Food nice for pub grub, I like how you order from your table on the app still. The hot choc fudge cake so nice!. Pricing fine 3 of us with drinks mains and puds for 40 quid . Cant complain . Tis a bit noisy though with the drinkers.

Calvert's Court, can at times be a little rough and ready, especially at the weekend, but on a July Monday evening in high summer we found it pleasantly chilled. Lots of relaxed and friendly groups were enjoying being out on a sultry night which made for a great atmosphere. The staff we encountered were friendly, professional and happy to help.

I was looking forward to visiting my 350th wetherspoons, and the quality of the food and drink didn't disappoint. The small fish chips and garden peas with a very good Reverend James ales was 6.99. The portion wasn't small either. My sidekick had a very good naga chicken burger.

Good place if you need cheap beer and lots of food option. And the service is very quick.

This is a large wetherspoons with a small seating area out front and a larger beer garden out the back. With lots of seating indoors although it was Friday evening so there wasn't anywhere to sit which made this a short visit. Update, we recently visited for food and it was awful the steak was inedible full of grizzle and fat 🤢

Best place if you like hanging around in smoking areas and chatting rubbish to strangers like I do. Food is pretty decent. Downside is coming on a sober head can be overwhelming and it kinda stinks of old beer and cigarettes.

When you paid £10 for an anemic burger with barely anything on it, you realise that it's not good vaule for money as it once was. At least the staff were friendly

Ordered two burgers with chips and a soft drink for a fiver each! Helpful and friendly staff brought me condiments and were super happy even though we moved to more comfortable seats. Also ordered a hot chocolate and the hot chocolate machine wasn't working so I was brought a galaxy hot chocolate sachet - I couldn't be happier. Fantastic service, great staff, great atmosphere what more could you want. Special thanks to Peter and Steve for looking after us both.

Don't swear at me. I wasn't there for the food - I was there for the beer 😆 🤣 😂 Great service - Great beer prices - I had 2 pints of San Miguel refilled 2 - no 3 - no 4 times 😆 🤣 The bar was really busy last Friday night, 9/12/23!! It's still loads of space as this bar is really, really, in fact, it's well long Conveniently, there is a nice kebab shop over the road 😆

We ordered 2x steak and kidney pudding, chips peas and gravy .The only thing that was edible was the chips .Everything else was nasty .I ordered a fruit salad with ice cream to get rid of the taste of the steak pudding as I felt sick .When the desert arrived the banana was rancid .They said they would get me another fruit salad and they came back with just a banana ??? Would not advise anyone to eat there.

Everything we chose to eat wasn’t available. No desserts at all available either. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t think I’ll be returning to eat anytime soon.

It was alright, like most spoons, good beer at good prices, quite a lot of all day drinkers plus a lot meeting up to go out, it was very busy.

Ordered two set meals with choice of an alcoholic beverages. We decided to sit outside coz the weather was very nice. Our beers attracted honey bees 🐝🐝 so we end up going back inside to eat. It was our first time at Wetherspoons. Food are from frozen and cooked.

A nice and pleasant Weatherspoons, the staff team are amazing and very friendly. There are lots of seating and its very well maintained by the team, so no tables stacked with plates and glasses. The pricing is brilliant and NOT London prices, so a nice simple weatherspoons. The food from the kitchen is good too, i recommend the wings.... Yummy

Usual good value food and drink from this chain pub. Looks a little tired and dated and in need of some TLC, but the staff are friendly and there is a great range of drink offers throughout the week. There is also entertainment on various days in the week such as a pub quiz etc too

I was in here with my husband at about 13:30 today. It was very busy so we decided not to order food because we were pushed for time. There was a pretty good atmosphere and food we saw being served looked good, there are some new items on the menu too. There was one thing that would have spoiled it for me if I was offended by foul language. One of the staff members rushed past our table with a burger but as she was passing, I could hear her swearing. Not very professional in front of customers. Save the f words for places only staff can hear you.

Got a mix grill half way through eating the gammon steak found out it was raw. Ended up with food poisoning and was told as I paid by card I had to wait 7-10 days to get my money back it's been 10 days I'm still waiting

Not a bad place. Usual Wetherspoon atmosphere. Reasonable food at very reasonable prices and probably the best selection of beer, outside of a specialist bar like Petergate Tap. But like most spoons, it really needs a good clean. Stinky grubby toilets, and tatty decor really let this place down. I know that American burger chains are all the same. But everything is clean & easy to wipe down and toilets are always clean, despite heavy traffic.

This is another spoons, the food is very good, and the ales on show good and prices cannot be beaten for either. Parking is a problem, entrance is for all people. There is seating outside. There was seating available. Staff were efficient. Well worth a visit.

👍👍 Family of four served by Denise who was excellent: Perfect customer service, really impressive. The steak was delicious and enjoyed by all. Highly recommend the butcher's block! We stayed overnight and found the room spacious and very clean. Great location for Manchester Airport. 1 star lost in food...
