Pasta very yummy and fresh, waiters are friendly, walk in welcome no need to reserve a book, make last minute plan easy. It’s not something posh and it’s good for a casual dinner with family and friends. Seatings and tables are clean.

Nothing can take away from the food, however the ordering system (over phone) makes it hard for a group of friends for instance to get their food together, unless you want to get one person to order everything and sit there transferring money to said person. Moreover, we once ordered 3 pizzas and 3 pastas, the pizzas came on time but we waited over half an hour for the pastas, until I complained and THEN they started making them... In other restaurants I have gotten refunds but unfortunately I got absolutely nothing here. Overall food is amazing but the service takes away from the experience.

How can you not absolutely love their homemade pasta!!! It’s to die for. You can either order from your phone using the wrong code or from physical menus. We ordered an paid online. The service was quite prompt. I loved their decorations and minimalistic vibe. Sitting upstairs was closed. Could have been able to enjoy the nice views. The chicken is halal, worth asking about the other dishes if this is important to you.

I visited Vapiano today and enjoyed a delectable dish of garlic bread with cheese lasagna, accompanied by a refreshing glass of coke. The service provided was commendable, while the quality of the food surpassed expectations. The overall ambiance of the establishment was delightful.

It's nice to go for a change if you wanna eat pastas but will not repeat it often. The pasta was not very hot. We ordered 2 of the dishes. The one with chicken and bacon was good.

Ordered a garlic bread with cheese, margherita and chicken alfredo pasta. Service 3/10 Limone chicken skewers 0/10 Garlic bread 0/10 Margherita 8/10 Chicken alfredo pasta 9/10 Skewers no flavour in the chicken whatsoever! Garlic bread had no taste whatsoever, there was definitely no garlic and there was not alot cheese on it aswell. Pizza was OK not alot of flavour in the cheese. Chicken alfredo was very nice just the pasta needed cooking abit more hence the 9 rating. Got told to order via online by scanning qr code and was told our starters will come out together with main food. The skewers came after we had eaten our mains! Also we were probably the 4th table which placed order and the venue got really busy and people that got there after us ate and left before us!!! If I ever again chances are slim it would be for the alfredo pasta!!

Absolutely disgusted with the pasta dish. We found hair in there and when we told staff they tried saying its from the mushroom. When they replaced it that also had hair in there too! So unhygienic no hair net worn. Pasta was hard. Other than that everything else was okay

Vapiano is a Fantastic Choice for Pizza, Pasta & all things Italian. I personally eat Halal and was surprised to see they offered Halal Chicken here... The Food is authentic and mouth watering. I have been going here for 5-6 Years and wouldn't place any other Italian Joint above it. The interior of the Restaurant is very Light, Open & Airy. There are 3 Levels and plenty of Seating. They even have a Good Kids menu, my Son just Loves coming here and getting the Margarita Pizza in the Shape of a Bunny.

I have been to Vapiano at various points in London and Manchester. Always your pasta and pizza FRESH, a very good variety and full of flavor! My favorite restaurant to eat pasta, I love it!

Came for lunch with my son. I ordered the araiabatta even though the portion looked small it was very filling. You can customise your chosen dish. The chicken is halal.

I loved Vapiano in every other location I’ve been to, but this time it was a disappointment. The original Vapiano concept when you are ordering at the stall and they make it in front of you were gone (although all COVID restrictions were lifted in England), and the food was very average in my opinion

I’ve been coming here for 5 years n I’ve absolutely loved it, was my favourite go to place whenever I went out until they changed some things on the menu like the BBQ pizza, I’d honestly never been so disappointed to receive a completely different pizza than the usual 10/10 one I’d normally order! No red onions, no barbecue sauce! It didn’t even taste like a barbecue pizza just a margarita with chicken. I absolutely love vapianos but I’m honestly so disappointed with the food I’ve received the past few times I’ve been:(

You order by QR code which is nice. They told us that they will bring the starters first but that never happened. They brought the main course first. Pasta was not cooked very well and taste was below normal. Pizza was okay I guess not great. We ordered the ceaser salad but had little dressing. I suggest you go eat somewhere else. Pizza express is nearby and it’s a lot better.

I love love love vapianos. The staff are nice and super helpful, they always have great music playing and the atmosphere is always 5/5. The food is to die for, especially the carbonara it’s my FAVOURITE pasta dish from vapianos I get it every single time and definitely stand by it. The chicken Alfredo is decent I’d give it a 4/5 it just lacks a bit of flavour for me, also recommend the margarita pizza it’s tasty, feels authentic and it’s very enjoyable. Definitely try the carbonara it’s so good 5/5. Only downside is the wait times, it always takes around 25/30 minutes (I’ve waited up to 45 minutes before) for the food to arrive so definitely be patient and don’t get upset if the table next to yours got their food first even though you get there first hahaha

The food was great! We arrived at the restaurant around 6pm on Friday night, it was relatively crowded. We needed to wait more than 30mins before start eating… The staff was kind and friendly but they mixed our orders and came to our table with different dishes a few times.

Not much vegetarian options but sufficient. Both Vegan Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Tea was good. The ambience was good. The hospitality was amazing. The menu was explained clearly when entered by Rithika. Had the best first time experience here. Would love to visit again! :)

Went with a large group of friends. On a table of 4 we ordered 2 starters, 2 summer lemon chicken skewers, 3 mains and 7 drinks. The bruschetta only had tomatoes and was dry, extra olive oil and Balsamic had to be handed. The sewers were very dry and didn't taste of much. The mains, none of them were satisfactory. However the staff were very helpful, polite and patient with a big group. We all managed to sit on 3 tables very close to each other. If the food was far better I would say it would have value for money.

Pasta was very nice as always. However, the fact that it was a very cold, snowy day meant that it was fairly quiet and not as much atmosphere as previous visits. This would have been fine, however it was also quite cold inside the restaurant. Consequently it was a bit uncomfortable to linger there for very long and it made the food cool quickly.

Being generous giving 1 star -Poor service couldnt even deliver the meals at the same time (most stupid thing ive ever come across) -Awful food and terrible portions -Depressing atmosphere So in detail me and my friend went for food at the corn exchange vapiano restaurant this evening and it was absolutely disgusting the food we ordered was a bruschetta and sourdough sticks starters, pasta alfredo and lasagne mains (pictures below) the bruschetta itself was soft and chewy and smelt wierd the sauces on the sourdough sticks were revolting and smelt like vomit and when we got to the mains the pasta on the pasta alfredo was chewy definitely not cooked properly plus it was cold and the lasagne was burnt onto the bottom of the plate and was mushy like a cheap microwave meal There was no way these dishes were made from scratch and if so it was awful Plus the service made no sense when one starter is getting served and the other person on my table got their starter half an hour after and then the mains come 10 minutes after And they dont even serve italian style lemonade at this so called italian restaurant ive had takeaways that have tasted better strongly advise giving this place a miss we feel robbed will not be coming back and as for the management in this place you could tell it was poor as the staff seemed to be delivering food randomly to any table

Pasta is too thick and heavy, the sauce struggles to be tasted over the flour like taste. Garlic bread with cheese only the center is covered leaving most of the area very dry. Looks better than it tastes unfortunately.

Delicious homemade pasta! Pizzas are great too. I preferred it when we could watch the food being made rather than a waited table service. Feels like the prices have increased post covid too!

Loved the food loved the service, but the drinks were a bit expensive £3.75 for a bottle of coke, but overall the place is good. Would recommend it for a date or just hanging out with friends. The pasta was delicious, except it was a bit chewey if you get what I mean. But there was lots of options to eat from, the pizza is amazing they don't precut it so you'll have to do it yourself with butter knife, so make sure you tell them to cut the pizza before serving.

My boyfriend took me to this restaurant for the first time last year and I loved the food so much it was delicious...😋 the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly. I am from Leeds so every time I go to Manchester I have to go to Vapiano without a doubt lol. 🤌🏼

I picked spaghetti but the system somehow, after waiting for 30 minutes, shows that I chose the fusilli. N they were not one but sorry for the glitch. They just pushed it to me. Why should I order something I don’t like n pay for it I wonder. Absolutely zero service here. What a waste. The location and the ambiance is just lovely to escape the cold wet weather of Manchester. Shame on you Vapiano.

Highly recommended. First time eating at this Manchester branch; I've ate at the London locations many times before. Restaurant is easy to find, spacious and the staff are friendly. Had a really good lunch meal here 👌 The quality of the food is the best.

Wonderful meal!!! Recommended on the train by a complete stranger as my partner and I debated where or what to eat... Setting lovely, food absolutely fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Definitely a place to try if you're in town!!!

One of my best destinations for Italian cuisine. They are unique with their selection of fresh pasta and tasty sauces. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, gamberettie spinaci, and fungi pizza. I liked the pasta, but the pizza was not as good because the mushrooms were not fresh, they were canned mushrooms. Also, they don't service katchup for some reason, so I didn't enjoy the pizza at all. Finally, I ordered a chocolate moose dessert, it was good as well.

Pizza tasted okay, but was way too thin so everything apart from the crust fell off the slice. Salmon carbonara was oily yet dry, and couldn't be finished. QR code ordering system is OK, but you can't request extra garlic as the menu suggested for example. No water offered, or reqeustable on the QR code ordering service. When we asked the waiter, it took ages to come. For £30 and we expected much more.

Good food, but food variety on the menu could be adjusted to have more options. Yet, the food and staff were generally very good. Definitely recommended for Italian cuisine lovers.
