A decent Indian restaurant! I always want to try this because everytime I passed by can smell the tasty curry. Finally the restaurant is less busy today. We had the seafood share platter as starter, and we also had the chicken Shahi Korma and lamb shark sultani, together with Garlic Naan. The garlic naan is very good! Not too oily Also the stuff is really friendly! He recommended us to try the papadum, it’s very Crispy and goes well with the sauce. Overall it’s a very good dinner experience! 👍🏻

Oh my word! What an amazing meal. Spicy, complex flavours beautifully balanced, the best rotis we've had in years, great selection of starters/street food (golgappa are superb!) and do yourself a favour and have some kulfi and a cup of masala chai neither of which appear on the menu - just ask! The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. Do yourself a favour and go!

ONE OF THE BEST INDIAN RESTAURANTS! Came here on my way back from a Manchester United Game on a Sunday at 8 pm. Not too many people here so easy to find a table. To start I ordered the Poppadam with relishes (Mango Chutney, Coriander Chutney, Pickled Onion). Then I got Chicken Tikka Masala with Garlic Naan and Rice. Man that was an amazing meal and my mouth is watering thinking about it now. Great service as well, would come back.

Great little stop. Over was friendly and attentive. Decor was OK, tables were layed out well. Very busy when I got there but staff were well oiled to look after everyone. Started off with Aloo Puri.. its been a long time since I had it. Portion was good and taste was great. Puri's were a bit thick for my taste but nice either way. Mains I had the Chicken handi. Asked for a little spice to be added. With a tandoori roti. Great taste, fresh and hot to the plate. Really enjoyed it. Although busy, I felt comfortable and looked after. Price was reasonable and menu was layed out well. A bit different to most Indian menus but well worth it. I would recommend a visit.

Absolutely delicious Indian meal with exceptional service. The portions are huge. We were stuffed after our starters and they were so kind and let us wait until we were ready for mains. We barely touched them, but they were happy to pack them up for us to take home. The food was so good. The service even better. Cannot fault anything other than our own stupidity in ordering more food than we could eat! 🤣🤷‍♀️

A great Indian restaurant. Nice service, food and atmosphere. I love the signature curry most - Arnero Chicken Tikka Masala, the taste were rich with tomato sauce. It was fresh, spicy and delicious.

Good experience and good food here at Arnero. Found and booked online. Friendly welcome and quick service. Food fresh, tasty and hot. Reasonably priced for a busy city centre restaurant. Naan breads are absolutely delicious. The reason for the 4 star is because I found the menu slightly restrictive in comparison to other Indian restaurants with not a huge amount of selection. Also they add a service charge on which I would expect on tables of 5+ but not 2. It makes you feel pressured to give an additional 10%. My friend and myself would have left a decent gratuity anyway given the food quality and experience we received but the service charge makes it forced, this makes it feel more like an American dining experience but nevertheless wouldn't let it taint the good food.

Food served was authentic Indian(Lot of veg options) The quantity was also good. Lime soda was little bit off. However the ambience and taste was exceptional. Must visit

Had a fantastic meal here. I had duck in a curry which is something I never thought I would have as I didn't think it would work, but it really does!! Was probably one of the best curries I have had. Amazing flavour and thickness to the sauce was really nice with very little oil as there usually is in curries. Rice and naan bread were also cooked really well. Service was friendly and really quick, restaurant was quite busy but didn't take long for the food to come. Highly recommend this place if your in Manchester and enjoy Indian cuisine 👍

Food is exceptional here, good vegetarian options. Quantity is less but taste is good. When we visited service was too rushed.

One of the best Indians I have had. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. We had a table booked at opening time and the atmosphere was quite quiet but it soon got very busy. Would definitely recommend

Lovely vegetarian Street food with dishes I've not had before. However poppadoms, starters and mains all came at once so felt rushed. When asked that I receive the discount from my VIP Canal Street card waiter told me no such thing existed. He was pulled up by another member of staff who told him this discount existed. His attitude through the evening had felt quite misogynistic. I wanted to like Arnero a lot and the food was superb but we did feel the evening was let down by that particular waiter.

Not sure what has happened to my original review of this place, so I'm doing it again. Me and a friend went here 3 nights ago and omg, how it's changed, I've not been for over a year, not sure if it's under new management or not! Not very friendly at all now, not really attentive either. Ambiance of the place has definitely changed. Anyway we ordered food and thought it odd it came to quick. Long story short, since then we have had bad stomachs and still tender with cramping even today. We lost a night's sleep on the evening we ate this meal. It was obviously a very bad curry. I can't remember the last time I had a poorly stomach from curry, I don't know how I managed to go to work the next day in all honesty. In conclusion, won't be going again.

Visited here last night for the first time and had a great experience. We ordered poppadoms with the relish tray, onion bhajis, chicken methi saag curry, a portion of Bhuna Rogan Josh sauce, pilau rice and masala chips. All of it was delicious and good sized portions. We booked a table through First Table and got 50% off the food meaning it was only £38.50 in total and that was with two beers, two pints of Coke and the service charge. The staff are all very friendly and the service was faultless also. I would definitely recommend here and we will definitely be back!

Great food , and very quick service. Good central location. They add 5% service charge automatically (table of 2) - I would rather choose myself how much to tip based on service and quality of food.

A good option for Indian food.. were able to manage a large group at last minute notice. Drinks are decently priced. The food was on the spicier side for us. An overall nice experience!

We’ve visited here 3 times when attending gigs at various venues. The food is amazing and the service is friendly and attentive. The lamb special is lovely but on the recommendation of the owner I tried the chicken on the bone. I’m glad I did because it was unbelievably good ! If you’re in the area please give it a try, it’s well worth it.

If i could give ten stars, I would give more, I am a master and Indian cuisine and this place ticks all the boxes. I have to recommend the lamb chops starter and we got one of each of the mains and not one could I find a fault. I even asked to go to the kitchen to meet the chef as I wanted to know their secret. The management is amazing, great customer service, you get the bill when asked for, but most of all, the Indian food is certainly the best in Manchester I’ve had so far

What a powerhouse of delicious flavours! Visited Manchester from Leeds and discovered this absolutely amazing restaurant. We were unsure what to order as some of the dishes were completely unknown to us but we were guided by a very helpful waiter/owner? who helped us to choose. What a delicious meal we had! The flavours were quite simply out of this world. We have nothing in comparison in Leeds. We will definitely return the next time we come to Manchester without a shadow of doubt. Well done Arnero, you are amazing!

This place has best papdi chat off all the hotels I've tried in Manchester. The food here is very delicious and the owner / chef is a very jolly fella. Food here is really nice and amazing service. The prices are quite reasonable as well. A must visit restaurant for taste of India if you're in Manchester.

Absolutely superb restaurant and the staff made some beautiful recommendations. The most authentic, succulent and tasty Indian food I have ever tasted without doubt. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in the are looking for the best. Thank you to the owner for his recommendations - phenomenal. Spotlessly clean and very courteous team ready to help.

Rich tasting starters/mains, light crispy bread & perfectly cooked rice. Friendly polite staff, clean environment, reasonable prices, provided a special even though was not on the menu and the most convenient Indian restaurant to central Manchester just a few minutes from the coach station or Piccadilly. Was so good had to write a review, don't normally!

Loved this place. Went for the wife's birthday and was worth it. Food is delicious. May be portions could be slightly bigger but that is completely personal preference.

What a delight to find this fabulous restaurant. Warm and welcoming, the staff were really friendly but not in your face like some places. Delicious food. I had Veg Biriani which was really tasty with lots of tender vegetables. Hubby had lamb shank which was cooked to perfection. Lots of choice, great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
