Great selection of ales and my loaded fries was less than a tenner and had to be shared!

Great pub in busy Didsbury. Camerons is a Hartlepool Brewery reinventing itself. On our latest visit with Martin in 2023 they had a mix of own beers and beers from Three Brothers, Thornbridge, Alphabet and Full Circle. Had a 4.6% Sticky Toffee Porter by Three Brothers, Stockton. For trendy hipsters there were several craft ales. Good selection of wine. Staff really friendly and well trained.

Amazing range of keg lines and a few casks at the end, visited during a Tiny Rebel TTO, decent seating.

Have been coming here quite a lot recently, especially on Friday nights for the live music, can get a bit loud between 8-10 when the students are in but luckily the all seem to leave at the same time so it doesn't effect the experience too much. Fantastic selection of beers, on tap and in cans

Stan and Eyo are amazing and make this the nicest place to go to in Didsbury. They’re so warm and friendly and make us feel welcome with our kids. They’re the sole reason a lot of us have made it our local!

Had a baby shower here and it was so amazing, the food was absolutely fantastic and tasty, very filling. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. A absolutely wonderful and great place to come, family and dog friendly. Definitely come again.

Staff are really friendly and have a great selection of beers! Especially if you like you craft beers! Good for a quiet pint in the afternoon.

We went to the Wednesday pub quiz & had a brilliant time! The staff were simply fantastic. The bar staff served us promptly & let us know about deals, including 2-for-1 beers. They even gave us a receipt so we could go back to get our 2nd beer when we wanted it. Special shout out to Yasmin & her manager who were so attentive & went above and beyond to make sure we had somewhere to sit after we forgot to book a table. She really helped make our night. Pub quiz was so much fun!!

Staff ignored bar queue and served people they seemed to recognise over who was there first. One staff member took the ice tray from in front of us already in the queue, ignored us and walked off to serve people who had just walked up. Rude staff. Didn’t try any food or anything else but that sort of awful service can only evidence how bad everything else will be. Can’t exactly reward somewhere that can’t get basic serving etiquette right.

Absolutely lovely staff and a massive thankyou to Eyo for making us feel so at home and safe throughout the night. Amazing atmosphere throughout, we will definitely be back

Good drinks, good vibes, hilarious staff. Drinks may be towards the pricey end but delicious and worth your time.

Great place for beers, love the staff, always super friendly. Also a fun place to work during the day.

Very nice bar in a great location! The bar is also very accessible to vegans: every single beer or drink on draft is labelled as according two whether or not it’s vegan and this is really helpful. The food menu is also nice, although not that massive. We had the mushroom and truffle oil arancini which were lovely, if a little expensive. You can get 3 dishes for £15 or 1 for £6.

Shouldn't be as good as it is,but the staff are lovely, particularly Ayo who always remembers people names, Stan the other fella who's been there a while is fun, and the new staff are always good, great range of drinks, and the sharing platers are good value.

Great selection of craft beers, mario kart on the tv great to do with friends. Amazing staff credit to Stan very friendly and great service. Pool table too if you fancy and very good music that isn’t too loud so you can chat. Would recommend

Fantastic place easily the best server I’ve ever had Danger mouse, fantastic hilarious guy. Sorted us out well and had lots of insight in the drinks in the establishment, I will be coming back! The food was also gorgeous!!

Nice staff, chilled beer, good games of pool. Went early last Sunday evening. Seemed a bit understaffed at one point and one guy trying his best was rushed as a queue formed. Will return and maybe try the food next time.

I do like this pub.. It has great craft beers and always something new on tap. The house brew larger is pretty tasty! My only reservation is the pub golf beer crawl of students that emerge enroute to town.. Lol chaos for about an hour or two.. Then back to civilisation! Very dog friendly and the staff are very friendly.

I was so looking forward to meeting friends at this pub after CAMRA recognition & reports to visit this establishment. I'm starting with the positives Yes a great range of cask beers & keg beers + well stocked bar & very good to see staff pulling through all lines to clear before serving. Cameron Blonde was after second pint very drinkable. Negatives It's Friday it's after 16.00hrs & after sitting down we are disturbed to find we are near a television now being used for children's games! I love well behaved children in pubs, my children visited enough, but when the children are left to scream & shout whilst parents remain outside? Can I recommend? Absolutely not! Drinking crowd against a parent off loading children & they win! Staff not interested good luck with your profits I saw the last Head of Steam crash & burn in Manchester. Timing might have been poor but seriously look after your drinking customers who might come back!

Fantastic and friendly service from the three lovely members of staff behind the bar this evening (forgot their names unfortunately). Well looked after cask ales, and a good selection of craft and bottles too. Can't fault it!

Best beer selection in Didsbury Village by a country mile. Varied and regularly changing options from your average of beers to the most adventurous real ales. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly bar staff. We are regulars and hope this place sticks around for a long long time.
