members to remove us... we tried to politely explain that our time wasn't up til 8.30, he then said our time stated as soon as we entered the building... even though we were told to arrive 10 minutes early to do ID checks and payment! We left the room and nipped to the bathroom before our taxi home.. we were followed by security and told we had to leave and were not allowed to use the facilities before leaving! We went and closed the door once they finally allowed us to go... the 6ft+ Bouncer then opened the door and tried standing in the door! The staff were rude, hostile and intimidating! When we spoke to other groups who were paying at the same time as said they faced the sane situation... demanded to leave early with a bill at the end despite being sure they/ we didn't go over! This could be such a good place with the correct staff!

I am 62 and the bald man didn't let me in to sing frank sinatra because I didn't have my ID. I am old enough to be his mother! How rude. I hope he is ashamed of himself. What a twazzock

Tou pay £20 each on the door but say you get £16 back in drink. Which sounds good. But my friends and I had a room for almost 3 hours and had 3 drinks each, I waited 45 minutes for 1 drink to arrive. The girls serving were absolutely lovely but very poor management obviously

This was a very disappointing experience. The staff on the door were extremely aggressive, particularly when asking our group to sign in on the nhs app. Once we entered the venue we were escorted to a room where the air conditioning was leaking and the floor appeared to be soaking wet. We told a member of staff we were concerned and he simply laughed and told us to ignore it. I would not recommend anyone visit this venue as it is a health hazard and the staff made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

We were a big group of friends who came for a night out and we all had an brilliant time! It was so fun to dress up nice and sing whatever you want, as loud as you can!! The staff are really good at explaining things to you and the drinks service was great too. Overall was a fun night, will definitely be coming here again soon.

So we spontaneously decided to go karaoke and they were very accommodating and welcoming and sorted out a karaoke rooms for us when we didn’t have a booking. Armani was our host and she was AMAZING 🤩 she helped us out with anything we asked and was very friendly 🙏🏽 Would deffo come again just for how amazing her hosting was. Overall, it was a good night ❤️

Visited here with a friend last night, it was my first time and I absolutely LOVED it!!! Got there at 5pm, showed our IDs to get in and a had a good chat with the security guy on the door who was so friendly. Then headed upstairs and was greeted by a girl called Megan who was amazing and also so friendly and helpful! We had 2 hours in the room with complimentary drinks because of the happy hour deal you can get and yeah, it was amazing! Had such a great time singing our hearts out and the room/karaoke system looked so cool and modern :) Thank you for such an enjoyable experience, we will definitely be back!!

I've spent some time considering whether this is the worst venue I've ever been to. We brought our staff from two bars in Chester to Manchester for our belated Christmas do. Everywhere else we visited was great but K2 was a weirdly miserable environment that we had to make the most of. The set-up was great in that we had a large room for 21 of us including an en-suite toilet, two mics and a tablet to order drinks from. The tablet didn't work properly though so we were waiting for aaaages for drinks. A few beers came after a while so we waited for the rest but when nothing else turned up, I went to ask for them and found them sitting on the bar in ice buckets ready to go. The woman tending the bar (on a quiet night) appeared to have no sense of urgency. I asked if I could take one of the ice buckets back with me so at least some of the group could have drinks and was told I couldn't. I explained that we'd been waiting for some time and she consulted her system and said we'd been waiting for 7 minutes. We hadn't because the system wasn't working properly (as other reviews have mentioned), but in any event if a few beers have been brought to a group of 21 people, the rest of the drinks need to come, too, not just sit on the bar for ages. Also, if a customer says they've been waiting a long time, engage with that and explore what's going on, don't just consult a faulty system and reel off 7 minutes as a response. The service when it did come was so flat and tired, in such contrast to what is meant to be a fun, celebratory space, that it leant the whole experience an odd atmosphere. Like we were outstaying our welcome. The word 'weird' keeps coming up in conversation when our group discusses K2. One mic didn't work properly and of a mixed age group (18-65) the vast majority of our go-to karaoke songs weren't available.

Went here last night, the rooms were big and good song selection. However it took 40mins for our first drinks to arrive(which some drinks were missing) and the toilets were awful. Mouldy sinks and doors didn't lock, won't be going back or recommending, if the toilet are that disgusting then what's the bar like and do the rooms even get cleaned

I recently visited K2 and had a fantastic time. The environment was top-notch, with comfortable seating and a cozy, intimate atmosphere that was perfect for singing your heart out. The lighting was also just right, providing a great ambiance for the performances. The food and cocktails were also amazing. They had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including some great appetizers and entrees that were perfect for sharing with friends. I particularly enjoyed the salt and pepper chicken wings, which was cooked to perfection. The staff at K2 were some of the most attentive and friendly I've ever encountered at a Karaoke bar. They were always available to answer any questions and help with song selection or equipment issues. They also had a great sense of humor and really added to the overall experience. Finally, the equipment at K2 was excellent. They had a great selection of songs to choose from, with new additions added regularly. The sound quality was also fantastic, with clear, crisp audio that really made you feel like a star. Overall, I had an incredible time at K2, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Karaoke experience in Manchester. From the comfortable environment to the quality of the food, staff, and equipment, everything was top-notch and made for an unforgettable night.

Everything s fine but room is too small. I was been there 5 times and always we had to stick each other 😂 Recently when I was been, it was 9 of us(usually similar members) and we were stuck each others again and even staffs couldn’t come in service the drinks. They had to passing the drinks to one of us who set near by door. I would like to recommend for 5-6 people to go there.

No booking alteration email was sent, the sheet at the front door said we were 2 hours late (this was incorrect). The drinks took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive after complaining twice. The system was hard to work because the touch screen was not functioning properly. Majority of the tracks skipped or jumped whilst we sang along. A lot of iconic karaoke songs/artists were not available on the system. None of the toilets locked and had little toilet roll. The corridor smelt of weed, was unclean and the staff were arguing with other unhappy customers on the corridors across several floors. All staff within the building were unprofessional and unwelcoming. The only positive was the friendly bouncers on the front.

Dreadful. Didn't allow us entrance because a member of our party didn't have their I'd. She's almost 30. We called up in hand to explain and the lady on the phone said that she would leave a message with the bouncers. She did not!

Didn't get past the entrance - we were denied entry because one of my friends (27) only had a temporary licence and so they couldn't 'scan his ID' which was a requirement for entry. When it says 'bring ID or be denied entry' on the email, we didn't expect bloody airport-style security for simple karaoke. The entrance itself was shabby, empty and unappealing, with a massive security gate. The bouncer at the door was rude, uncooperative and wouldn't answer simple questions. Even before getting to my friend with the temporary ID he was humourless and unwelcoming when checking our bags, not a good first impression for a place of entertainment. At some point my friend asked a question and he just pointed at an A4 piece of paper on the wall and said nothing (at first we thought he was just confirming something before speaking to us but when he didn't say anything we realised he was probably pointing at a tiny notice with T&C on it, or had just ignored us completely). I'd booked a slot for my birthday as I love Asian-style karaoke booths. The experience was so offputting I don't think I'll ever come back and try it out now. Everything about the place screamed dodgy af. In the end my friends and I went out to eat and enjoyed ourselves at a different standard karaoke bar instead.

Very poor experience; a group of 10 of us booked into a specific time slot. When half the group arrived they were denied entry because they could not provide a ‘reference number’ and had to wait. When the person who created the booking turned up then they were then asked in by name without a reference number. We were not allowed in and missed our time slot. Then a member of our group was not allowed in because she did not have ID, despite being 25 and a doctor working in the NHS, which she provided evidence of.

Bouncers are far too strict at the door, wanted to come in for a couple hours of karaoke and got turned away because one girl in our group was ' too drunk' to climb the 3 flights of stairs, utter rubbish! I've been there 3 times and had a fantastic time but on this occasion the far too strict bouncers really let the place down!

Something caused the bar staff to throw Ice at the people, one Ice cube hit me straight on the nose, causing bleeding. Talked to the manager who looked at me like I was speaking French, shrugged and walked off

Despite pre booking and paying for a private room, you are still forced to queue outside to enter 10 minutes past your allotted time. Bouncers are extremely rude to everyone - zero respect for anyone. Management are just as bad. Bar staff are polite and the rooms were clean-ish. Would never return.

I'd like to start off with the review by explaining the IDs. A lot of the reviews complain about IDs but when you go into many nightclubs you get checked no matter how old you are, so I didn't see this as a problem. I had a party of 8 and we booked a karaoke room for 9pm. Weeks leading up to the night I wanted to call to add one person as I wasn't sure if they'd be allowed in. If you try to call them or email them you won't get a response, which seems mad considering how large the place is and how many staff there are. In the end I just cancelled and re-booked my time a few weeks before and got the automated booking message which is the only correspondence you'll have with them. The manager and staff seemed nice and they were attentive. The rooms were clean but the criticism I'd mainly have was that the actual karaoke system doesn't have many songs we actually wanted to sing. It's a Chinese system and mostly we had to go with stuff we knew and not stuff we liked, which is fine but not really optimal. The room was a little cramped but it was a party of 8 so, there's not much changing that. The mics however were a little unprofessional. We had to get a mic changed 4 times over the span of two hours because the battery ran out on them and it's a bit of a kill joy when you have to keep asking to get a new mic. Overall it's a secure place, clean and with attentive staff. The online correspondence is non-existent and the actual karaoke system is sub-par, and the equipment should be charged and ready to go. This is especially the case considering the place has around 5 floors. Since the main draw was the singing, I can't really recommend it that highly and probably wouldn't go back. I've had far cheaper karaoke rooms that have had better song selections and charged mics.

This was the best night. We had a party of 12 and had such a good time. We will definitely be coming back. The things which lost it a star was the having to queue outside which meant some people from the party didn't get the full 2 hours we paid for and also the lagging on some of the music videos. But overall it was a brill night. Plus the staff were great.

I messed up and accidentally booked for the Sunday instead of the Saturday, but they managed to fit us in and moved our booking - the bouncers were so lovely to us! The staff were all great, the rooms were fab, huge selection of songs. Great value as well during happy hour! Will 100% be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a karaoke room.

Was slightly worried having read some of the reviews about coming here - I need not have been. We attended as a party of 13 for a hen do and really had a great night. Security were welcoming and friendly, staff couldn't do enough to help. Food and drinks were sometimes a bit slow coming but that was due to the volume we ordered (and the fact the lift was out of order?) However, we had a great night and cannot fault the staff. They do an amazing job.

It's always a good experience overall and here are a few points to consider (in my opinion): - pros: staff is generally nice people, the place looks very clean and well maintained, well organized. - cons: security is a bit over the top and intimidating to get in, touch screen to select the music is awfully slow, music selection for non-asian songs is quite limited, sometimes foods and drinks can take a long time to be delivered (when it's not forgotten), food/snacks variety is poor, the fact that the staff comes about 5 times to remind you the remaining time is extremely annoying.

Security are so rude, they shout unnecessarily and treat everyone as if they're in the army. No access to free tap water, water is in fact £5! It's a shame because this place could be great. Once you're in the booth with your friends it's a good time, you just need to get there first.

I went to this club yesterday. Very polite and professional security. All staff friendly and helpful. Club looks glamorous. Very clean. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended. PS If anyone says this club is not up to the standard they just troublemakers.

came on the weekend for a friends birthday, i had never heard of this place until recently and it was absolutely amazing! the two girls on the reception was really helpful and the song selection was great, the door was a bit intimidating but as long as you bring your id youll be fine. £22 and a £16 bar tab is such a good deal for 2 hours, will be coming again

Been two times and each time it gets worse to start off there is a compulsory service charge when you order drinks so when we went first time you got £16 bar spend which actually equates to around £13 after the service Charge (even if you went and collected the drinks yourself). The staff are generally rude and not too helpful just constantly feel like they are trying to squeeze you for money. We got there the second time for someone's birthday who we had already paid got there and they asked for an additional payment even though we had already paid for the room. the chairs were broken and we fed this back and they implied it was not their fault and nothing they could do. Overall the worst karaoke bar in Manchester by far please look elsewhere.

This would have been a 1 star if it wasn't for how lovely the door staff were and the fact we were eventually refunded for cocktails which we did appreciate. We came here on my hen weekend and I wouldn't recommend this place at all, they can't wait to take your money and get you out the door. We didn't get into the karaoke room until 35 minutes past 9 and then we were told our time was up at 10 past 10. We had paid for an hour in the room and were told it didn't matter what time we got into the room by the time we'd waited outside for the staff to let us in, been told where the room was, checked in etc, it was down to the booking time. By this point we had only just been given majority of our drinks even though we ordered them as soon as we got in the room. So over half an hour wait for our drinks to then be told we had to leave. The staff were extremely unhelpful on the 3rd floor, they couldn't have cared less. Luckily the staff downstairs were slightly more understanding and refunded us some cocktails. It still didn't make up for the time we weren't given to use the karaoke room we had booked and paid for. The range of karaoke songs was pretty poor too. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend you waste your money here

Together with my friends, we had a really good time at K2 until we were trying to leave. Even though we had prepaid for 2h in the room (the price included the drinks package displayed on the tablet), the staff at the end demanded an additional payment of £120 without an explanation. After we questioned the extra sum we have been told that this is the price of the drinks we ordered. At the time of ordering, as advised by a member of staff (after inquiring to avoid confusion), and according to what was shown on the tablet, there was nothing else to pay. Staff members during the confrontation were extremely rude and were threatening with calling the police, while not being able to show us any receipt. Altogether the experience at K2 was a very disappointing one and I hope that a similar situation will not happen to anyone else in the future.

K2 karaoke was actually really nice??? I didn’t expect it to be that good to be honest. The songs were very amazing and you had the option to sing with the artist as well and just doing regular karaoke. Food and drinks were brought to your own room in a timely manner. Altogether it was wonderful!

Booked karaoke for party of 12 as part of work Xmas do. Upon arrival two of the party denied entrance for not having ID. We are all professionals in our thirties, so hardly constitutes a security risk. I appreciate this venue has had some issues with security but they really need to train their security staff to use some discretion and common sense, or hire staff who have two functioning neurons! Escalated complaint to manager, who was equally uncooperative. The staff were rude and obstructive, despite the fact I have attended venue before and was happy to pay deposit. This seems to be a recurring theme, based on other feedback on this thread. We will not be giving this venue any further business.

Very fun and authentic Karaoke experience. Not the greatest range in terms of "foreign" (that is: non Asian) track listings. Also every member of your party will need photo ID - and originals only. My friend was refused entry as he had a photocopy.

Very rude staff at the entrance. The staff at the entrance had a booking list 3 hours late than the actual booking list, and I was denied entry because my name was not on their list at hand.. Even when the reception called them saying I have a reservation, they still denied my entry. I lived in Manchester for 4 years and had never experience anything like this in any other night club/bar/cafe or what-so -ever. Pleasr avoid this place at any means.

This place looked cool online but after trying twice to get in with no success is why I’ve rated it one star. Me and a group of friends traveled from New York and this was on our to do list. We checked the hours on google and the mo day hours were wrong. They’re actually closed on Mondays, so we traveled all the way there for no reason. The second time we made sure to look at the actual website for the hours and it stated it’s open till 3am the rest of the days. When we returned the second time at 12:30am (our last night) the security guard turned us away because they don’t except anyone after 12am but that wasn’t stated anywhere in the website. So after trying to take my group here twice and failing I’m officially dissatisfied with my experience. I would not recommend this place to friends or family because of their lack of customer service and respect for paying customers on vacation.

Realistically... These people are rinsing your bank of all your money for a very very sub par service. The song choice is very limited, things you'd assume we're popular are not on their listing. The majority of the songs are severely out of time meaning people who dont know the songs from memory will struggle to get involved and it also just makes it difficult to even sing along. Imagine only seeing 3 words at a time that are 2 bars Infront of the point you're at. Good luck. I'd sort out the app that's used for the karaoke and make it something people would actually want to pay... And maybe drop your drinks prices seen as you're charging £4 per bottle of Budweiser... No you heard right... Budweiser.

Very disappointed. We were very much looking forward to our session and had travelled several miles to get to Manchester. However, our excitement soon faded when two of our party members were refused entry, due to lack of ID. This policy was not explicitly stated in the 'Karaoke' section of K2's website and its wording in the 'Nightclub' section could very easily be misconstrued as applying solely to the nightclub area. Needless to say, the two party members concerned (both of whom were quite visibly over the age of 18) left feeling embarrassed and upset about not being able to enjoy a long awaited night out with friends.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience at K2. Staff were friendly and helpful, our little karaoke room was cosy, we had Japanese beer and sang away for over an hour. I would recommend this place to people that are looking for a different kind of fun. We will definitely visit again, soon.

Went with a hen party. They told us the day before we need I.D. Some of us had come from London and Cambridge on Thursday without I.D as we're in our 30's . They were a bit suspicious of us needlessly and we were made to feel a bit uncomfortable. The room venue expireance was grand.... But customer service was kinda shocking.

We had a wedding party booked for 9 people and absolutely loved it. Prior to going, we found the email and site instructions for entry were very clear. All guests knew to bring a valid form of ID and proof of address. We had to add on another guest which was simple to do. We rang them on the day and had no problems. When entering the venue I confirmed the booking name and got in without any fuss (I'm laboring this point because a lot of review comments mention difficulties with the bouncers). We really liked the room, and it was spacious enough to fit 10 people comfortably. The drinks prices were fair, and with our booking we didn't really end up overspending on drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive. At one point a microphone ran out of battery and we requested help. A staff member came over almost instantly and replaced the battery. Finally, after reading the comments about the song list and honestly being worried about a lack of song choices, what did I find? An absolute wealth of songs. Honestly, it had a little bit of everything and I was and still am surprised they had loads of Lil Peep!!! Absolutely loved our time there and will certainly come back soon. Go and have a fabulous time!

We visited on Saturday 24 July as part of my friends hen party. This was my favourite part of the weekend!! Such a great set up and we had the best time in our private booth. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, speedy drinks service too. Would recommend.

The place is terrible - terrible availability of songs, mics keep running out of battery, and its far too loud for the size of room - literally its full size speakers for a regular sized pub but in a tiny room, and set to full volume, full reverb. Drinks take forever to arrive (and they just won't deliver non-alcoholic drinks, no matter how often you ask them).

Do not go here, its an absolute con. Nothing worked, absolutely killed our vibe. Complete rubbish. You've been warned!

I went along to K2 Karaoke Nightclub on a Sunday evening with my Mum, and it was one of the best nights I have experienced in Manchester. I would firstly like to say that the host Imogen deserves massive credit and a pay rise. She was an amazingly helpful member of staff who was friendly, informative and knew her job. She deserves a payrise. Her kitten ears were also a welcome addition to K2. The venue itself was clean, modern, and had good acoustics and facilities. I ended up staying for four hours and had lost my voice by the end. The service was great with almost immediate drinks service to the booths. Go to this place. It's great 5*

Best karaoke night I’ve had in ages! Went for my friends 23rd birthday and we all very thoroughly enjoyed our night here. The private rooms are exquisite and the atmosphere is so funky and unique inside. There was a wide range of songs to choose from, even throwback hits that even I couldn't remember! Security is tight but very helpful and I felt like I was in safe hands and was free to enjoy my night without worrying! Food and drink service was also timely, would definitely recommend others to come :)

Abysmal place. Despite having a reservation they put our group in a room that was far too small - only telling us after we paid. Some of our party had to sit on the floor (which was sticky and disgusting). No apology or compensation- they also tried to cut our time short to accommodate other bookings due to their error. They told us they would move us when a room became available but never did, despite us going to the desk several times. First round of drinks took around 45 minutes to arrive and some didn't turn up at all. Toilets were vile - dirty and no toilet paper. Our bill when we left was a lot more than we expected as half our party were not drinking. We asked for an itemised bill so we could check this and we were shouted at by the girl behind the desk. We tried to explain that this was a reasonable request but she refused. When we finally managed to check via management they had made yet another 'error' and added £60 worth of drinks to our bill that we hadn't requested. Eventually, they took these drinks off but it was hard work even getting to the point where they would tell us what we were being charged for.

K2 Karaoke is an absolute gem! As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with an energetic and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of amazing. The sound system was top-notch, and the song selection was out of this world. Whether you're a seasoned karaoke pro or a first-timer, K2 Karaoke caters to everyone. The rooms were clean and spacious, making it the perfect venue for groups of friends or colleagues. Overall, K2 Karaoke is hands down the best karaoke nightclub in town. I can't wait to go back again!

K2 gave me a perfect night on my mate’s birthday. There is a wide range of songs that we can choose from with an easy-to-use and interactive panel. The staff are friendly, and the environment is clean. The food and drinks are slightly pricey but absolutely delicious so I would fully recommend anyone who wants to have a memorable evening. I will definitely come again!

Loved our time at K2. The staff were really helpful and friendly considering we had never been before and had many questions. The value for money is great as you get a bar tab in your price. They also don't chuck you out mid song! The wait staff are great and friendly. Loved it. Definitely be back.

I think this was the third visit we've had here in the last ten years and for all it's faults it's hard not to enjoy it. The database was better since our first visit, and a bit smoother, the drinks menu has improved and 99% of the staff were rewlly helpful. Had a few minor tech issues but the staff were quick to sort. It has a weird atmosphere and the two Security guys who are in the door make it feel like you've entered a building from the movie Hostel, however we all left with all our limbs and organs and enjoyed it

This was a great karaoke place, the booking was quick and easy, the rooms very good. Nice selection of songs and really easy to order drinks via the tablet provided in the room, meaning no queuing at the bar for ages. The staff were friendly and allowed us to extend our session by half an hour at no extra charge while we finished our drinks. Remember to bring a physical ID with you, they need to log it on entry, not just an age thing

Had an absolutely great night here! The bouncers were so lovely to us! The staff were all great, the rooms were fab, huge selection of songs. Great value as well during happy hour! Would recommend to anyone looking for a karaoke room.

I do not recommend this place at all. Me and a group of my friends were looking forward to our evening here for our friend's birthday celebrations on Saturday evening. We were immediately met with hostile, unhelpful and frankly very rude bouncers. Then, two of my friends were verbally and physically assaulted by a man leaving the venue, the bouncers stood back and did nothing. There is clearly no standard of "security" and no effort to step in and stop the attack. It should be the bare minimum that a business provides a safe environment for its customers, this ruined our weekend and it was incredibly damaging.

I visited K2 karaoke last night with my 5 ladies for belated Birthday celebrations. Safe to say we were highly disappointed, when we got into our booth the carpets were covered in stickiness. Not as though it had been cleaned as though drinks had constantly been spilled. Our shoes stuck to the floor. Secondly, the drinks took forever to arrive and it wasn’t as though they were short staff as thirdly we had constant staff members coming in and out of our booth room telling us our time is up despite me booking a 2 hour slot. From an hour in every 10 mins they were trying to get us out. 15 mins before our time was up we was told we had £65 left to use up on our tab but our drinks would take much longer to arrive so we would have to drink them outside. ( they were shots). As a group it’s safe to say we were completely dissatisfied with our visit to K2 karaoke 🎤which was very frustrating as the first time we went we had a great time. But from the get go as stated there was issues from the get going so for that them reasons and a few others we will not be returning !!

We love this place! Loads of booths for small or medium crowds of karaoke fans. We think it's great that your bar bill is included in the fee you pay to encourage you to drink! Like you need an excuse at karaoke... 🤣

I had the best time here on Saturday 5th Aug for my best friends birthday! The vibes were immaculate and the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Very good value for money – especially with the money being redeemable in drinks. Thank you K2. I will see you again very soon.

The only thing that let this place down, for me, was the lack of more Western groups or tracks available from well-known artists. They do cater for everyone, especially the Eastern Market. But loved the time we had, certainly had a sore throat from singing and laughing.

Jeff and holly are amazing hostesses and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. An inclusive and accommodating bar. The people are so lovely and we are so grateful for the frat time they gave us. Core memories made and we can’t wait to come back

Last time I went, the experience was fun but the extremely rude bouncers but a downer on the night. And tonight, me and my two friends spontaneously booked a walk in for 1am. When we arrived, the bouncers were incredibly rude and did not make us feel welcome. So much that we decided to leave it as it dampened our mood. Very disappointing. Please hire friendly people on the door, it makes a huge difference to the experience, it's the first impression of the place for customers.

i came here with my partner not long ago, it was absolutely brilliant, we were showed to our room straight away and told how to order drinks and work the device that played the music aswell as the microphones. the staff were all lovely and welcoming and we received our drinks within a few minutes of ordering them everytime. any problems we had weee solved straight away, cant wait to come again soon.

Disgusting customer service, first room, no air con, second room karaoke did not work, I complained at the desk and they looked straight through me like I did not matter and no apology. Once the 3rd room was finally set up we had a good time, but that was down to the company I keep and its karaoke what is not to like. We tried to email and call to let the company know our frustration and they never got back to us, again like we do not matter, all they care about is money, I will not be going back due to customer service.

Expensive and middling. There's always a queue to get in and check in, and bouncers can have attitudes anywhere from saintly to rude. Lifts only work sporadically; if you're a wheelchair user or need a lift, it's better to call beforehand to make sure it's actually working as it can be three or more flights of stairs up to the actual booths. We had to wait 15 minutes after getting in for staff to convince the previous booking to leave, meaning I didn't get the full slot I'd paid for. The drinks tablet wasn't working and we had to send people out hunt down busy staff several times to get our drinks. The song tablet would only let us search by artist rather than song title, which wasn't the end of the world, but was annoying. Inside the booth, the leather seat was ripped. I paid the Christmas auto-grat, but it felt cheeky when we'd gotten into the booth 15 minutes after the start of the booking time, had to chase staff down all night, and then were kicked out at the end of our booking on the dot. It was also incredibly hot up there. Do not wear long sleeves!!!! Staff are run off their feet but are still polite and professional; I commend them for their patience in herding drunk people, but also think on busy weekends there should just be more staff in general. (I don't blame the folks working for this; I imagine it comes from higher up in the business.) I don't blame them for adhering to policy, but it was certainly a mess.

Asian style karaoke room brought to the UK. It is fairly priced in the heart of Manchester in Chinatown. You are given a private room with your group, however the sound does leak through, but it's not a major inconvenience. The karaoke has a variety of songs, although missing a lot of English hits, there are still plenty of others to sing to. And also many Chinese songs. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone, great experience to have with friends for a night out.

Place was really clean and fun. Good music library and service was really good. The rooms were private and enough space to enjoy with friends. They were very accommodating even though some of out party memeber dropped out. The price is really good. Food selection was small but what was had was good quality. I would come here again and would recommend to others. Had a really fun night.

We loved our night at K2 karaoke! All the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful. Drinks arrived quickly, the booth was clean and tidy, and the music selection was fantastic. I’d 100% come back again next time I’m in Manchester.
