Absolutely phenomenal branch of spoons, 3 mins walk from the Theatre. The pics of Sir Paul Scholes, Rooney and Sir Alexander Ferguson were straight into my phone gallery. Love it.

I had a beef madras with chips and a beer for £8.80. I ordered a hot drink on the app for additional £1.50. Very good beef madras with a generous portion of chips. The beer was a festive favourite: Rocking Rudolph.

A superb place located very close to Old Trafford. We came here after our stadium tour. Prices were really affordable and the atmosphere all around was excellent.

Visited before visiting Old Trafford Cricket ground. Nice little Wetherspoon's with plenty of staff and quick service. We ordered on the app and food arrived very quickly under 10 mins. Food was cooked to perfection and prices were very good and value for money. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

If you are a Manchester United supporter then this pub is a must to visit. It’s adjacent to Old Trafford and has a wide range of quality pints for cheap prices. The staff are courteous and professional as well. When I go to Manchester I make it a point to visit The Bishop Blaize and I give my highest recommendation to The Bishop Blaize so if you’re in Manchester go have a pint!

Great spoons housed between the football and cricket grounds. Great selection of real ales and usual spoons food which hit the spot when I visited. Nice area out the front to sit outside and toilets that are not a million miles away.

Great pub we didn't eat but it's a spoons so you know what you get.. Great staff, cheap prices and leffe on tap. As ever the toilets (Next postcode) miles away if you need a nature break... handy location for man utd if you like them? Or City for shopping

Around the corner from Old Trafford, Manchester United Football Club, it's majestic! The Bishop Blaize is an ideal pub / restaurant and a Witherspoon pub for everyone, including families and disabled people, in my view. It's a well coming atmosphere with friendly staff and has a modern look with outdoor seating if required. The food is good, and prices are affordable with comfortable seating and ideal on match days for a bite before or after, I definitely recommend this place anytime but for anything specific, please do check first with management.

Really amazing atmosphere close to Old Trafford, you can see mainly locals here so it gives an “authentic” experience! Also, the prices are really good, this is NOT a tourist trap, I loved this place!

Good spoons right next to Old Trafford. 50% hit on poached eggs...2 Benedict's ordered, my eggs were solid & the Mrs was spot on!

Had breakfast there, before attending a Lancashire cricket match. Short walk to the cricket ground from here. Food was very good and the staff friendly.

Solid pub, went for Arsenal vs United away game to watch. Drinks and food very cheap, thought the atmosphere would be a bit rowdier, but it was fine.

Place was clean and tidy very busy as it was a game day. Service and staff were great. Plenty of places to sit plenty of TV's. Guinness was absolutely garbage.

Excellent Wetherspoons, best I've been in across the UK. A Carlsberg and a mixed berries pint was costing us less than a £5

Not bad for a local pub, food isn't the best to be honest, service is good, friendly staff, can get very busy some days.

Amazing atmosphere at the pub close to the Theatre of Dreams 😍 Nice and spacious, well lit and very lively ambience. The chicken Tikka is really nice (believe me when I say this). I tried the warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream and it just melts in your mouth.

Disappointed of 1. no steaks at Saturday eve. Had to switch to Hamburger 2. No Mayonnaise availabe today.... We did not know that you have to order at the bar....took us some time to understand this. Quite loud. Don't know if it is a pub bar or bistro restaurant....

Lively Wetherspoons close to Old Trafford. Very busy. Especially on match days. Good atmosphere, and excellent Wetherspoons prices. Nowhere nearby comes close to value for money. Well worth a visit

Great pub for Manchester United match days. Punk IPA was only 3.80 for a pint. Lots of singing and quick service! PS: You need a match day ticket to get in.

This place has character, just round corner from Manu ground. Loved pictures around the place. Visited before season started so could only imagine the atmosphere on match days. Staff very nice and curry night was amazing.

What amazing service we just received here. My son ordered the chicken breast bites but there were not enough left for a full portion. The lady (? manager) who fed back the information was extremely helpful - we were happy to take a smaller portion of chicken bites with extra chips, but she still refunded us for this meal and really wanted to make sure we were happy - thanks so much!

While walking our puppy we took shelter from a heavy downpour outside under a smoking shelter, went inside to order drinks, barman goes outside and tells my wife no dogs aloud and but she could wait outside the gated area ( in the rain) but not take a drink. There was one lad smoking who heard the conversation who said it was ridiculous. Would understand if it was a summers day and the dog was disruptive but it was bouncing down and would have been a 10 minute stay. Would recommend the bars on the quays that are more pet friendly and accommodating to fog owners.
