Let me preface this review by saying that this was my first ever time eating at Nando's, and to be completely honest, I don't see what all the hype is about. Now that's not to say that the food was bit, it wasn't, but on the same hand it wasn't anything special either. The Rainbow slaw was actually a let down, it tasted okay but it was just too dry, I'd recommend the normal slaw instead. I got the 1/2 chicken at medium spice and the portion size couldn't be knocked, it tasted nice as well, although there was an odd dry bit here and there but nothing major and most of it was nice and moist. The peri chips are a must have and were very tasty! The main gripe I have with this place is the fact you have to go to the counter to order or scan a QR code on your phone at the table - maybe I'm old fashioned but I find the idea of going to a restaurant and ordering via a QR code extra hassle and dehumanising, why can't they just come over and take the order? This obsession with mobile apps is destroying the fabric of eating at restaurants, I don't mind having it as an option alongside table service. When I did interact with the staff they were all friendly and helpful. Nando's seems to be hyped by basically most Zoomers out there and while it's decent, and the prices are reasonable, I personally don't think it's my kind of place. Overall a fairly lacklustre meal hyped by the army of Nando's fanboys/girls. I will probably never voluntarily go to Nando's again, 6/10.

My friends and I recently enjoyed a delightful evening meal at Nando's. The atmosphere at Nando's was vibrant and welcoming, with a lively ambiance that added to the overall dining experience. The restaurant was about half full at the time of our meal which provided some peace for us to enjoy the restaurant. My meal was comprised of quarter chicken with PERI-salted chips and Rainbow Slaw. The quarter chicken was succulent and perfectly cooked, boasting a delicious blend of flavours; fries served alongside the chicken were crispy and seasoned to perfection, they provided a satisfying crunch and acted as an excellent side dish to balance out the flavors of the main course; and the Rainbow Slaw was tasty. The variety of mouthwatering sauces allowed me to customize the taste to my liking, complementing the tender meat. I appreciate that the staff took care of us during the visit, ensuring we were comfortable and had all that we desired. We were welcomed and it was a nice touch that they bade us goodbye after our meal.

Me & my partner came here Tuesday & contracted food poisoning & both had to call in sick for work the next day. We both work in restaurants & know a lot about hygiene, we saw the chefs put tickets directly on top of the cooked food & we thought at the time if they’re doing that what else they doing back there… not a great experience!

Pretty little place with the most helpful staff. It's the only Halal Nando's in that area. Service was super fast and the food was good.

As a Nando’s lover, great wings but the girl at the cashier seemed angry. Usually Nando staff are lovely.

Nice modern decor. This Nandos is less crowded than other Nandos restaurants in Manchester. Service was good and the food was good. If you are visiting the UK, try this popular chain and their Portuguese flame-grilled peri peri chicken as part of the experience. Nandos UK arguably has the best flavour. Other Nandos chains around the world are good, but they are not quite the same.

Can you really go wrong with a Nando’s? Surely it’s a British institution by now Probably my favourite fast food restaurant, food is always quick to come and I like that once I’m done I don’t have to wait around for the bill. The chicken is nearly always tender at this location. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Staff especially nice and friendly at this location, the two young women who served me tonight were lovely.

Coming from South Africa, Nandos in the UK is consistently delicious and won't let you down in terms of flavour, you simply can't go wrong here

Staff fantastic, couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome...... Food very disappointing.... Not for me..... 🙁...... This particular Restaurant looking very tired these days, needs a full refurbishment tbf..... In my opinion Nando's need to up their game these days, possibly change the menu again, change decor, maybe even rebrand.... Don't get me wrong, as there are still some quality Nando's restaurants out there you will fall on in the UK...

The host was welcoming and told us to sit down as we would be waiting for 20-25 minutes which was fine as we go there at around 7pm in the evening. My food wasn`t that hot I ordered a wrap which is usually cut in half so I presume that is why it wasn't that hot, but overall the food was fine the brownie and ice cream was really nice. However, I disliked the atmosphere as there was a member of staff a bald ,middle-aged man that was giving negative patronising energy by the way he was serving, he was very loud and I just didn't feel very comfortable, I was chatting away for a while with my friend and his whole body language and the way he kept passing by our table made me feel very unwanted.

Really good experience. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Sat in there studying on my laptop during a fairly busy time for 3hrs and wasn’t bothered or asked to move etc. Would recommend this restaurant as a nandos to go to.

Excellent service, very fast ordering and the atmosphere was nice, the waitress was super helpful and food was top quality

Really great service here especially from Emily who sat us down and got us everything we needed making sure we were happy with our meal. Paul and Lewis were great also. The whole team is very friendly and was the best service of any Nando’s in Manchester. The Nando’s itself is very modern and aesthetic. Highly recommend.

I usually always come here before going to watch a movie in Odeon. Was a lovely afternoon and it’s always a pleasure to see Nik there. They are always really nice and welcoming. (Give them a promotion!!) Other than that the food & vibe is great as always!

Visited with my partner and SIL last night. Food arrived quickly and was nice. The restaurant is very nice inside in comparison to other nandos close by. But the main reason for leaving this review is because I think Lizzie is an asset to your team, very warm, welcoming, and is just a pleasant person to deal with in general. Would return.

It's usually a great place to eat and very enjoyable to be in but it would be greatly appreciated if the opening times could be amended as it says 11:30 on the nandos website and Google and it wasn't open when I tried to go. Waited until 12:00 of which many people tried the doors and realising it wasn't open left and even at 12:00 it still didnt open. So some clarification would be greatly appreciated 👍.

We enjoyed a group meal here , however when my friends received the wrong order- there seemed to be a lot of missed communication between the waiter who served us, the kitchen staff and the girl who took are order was then on her break so she couldn't exactly help. We were told it was getting sorted, but as time passed I politely asked the kitchen staff on my way to get some water if my friends food was going to be out soon as the rest of us were nearly done eating. I felt as if the chefs and staff in that area looked at me as if I had 5 heads and didn't seem the most friendly when I had asked them really politely. However the food was good and the people who took are orders were good at giving customer service!

In a day and age where customer service is lacking. This Nandos couldn't do enough. All staff were very friendly and keen to meet our requests. The store was very hygienic, atmosphere was great, service was fantastic and food was tasty. Thank you, look forward to visiting again whilst visiting Manchester :)

Stuff not very helpful, say me down without explaining how things work, ordered on the app, could not specify exactly what I watched to ori in the app. Not a great experience with Nando's

I don't know about dining experiences inside the restaurant, but DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!! Waited over an hour for our delivery so when I decided to check its tracking, it said it had been delivered??!! Not to us it hadn't! Called up to ask where our order was and they said they could only offer me a refund - no explanation as to where our order was nor any discounts/offers for the inconvenience. The woman we spoke to on the phone gave us extremely poor customer service.

We ive been to quite a few nando's and this place has to be the best service we have received all the staff where excellent friendly and polite, will be definitely going back.

Lovely, clean, welcoming staff and still lots of covid precautions in place for those still a little anxious.

I've been to a Nando's before and this tasted about the same. It was relatively busy at 4:30 PM, and as a result, the service was notably slow. The staff, however, noticed as such and sought me out to ask what I ordered. As it was slow, I did appreciate this considerate offer to check in on me.

Nice and clean. Staff were very welcoming polite and friendly. Good food.

this is a great nandos to visit as it gets less busy than the other ones. The food is great and arrives in a reasonable time. Staff all polite and it's easy to find if you follow the location on Google maps

One of the best Nando's I have been to. For all you Nando's lovers, get yourselves down here. Features an external dining area too which is nice. Similarly, with several gyms nearby, get yourselves down here for your post workout meals with your gym crew. Highly recommend!

Usually I love Nandos!! but this time I ordered 4 boneless chicken tight and they were horrible! I wasn't sure if the issue was that the chicken wasn't cooked enough or the chicken quality was bad!! I left them untouched on the plate!!! Next time ill think twice before eating there sorry Nando's!!!
