Beautiful clean breakfast. Thankfully I found this place before visiting Manchester as its a little hidden gem. A must visit if your in Manchester. Also had dinner one evening here. Unfortunately I didn't bump into the famous owner behind it but perhaps next time lucky👌

Visited here with a friend worked our way through the cocktail list :) we had afternoon tea food was great, although the sandwiches seemed like they'd been out a little while as they were a dry, however the time before we came the sandwiches were lovely and soft. Would recommend and will return again soon. Its a lovely little place ;)

I cant believe I've not heard of this place before! The atmosphere was lovely from the get go. We started off having a nice drink whilst choosing our food. The cocktails were lovely and the menu had plenty of delicious choices to choose from. The toilets were very clean. All the food was amazing and everything was devoured. The staff service was impeccable and the whole evening was one to remeber for all the right reasons. Will definitely be recommending.

Went to Annie's for afternoon tea for my mum's birthday. Had a lovely afternoon. The food was lovely and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to change part of the menu for my children if needed and we were able to stay as long as we wanted and we're not rushed to leave. Have been before and will definitely be returning

Visited here for a birthday afternoon tea about a month ago and it was absolutely brilliant. What a hidden gem! I was never expecting it to be such a big place from the outside. Staff were lovely and it was no trouble at all to change one of the sandwiches on our afternoon tea platter. Food was excellent and a good size portion. Can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic place for afternoon tea! My friend and I came here for the first time, and had a great experience. The service was incredibly friendly, albeit a little slow, and everything was so tasty! They had a vegetarian option for the afternoon tea, but make sure to book in advance if you want a vegan version.

Was looking for something traditional from Manchester and read somewhere Annies' had the best Lancashire hotpot... So I came to try it! Served as Annies hotpot, it was definitely something to have. Had it with a pinot noir from Romania that paired very nicely. For dessert had a sticky toffee pudding with custard. So good. Was served by Lily, who gave me a very pleasant experience. The environment and decoration gave me classic vibes. Recommend a visit!

Annie‘s is a peculiar, but absolutely charming place with lovely, caring staff and great atmosphere. We had the Traditional and Pescetarian Afternoon Tea. The tea selection was okay - but the unlimited tea and the teas being loose leaf was a big plus. The food was pretty good - we would have preferred to have an option for plain scones though. The whole experience was great! We want to highlight the lovely staff - especially our waiter Harry, who made sure we had a great Afternoon Tea time.

Annies was a last minute Hen booking, the staff are lovely! The food was great, we had a party of 9 for Champagne Tea, the vegan option could probably use a little improvement, the scone was pretty dry, but everyone else's were "Fantastic"! Reasonably priced Pictured is the Vegan option Highly recommend :D

I held graduation here for my performing arts student, what a wonderful experience. The staff are simply amazing, Harry kept in touch with me throughout the process and helped, reassured and delivered a beautiful afternoon. Im so glad I chose to hold our celebration here, the food was gorgeous, we went for a buffet style sitting, there was lots of food left over because they made sure we all had enough.

We went here before a concert. The food was so food and reasonably priced. Me and my fiancé got the skewers with steak, prawns and chicken. It came with chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, Peppers and onions then we got peppercorn sauce. The photos don't do it justice. K also had some cocktails. Service was really good, staff are really friendly. Would highly recommend and I will definitely go again.

If you are looking for an amazing setting to enjoy a nice breakfast, Annies is your go-to in Manchester. Beautifully tucked away from the main road, very welcoming staff and great decor. Food was equally awesome. Of course they do more than just breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Fab restaurant with great staff and lovely food. The portions were a good size for brunch and priced reasonably. Will recommend to people.

The service and atmosphere are great, but I expected the afternoon tea to be more freshly prepared; however, the scone is unpalatable, and other dishes are also not freshly prepared

We love Annie’s. We have been a few times now and it has such a lovely, cozy feel to it, especially lovely at Christmas time. Afternoon Tea was good. Staff always friendly and service great. Planning another visit soon with the kids.

What a lovely little place. Myself and my wife were up in Manchester from Kent. Wanted a lovely breakfast and stumbled across this place. Great food, great staff, great price. Two full English. Superb.

Was looking for a non-chain Sunday lunch and Annies did not disappoint. Beautifully freshly cooked vegetables and thin cut fall apart roast beef. Delicious meal in quiet and attentive surroundings.

Food tasted amazing, and was very aesthetically pleasing. Personnel was very kind, and we were served in a timely fashion. Lovely atmosphere. Lights, plants, art and some stories decorate the place nicely.

Nice enough but pretty average experience this time. We went for brunch at 12:30 but they said they'd stopped serving. Sign outside needs updating. We had mains instead and they were alright. But they took a long time to arrive. My hotpot was okay but nothing special. Served with some basic vegetables. For the cost (around £15) it was just a bit average, and definitely better hotpots available at one or two other gastropubs nearby. I'll go back for breakfast as I generally like the place, but this experience wasn't great.

Absolutely gorgeous! Very cozy, pretty restaurant. Food was delicious and good selection of cocktails. Lovely atmosphere and attentive (but not annoying) staff. I love it here.

Nice ambience. Quiet and cosy. Staff fairly helpful but seating choices a bit limited. Food was at best okay. We had Sunday lunch and the beef was very disappointing, it was small portions and a bit chewy. Prices are quite high. Roast Potatoes very tasty.

Annie’s offers a warmth and friendliness that seems to be missing in many major cities. The team were friendly and approachable, offering a very high standard of customer service. The dining area was immaculately clean and very spacious. The food was prepared as if the chef cared, being both tasty and generous. Overall the experience wonderful.

Great atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and helpful, Harry, the young man who was looking after us went all out to make sure we had everything we needed. Afternoon Tea was beautifully presented and the food was excellent. Thank you Annie's for making our first experience with you, one that we will remember with joy.

Just had my sons christening party at Annies. The food was superb, also booked the private room which was lovely. The restaurant is so friendly and relaxing. Special mention has to go to Harry who has been superb ever since I made my first enquiry. His communication with me was first class, always replies to emails promptly. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I will certainly be calling in again. Thanks again

Lovely place! To me, the menu was a very traditional 'home made' one. This appeals to me much more than a big chain place. The ambience is relaxing, cosy and perfect for that date night.

Nice cosy city centre restaurant, very close to the Royal Exchange theatre. Excellent menu of English meals, cottage pie being my choice with seasonal vegetables. Good selection of desserts with the hot jam rolypoly pudding with lashings of custard being most welcome on a bitterly cold and wet winter's day. All served with a smile and courtesy, at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

We visited for the very first time for a Hen Party and had the afternoon tea with prosecco. The food was fab and plenty of it and the cocktails were very nice. Our waiter Harry was lovely, very friendly (and professional) and couldn't do enough for us. We will be highly recommending this place and definately will be returning

Afternoon tea a @ Annie's was nice. A tasty cup of tea with the classic goodie tower. The savoury sandwiches were nice, however the scones and sweets were not fresh enough to impress. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and seating comfortable.

Visited early December, not very busy. A lovely welcome by staff and the surroundings were lovely and comfortable. The meal was very tasty but the mushroom could have been cooked for longer. A very pleasant evening and will definitely return.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
