Right in the centre of Manchester on a side road of Market Street we found this quiet restaurant among the bustle of the city. The decor and building needed refreshing as it looked tired however the service was efficient and freindly, the food was good and tasty with a fresh salad bar to select from. One warning is that the toilets are located up a flight of stairs so may cause access issues. The menu was typical pasta and pizza as expected. We were with a couple of other groups dining but was comfortable and out of the way by the window. A more modern but busier Pizza Hut is located a 10 min walk away on Corporation Street.

Rebecca a very happy and helpful server, and we got and enjoyed our meal. Very convenient location just outside of Arndale shopping centre.

Visited this Pizza Hut for the first time. Received a nice welcome when I entered and was seated in a quiet corner. I opted for the lunchtime buffet. It was £12.99 when upgraded to a soft drink (refillable) and ice cream. The buffet was kept full with a great selection. Very happy with my visit and would certainly return.

Dire. You have to book by app and 3 times we tried and kept loosing signal and you can't buy an offer and then use blue light discount, so we got up and went to TGI, where the food and service were amazing.

Great food and very friendly staff! There's also a student discount available so don't forget your student card!

I find this to be the better of the two pizza huts in the city centre. The salad bar is always well stocked whereas in the other one round the corner you have to ask them to replace stuff. Staff friendly would visit again. Only criticism I have is please make the water in the machine a little colder? I don’t like to put ice in my drink as I don’t think it’s hygienic out of these machines.

Like most of teh Pizza Huts its very run down,really could do with some refurb. The staff were quite uninterested, We were one of the last and it was quite obvious we were not really wanted/or they wanted us to hurry up. The salad was great, Pizza was bland as Chilli oil was very poor, NO ICE Cream how can that be? I used to love Pizza Hut but feel its lost it these days

Pizza Hut isn’t as good as dominoes in my opinion but the atmosphere is nice and I enjoy the fact that you don’t have to get up and order or flag someone down to pay, it can all be done via the website or app when scanning the QR code on the table, it makes things so much more stress free and easier for someone like myself with anxiety and autism.

Pizza Hut is amazing place to come with friends and family for any event ! Highly recommend it and you get student discount of 20% if you have unidays between Mon to Thursday.

Friendly staff, prompt service and reasonable price. The kitchen initially got my partner's order wrong, but they brought the original free of charge and prepared another one correctly (and quickly!) No issues whatsoever, though the toilet facilities are a little hidden away.

They don't be really faster but still good. The waitress are very kind. Food good, the price is ok. The place have different levels separate, so is good for coming with friends, some special or family. Have a offer, 1 big pizza (can be 2 different half) plus 2 entrance but take care, you can choice if this including dessert or beverage. Not both.

Food was good but service was appalling. We were shown to a table & left there for ages, nobody came to take our order. We had to ask a waitress who came to service customers who came in after us at an adjoining table for assistance

This is a lovely little Pizza Hut. It’s very clean, the staff are delightful and they are really efficient. We needed to order quickly, because we were going to the theatre, and the staff were really accommodating. Fabulous - will certainly go again when visiting Manchester.

"Sarah will be looking after you and will be with you in a minute" Which minute? Which year? Absolutely shocking lack of customer service from the staff, here. Added to this was the unbridled joy of sitting near a bunch of students who were behaving like howler monkeys on acid. The food was well, pizza. You cannot go wrong with that. Will avoid this branch in the future

Quiet and good food. Staff attentiveness was average. The drinks machine was rather sticky didn't look like it was regularly cleaned. Other than that a nice place.

The greeting from Mike and his colleague was warm, friendly, and genuine. The attentiveness level was spot on, updates on food availability and encouragements to eat/drink more if we so desired were welcome. Myself and my sister were left wondering if they owned the business, it could not have been a more pleasurable lunch. We will certainly call again when in town.
