We went here before catching train home and ordered x2 large breakfasts and 2 unlimited hot refill drinks, breakfast arrived it looked great so my husband started eating while I went for the hot drinks their were loads of flies all over the hot drink machines and when I got back I told my husband he laughed it off until a fly bothered him a lot while eating then flies landed on his toast and food we swatted it away and looked up and all the lamp shades were swarming with flies and large moths too and mould on the roof we felt a bit ill and left our food and as huge wetherspoons lovers we love every spoons we visit but this was not a pleasant experience at all and this seriously needs to be addressed and sorted

My friend and I came to visit Manchester for the weekend on Sat 29th Oct 22 as we came for a show at the Manchester A.O Arena. On Sun 30th Oct 22, we wanted breakfast but missed Mc D's so I suggested a Wetherspoons as I know you can still order an all-day breakfast even if its past Breakfast Menu time. We were staying nearby so didn't have far to walk to The Paramount. Upon arrival and entering on Sun - 30-10-22, it was extremely busy. It is a very big place but was quite packed which we soon discovered was due to a football match being on and screened. However, it didn't take long to find somewhere to sit, and we found a nice comfortable booth style table to sit at. Ordering on the app is fast and straight-forward. We ordered the All-day brunch with some orange juice and didn't have to wait long to be served. The food was cooked well and very tasty. The chips were "THE BEST!" - Piping hot and crispy. My friend and I find Wetherspoons chains to be reliable and affordable. Only gripe was the table felt a bit sticky and glasses were not cleared. We were bothered by a fly too. I understand the premises is very busy, but it would help if tables were cleaned. Overall good experience. Good food and price. Can't complain!

I had it on my bucket list to have a proper full English breakfast. My partner grew up coming to this location when he lived in the city and so I obviously had to have my first taste here. The breakfast was very good and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back!

Went on a Wednesday night at 8:30, place was surprisingly quiet and tables were free. My steak was medium-rare which I wanted, and my boyfriend said his burger tasted good. Perfect place to go for food and drinks.

friendly security. drinks ordered on the app always timely. good prices for central manchester. often packed so check peak times to guarantee seating, although it is quite a large space. also has outdoor seating which is great in summer. overall a really great place to go for pres or a quick drink.

It's a 'Spoons, what more do you need to know? Quite a large venue with an area upstairs. It can get very busy with quite long waiting times to get served at the bar. However, if you grab a table then ordering food and drinks via the app is very quick. Both the food & drinks are standard Wetherspoon's stuff.

Usual Spoons with free Wi-Fi. Very very busy on a Saturday afternoon in early December. 6 guest taps making it probably the best Spoons for beer choice (for me anyway).

My second visit to this very popular wetherspoons. No seats available inside, so I enjoyed a half of Green King IPA fir £1.13. I had a nice spot in the sun at the front of the pub, though .

I don’t expect a lot of a Wetherspoons pub, but this falls short even of that. The first drink I wanted - and that according to the app they had in stock - had run out. So the other drink I wanted, that had run out as well. The third option? Run out too. Had a can of something that wasn’t all that cheap, so could have gone to a semi-decent pub instead. Clientele? Arguing children. Toilets? Three cubicles in the men’s in what is a fairly large pub. First cubicle? Out of service. Second cubicle? No toilet paper. Third cubicle? Toilet paper so tight in the receptacle that it could barely be rotated. Sat at a table with eight empty glasses (not mine sadly), two plates of nasty looking leftover food and ripped-up beer mats etc. Very poor establishment.

An above average Wethers, good food and service, and a great atmosphere. Perfect outdoor seating to watch the Folk of Manchester walk by. Lots of road noise, but apart from that, a great meeting place.

A nice pub in the centre of Manchester, but not as much character as most others. Clean and plenty of seating when we called Sunday afternoon. Food good but would have liked more curry sauce on the chips, seemed abit stingy with it. Hallumi fried where good as was the quorn nuggets, perfect for an afternoon sharing snack and good value at £16.80 for all 3.

Still a decent, clean and comfortable pub. Busy as usual but always happy to visit here. So many different seating options, booths, open area seating, upstairs. A small bottle of Procecco and a pint for under £6 you can't go wrong. Seems a well managed pub. Clean toilets.

Very busy, inside and out, minimal space outside to enjoy drinks in the non-smoking outdoor seats. Good to see the place busy but was the weekend of Parklife. Bar area was not too busy but was hard to get served. Would go back as the atmosphere was great and the variety of customers was immense. 2 bouncers on the door to stop any mischief made me feel safe.

A bustling pub with a good variety of beers in offer. There's plenty of seating and tables and staff are helpful.

One of the best spoons in town. Further out from the city centre, so it's usually less busy and finding a table isn't impossible. But still close to other pubs and clubs on Oxford road. Pretty chill and a cool and unusual layout. Been loads and never had a bad night here 👍

Absolutely love this pub!......... BUT...service is sooooooooo slow!! Having just two bar staff serving on the bar when its absolutely packed inside and out on a sunny Saturday just really isnt great been a few time over past few months and noticed this alot.... waited 40 minutes for a app order which was just a can as i wanted to see how long it took vs us cueing up 😅😅 On another positive the staff you do have, have always been very pleasant, polite and helpful!! Did i mention the toilets arent miles away for a spoons so extra bonus xx See you again very soon!!

Busy Wetherspoon in Manchester. Food was ok, got the mixed grill. Got to say all the meat was very tough and one cut tasted weird. I appreciate it didn't cost much though. I would have given 2 stars for the meal. However, the staff were great though, friendly and very helpful

Great place for a drink, weatherspoons with outside sitting area too. Will always see something interesting characters around definitely recommend it if you are into pubs. A place to casually come and have a drink.

I would of given 5 stars but I asked for my steak to be done medium to well done. The 1st half of the steak was perfect but then the rest was still mooing. But apart the service was quick

It was extremely busy, we managed to get a table and ordered on the app. Easy process and didn't have wait long for our order. I had the Miners Benedict which was lovely.

A short weekend in Manchester...seen my team Argyle beat Bolton and had a good night out last night.....so...ofcourse...before we travel south 320 miles we need to have breakfast in "Spoons"!! Always good value...this place is modern and big and not a particularly archetypal Spoons. Food ok....so many people doing exactly the same on a Sunday morning. Can't ever fault it....

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
