    Went there for drinks. First one was amazing. Second one, the zombie was a big disappointment. it tastes bland and served horrible. May be first and last time trying their cocktails. Left after second drink

    Big fan of TGI came in on the off chance family of 4 quick and effective service to our seats, staff took our orders of food and drinks The girl who initially served us passed us on to another girl after she had taken our orders. Starters arrived only 3 of them, sadly we finished our starters before the waitress returned to see if everything was okay, however they had a starter missing, the waitress quickly resolved the issue my wife's starters arrived has she was eating two more waitresses turned up with the same starter that was missing and the other waitress was with our mains, They took back to the kitchen to keep warm. Mains turns up beautiful but the only issue was there was so much salt put on the chips/fries all 4 of us left them we just couldn't eat them... Dessert order was taken. Then the waitress went back to the girl who took our order to start with, was told items wasn't on the menu, we picked different items only for the first order to turn up . In all the change in waitress seemed to confuse things maybe a break time?? Also they need to review seasoning the salt was over the top.

    Such a fun, friendly server named Beth! Always smiling! Food was always piping hot and tasted great! If only the fajitas had bigger wraps to fit the food into, either that or I'm just a messy eater...😂 5*, would recommend

    Not usually one to complain but the service was shocking. Nothing happened how it should, asked for menus, asked to order, asked for another menu for the desserts, asked for the bill. All after waiting and giving them a chance to. Not the worst thing I know but annoying. The worst thing was the prices, small portions now and the £10.25 brownie was awful. With it being one of the most expensive desserts you'd think it would be decent...it wasn't. Please see the picture. £10.25, it also said Brownies...I don't count one brownie in half to be brownies but that might just be me. 🙃

    Worse place I have been so far. The staff weren’t friendly and the food was terrible. My plate arrived cold and no tasty. Now I understand why this place was empty. People go once and never come back.

    My wife and I were greeted and seated straight away, so far so good. We ordered, a burger of some kind for my wife and I chose the New York Strip steak for which I was asked how I like it cooked. We waited for what seemed to be ages before the food arrived, and I starting to regret going in there. When the food arrived is when I decided I would never eat in a Fridays again. My wife's burger was okay, my steak on the other hand wasn't okay. It wasn't cooked anywhere near how I asked, it was dry, cold and looked like something out of the frozen section from the place mum's go. The portion size was also very disappointing for a meal that cost so much. I actually thought about sending it back. I'm just grateful I didn't order the £30+ grill.

    Wow great vibe, service, quality of food and fit out!!! Everything one looks for when visiting a franchise and TGI did not fall short on any of all the criteria!! Opened on time, was clean …. Honestly I can go on and on, but really when you finally find a place that exceeds all your expectations they need to be reviewed so others may also experience the great product the team deliver here!!! Unfortunately no 10 stars available as that’s what it’s worth!! Thank you!

    Our host Megan was wonderful and attentive today. The food was great as well, the portion size was perfect and great value for money. 10/10 will be back soon

    My first visit but I am not quite sure that I will visit the restaurant again. Ordered an Ultimate ribs which was tasty, looked good but the portion understanding the fact that I ordered for a half but the one that I received cannot be considered half was so small. Paying £23 for that small portion was not worth it. The Mac n cheese bites that we ordered felt it was undercooked. And the way of presenting the dish was very bad. It looked as if somebody ate half of our bites, presented in such a huge dish so less in quantity and were scattered all over. Ordered a Chicken burger with broccoli for my child which he couldn't eat. As the burger was as hard as a rock with a tasteless chicken inside as hard as a rubber. Served with a raw broccoli. Ordered meatless fajitas which was supposed to be served with meatless chicken but when we received to our shock the vegan chicken were provided in very small pieces which you can't even see with your naked eyes, you might need a microscopic glass to notice it and they are charging £20 for the dish. The most annoying thing is the speed of service we had to wait for almost an hour to get our food. They were only busy serving drinks to people not food, seems they have only one person who cooks for them. If you want to waste your time in waiting for the food and have lots of extra money to waste then you can visit as the portion you will receive will not look worth the money. Very expensive for the quantity that you receive.

    I think this Friday's franchise has to be my favourite in the North West. I've visited on several occasions and on each occasion the service has set this franchise apart from others I have visited. . The venue itself is decorated in the Fridays theme but there are few additions that you don't find in every restaurant. Such as the Harley Davidson in reception and wayfinder signs. The venue is very deceptive from the outside as it's much larger than you would think and has two floors (one is available for private hire). . The food is Fridays. Been to one, been to them all but that's not a bad thing. You know what to expect and the Manchester franchise delivers. . The family and I had lovely time on our most recent visit and our host, Marina, was amazing and was great with the children. . I will definitely return real soon.

    Wow. They can’t even know what franks sauce is. This is the portion they tried to serve me for £4 chips and £7.50 chicken. It’s not even franks sauce. The manager suggests this is how they are going. Then RIP Fridays you are done. She also tried to suggest America menus are different. Nah. They aren’t.

    Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, the only problem is there seems to be one few POS machines, so it took us ages to finally get the bill and pay. Other than this everything is fine.

    It took them 40 minutes to sit us down at our table as previously they told us 15 minutes but it took nearly 3x the amount of time, the food was nice but it also took a long time to come. All in all i don’t see myself going back there due to how poor their service is.

    Booked a table for 5:30, 5:40 waitress came and took us to the table, plonked the menus down and walked off didn't even speak to us, 20 minutes later we catch someone's attention and ask if we can order she said she'll come back as she's just serving, fine they where busy, another 30 minutes later so 50 minutes after sitting down we still haven't had even a drinks order taken never mind food. We had a concert to get to so we decided to leave, wouldn't book there again.

    Absolutely scrumptious food and friendly service. The rack of ribs seemed to go on forever while the bottomless soft drinks policy was something I'd forgot to notice on the menu when ordering my Coke. I wouldnt normally pay £8 for a sundae but when it's a Biscoff one...plus when I'm in the middle of an 86- mile cycle ride between Sheffield and Liverpool, needs must. (lol) A most recommended place no matter what basis you visit on.

    We came here as a large group, wouldn't recommend a big group as they struggled to accommodate us as the tables don't move. Service was a little slow which was frustrating. So instead of ordering drinks we placed our whole order. When the food arrived it was really nice. Everything was hot and tasty. Can't complain about the food. The whole place looked like it needed a good clean tho. Stairs up to the toilets were actually filthy. You could see food crumbs, dust and hair just sitting on them. Toilets were poor. Really supper cheap loo roll, no hand soap and to keep the water running you had to hold one hand down on the tap. I feel this could easily be 5 stars and an amazing place if they just paid a little more attention to detail.

    Arrived at 1pm for bottomless brunch, didn’t get a drink until 30mins into the brunch, we mentioned this to the manager and he corrected this right away. We were told there was another big party, so we were allowed to order more drinks and kept them coming.. food was fairly prompt and Prisca was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us, and the day was really nice.. overall nice experience but think some of the bar staff need to be a little more savvy with serving guests but apart from this we had a lovely bottomless brunch.

    Second time visiting here. We booked in advance and it's a good job we did as the queue was out the door. Can't fault the experience other than the waitress gave me and my partner the wrong meals which confused us (the burgers looked very similar) Food was amazing as always! Top notch.

    Went for the first time, was very surprised about how good the quality of the food, drinks and overall atmosphere. Was a bit on the pricey side but was so good paying it wasn’t an issue! Will totally come again.

    Currently at the bar. Drinks are good but it's quiet but has been 30 minutes to order. One bartender was good. The two guys currently on are just bar-ing. One guy left the bar defeated and dehydrated.

    Loved it when they did that garlic chicken with asparagus whatever it was but they don't serve it any more. Many of the girls are chatty with one another and can keep you waiting at times. Despite all this covid affecting the menu the food is superb and it is kinda nice to try something else. If you're going to send dessert out you should check that you have all the ingredients before you bring 80% of it out and say they added more caramel instead. You wouldn't want a customer bringing some of the money to pay for the meal.

    It wasn't good experience, food is less than average,burger meat very dry and tasteless, fries soggy and very salty ,food is overpriced. Waitres was very nice and waiting time was ok,but overall we will not back there because we are disappointed with quality and taste of food.

    Our go to restaurant when shopping in the town centre, if we dont want fast food. We've been many times. The waiting staff can be a bit hit and miss with their service, sometimes we have lovely waiting staff other times the staff make us feel like we are a burden and they really cba. The food is always of a similar standard, thats why we revisit. The chicken in JD sauce is always lovely. The cocktails aren't very strong although they can be pricey. We have ordered cocktails on the 2for1 offer before and been charged full price for each one which is annoying once you've left the restaurant before you've realise. The childrens menu is great and my youngest Son who can be a bit fussy, always enjoys his meal. Chikdren are supplied with a kids pack upon seating which keeps them a little occupied until the food arrives.

    Arrived at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening, no-one greeting and finally seated after a few minutes. Once seated, I sat there waiting for around 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by our server. Completely unlike any TGI service we've had, the server wasn't welcoming, didn't ask for any requirements, and wanted to move on as quickly as possible. The only good thing thankfully was the food and drink we paid for. Unfortunately again once we finished, we sat there for a good 20 minutes further whilst our server stood on the opposite side of the restaurant, having a chat and ignoring their section. The restaurant wasn't busy in the slightest, and this was the worst service I've ever had.

    14/3/23 After a long wait our Appetizers and Mains came out at same time. Probably because the 2 waiters weren’t paying attention to the food coming out the kitchen and chatting amongst themselves. Too hungry to bother sending it back. The staff never checked up on us and we had to wait half an hour just to get a refill. Staff no where to be seen. Took another 30 mins to get the bill. And when it came to paying they f’d up our receipt. We are regulars and we feel this place is just going downhill.

    We visited a few weeks ago and had a very disappointing experience. There were dirty cutlery, missing parts of the meal because they were not available on the day but we've not been informed when ordered. The staff was friendly but late to bring us drinks, food, everything even though it was a slow evening with only a few tables occupied. Only giving it 2 stars because the food we did get was pretty good. I absolutely do not recommend the place.

    Went in at about half past three today, it’s Monday. They didn’t meet us at the door so we seated ourselves. When we decided what drink we wanted we went to the bar and was told we can’t order drinks at the bar and told to move to a table in a different area. Woman at the bar was nice. We moved, and we waited for someone to come over so we could get a drink and the food menu. A few minutes later, still not been seen to since we got in, we were told that we needed to move AGAIN because we weren’t in the right area for the second time and I said is here okay then as I pointed at a table and the woman said “yeah?” as if she didn’t even know herself. Wasn’t busy at all so just a bit confusing as to why we felt like such an inconvenience to them.

    Visited last Monday and it wasnt a pleasant experience at all. First we were waiting for a long time for a staff to give us the menu. They just keep on passing by to us and assisting first the new costumer.(Feel a bit discrimination maybe bcoz we are ASIAN) Food are not nice! Me and my friend ordered a rump steak and it was terrible. The doneness were incorrect and it was over cooked, chewy and hard! Will not definitely comeback!

    Booked a table for 7pm, after waiting to be seated informed the server we had booked a table which he ignored rolled his eyes and carried on seating us, after not having the food twice we settled on different food, as the waiter walked back to the pass he could be over heard saying “he needs to go on a diet” referring to my partner, I understand not having food options and we were happy enough of carry on but then to stand and discuss your customers weight within in shot of the table? Someone needs to go in and review the staff and the customer service in this tgi Fridays shame really as we had ordered 80 pounds worth of food which we cancelled.

    Really good food, it's "Americana diner" themed so expect big burgers and big fries. Their fries are absolutely gorgeous by the way, not too salty and came out red hot. Portions were also solid, not too much or too small. The pricing was also good, managed to pay for 4 people (including 2 starters and drinks) under £100. I marked service down a little because they forgot one of my guest's meals so they had to wait while everyone else was already tucking in. It was also quite dark inside, lots of tables in darkness so it was difficult to read the menu.

    Food was really nice, generous portions and was all served on time. We ordered the ultimate rack of ribs with there legendary Jack Daniel sauce. Very nice and highly recommended. The restaurant was very clean and customer service was fantastic.

    Been here a couple of times and the food and service has always been excellent. This time I'm knocking a star off as the burger buns were a little stale and over toasted. Still we would go back.

    Come here on 10/08/22 and was quite quiet so we went in and got seated waited about 15 minutes for our drinks which is normal in a restaurant as they may be busy but there was about 6/7 tables at max in there. I ordered the jack Daniels chicken and my boyfriend ordered a 10oz steak, he requested for it to be medium well done. We had waited about 30 minutes for our food which wasn’t a problem but the customers next to us started to complain to the waiter that the food was disgusting, so after hearing this it wasn’t a good sign to start. They brought my food out first which wasn’t too bad and then they brought my boyfriends steak out and I don’t even know where to start they might aswell have just asked if he wanted it uncooked. So after him trying to eat it as he was so hungry the table next to us had the manager at the table I then told him he wasn’t eating it as it would of lead to food poisoning, therefore he spoke to a waiter and they took it off the bill. That still shouldn’t of been enough to makeup there mistakes but the manager said “we are sorry but we are short staffed and have trainees in the kitchen today, I wouldn’t go back.
