Ok guys you need to check this, it is a restaurant that has food on the go and yeah, the excellent communication with staff is really helpful to order the food. First, excellent communication to ordering the spaghetti carbonara does taste so good and yeah the sauce is creamy The word for metres is really in flavour the spaghetti is cooked the sauce is creamy and also the bacon is really crispy. Then at the end,We order some dessert that is the chocolate fondant that taste so good that the chocolate is really good and yeah, it’s like those Lava cakes I tasted in Hong Kong. The decoration on the dish and, I mean all dishes is amazing. Really enjoyed and you must also. And about the restaurant, the atmosphere and the lighting is amazing and even the stairs are lighted per step. They give out candles at night because it was late or dark enough outside to low the brightness on lights and use the candles. They also have this bar and I mean multiple bars that is literally a wine garden or heaven or whatever but also, the thing I’m looking for in most restaurants are clean toilets and yes, the toilets are clean. You gotta try it out I recommend it very very much.

Right from the start everything was organised and I received excellent communication from Federica when I booked on line. The food at Piccolino is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options which include vegetarian. I love the service at the place and Sophia (hope I’ve got the name right!) was so friendly with the guests and made sure to offer the best quality for my sons 18th birthday. All the pre booked orders were correct too. The table was laid so lovely and they were able to host a large group booking. My son chose this restaurant because he often goes there for breakfast or lunch when his brother comes up from London. We all had such a great time and I highly recommend this place!

Very nice place! Ambience and service is excellent. The food is good too, but I'm a little disappointed with the eggs benedict (beneditinne), they did taste good, but it looked a little off with the sauce all over and no greens on it (as opposed to the photos outside). Not sure the sourdough bread slice is as good as the classic bread for the dish.

We can't thank enough to Sophia and the rest of the staff for looking after us and the 28 guests as we hired their private room for our simple wedding celebration. The place, the wonderful staff and the food were all brillant making our special day even more memorable. We had canapés, set menu and drinks. The price was reasonable considering it's situated in the city centre. Our guests absolutely enjoyed their time there and so did we. Thank you again.

Went for a Sunday lunch. All the staff can speak Italian, very warm welcoming at the front door. The interior is bright and warm. We started with Oyster. It’s really fresh and delicious 🤤 Then the main lasagna and pizza. The lasagna is really good! Freshly made! The pizza was okay 👌🏻 and then dessert tiramisu and the chocolate cake was alright but not like wow. But overall was a happy and satisfactory experience.

Very elegant decor. Quickly served, decent menu with some interesting options. We all went for different dishes and all portions were sufficient. Presentation was nothing to write home about but flavours certainly were there. The rich ragu pasta was super tasty! The deserts were great too! It's on the pricier side but it's worth it!

My god! I am so very disappointed! The pasta was horrible !!! Not one but both of which we ordered tasted like amature prepared it! Runny white cream sauce like milk and tomato sauce that tasted worse than 1pound off shelf bottle. Pasta was hard and dry . Service - they seemed to be rushing always . Didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our food ! I went to the city Center one recommended by a friend but will Never come back again! What a waste of time and money !

We’ve always wanted to try here and thought that celebrating my husbands 40th Birthday would be the perfect opportunity. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with such a warm welcome and taken to our seats. The atmosphere and warmth shown to us was a 10/10 the service and food matched perfectly. As soon as we sat down we knew we had made the perfect choice. We can’t wait to go back. The only downside was that we ate so much we couldn’t fit in pudding lol a perfect excuse to return!

We had a family meal on a Wednesday evening and everything was spot on. Everyone‘s food was excellent, perfectly timed, and the service was beyond good. Our waiter, Matteo couldn’t have been better. We didn’t feel rushed, he was super friendly and professional, and whenever we were ready to order food or more drinks, he seemed to magically appear. He really added to a lovely dining experience. Thank you Matteo - you are brilliant! 🌟

Are you looking for an authentic Italian restaurant in Manchester? Look no further! Piccolino is located 15 minutes away (by foot) from Piccadilly station. The atmosphere and interior are incredible. Their friendly staff at the entrance greeted us. It seems like most of their team could converse in Italian! Just felt like we were transported to Italy. We had calamari and Bruschetta for starters, followed by margaritas pizza and creamy carbonara. The food was delicious. However, the pizza could be better. It was not hot enough to our liking. All in all, it was a pleasant afternoon at Piccolino.

Just nipped in after work & can’t be faulted. Greeted with a friendly hello by the male at the door, seated outside & looked after by the lady with long brown hair, jeans & brown chelsea boots Service was perfect & the food was amazing & perfect!

The food in January somewhat lacked the amazing taste I remembered from last year. It left me feel disappointed as I was looking forward to the meal. Also, as it was my friends birthday, they prepared her a lovely birthday tray which was really thoughtful. However, the waiter thought it was cool to kiss her on her cheek. Not only is that extremely unhygienic and dangerous during the covid pandemic, but not something they should be doing in any way! I'm afraid I won't be coming back.

I had a great Italian meal here. Lovely friendly staff and accomodating with a smile. The menu is great and I recommend the pizza. Also the range of red wine completes the palate.

The service was a bit slow at times, but staff were very friendly. The food was a bit of a let down, the truffle pasta was edible but lacked depth of flavour. The dessert menu was limited but I would definitely reccomend the affogato. The inside of the restaurant was really cosy and it was a lovely place to pop into.

Visited this afternoon for some late lunch. We went for the lasagne & arrabiata - both were delicious. Our waitress (I didn’t catch her name) was very welcoming and attentive. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks!

Excellent, don’t hesitate. Just needed a place for me and my mate to eat and chat over a couple of hours. Enjoyed our time so much that I forgot to take any food photographs.

The chefs know their trade and they have a service staff that makes sure their talents are not wasted with poor service. I love Italian cooking and these guys have the baton!!

Food and atmosphere were great. But it would be a shame not to mention lovely Jennifer, she is an amazing waitress who made our evening. She helped my friend with her diary intolerance by offering an alternative dressing for her pasta with chicken (truly marvelous dish, well, after lasagna i had, adored it). Nice place with best food in England. Grazie, tutto era buonissimo.

We went on Saturday night and it looked busy. The food was excellent however, my aperol spritz was on the weak side and the waitresses were rushing and even missed a drinks order on the table (1 person didn't get their order in) and there was no check backs.

We love Piccolino. The food is always delicious and the staff are so friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the lunchtime special which was £20 for two courses and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely return

Excellent food and service. I particularly recommend the tuna steak, it exceeded all expectations.Tuna tartar and tiramisu were also very delicious. Tiramisu was a very generous portion and was perfectly drenched in coffee and an alcohol.I felt tipsy afterwards 😂 A sophisticated yet relaxed and easy atmosphere, which is perfect for a special occasion either a spontaneous date. Not a cheap place but so worth it!

We visited this restaurant on a recommendation and really glad we did. The decor is lovely and the restaurant had a really good atmosphere. It seemed pretty busy for a Sunday night but service was prompt and well delivered. Food was delicious and I would particularly recommend the arancini. I have arancini any time I see it on a menu and this was about the best I have had Edit: Visited again on another trip to Manchester. We were served by Cesare, who was fantastic and very engaging. Another fantastic meal.

Myself and my sister came here tonight and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience - from the moment we walked in the door we had the best service! We arrived early so we had a drink at the bar, and they were super tasty!! We were then seated and served by a lovely lady - I think her name was Jennifer? She was brilliant, so friendly and attentive. We didn’t have to wait too long at all for our food to come, we both got pasta which was absolutely delicious, and shared some chips which were also perfect. We then got another drink, we couldn’t resist! And got dessert to top it all off. Overall we really enjoyed the whole experience here, we found all the staff so friendly and attentive, I even dropped a knife at one stage and I had a new one in two seconds! 10/10, thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The seafood risotto was good but not amazing for its price point. The ambience and attentive waiters are definitely what makes the visit worth while. It’s the perfect spot for celebrating an occasion or date. Will be back again!

Great service from the moment we arrived since the time we left. We had a pram with us staff made space next to the table so that it can be placed there. Food is amazing as always, scallops 5/5, soft cheese salad delicious, shrimp pasta amazing, lasagna again great, ogh desserts were amazing (tiramisu and crema catalonia). We would definitely recommend this place and will be going again soon.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
