Authentic Japanese food in Manchester. Vegetable tempura was excellent and so was their vegetable ramen! Although be prepared that it tastes bit fishy due to the fact that they use seaweed. After awhile I got used to the taste and quite liked it! It might not be everyone’s cup of tea. So just bear that in mind. Place itself is spacious and has lots of seating available. They also do deliveries which is convenient if you live close by. I’d liked the fact that you could see how your food was prepared. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it!

Overpriced! Can't believe they charge almost five quids for three bite of ordinary tofu! 13 pounds for a tasteless salmon chunk smaller than my hand palm. Also they shouldn't allow anything fried (tempura, etc) for takeaway and delivery, because after being sealed in the box, the delicate scrispy skin of fried ingredients is ruined by the moisture! Tastes awful because of that.

I was really disappointed with this I was looking forward to it so much. The service was ok the interior is now looking old and the food was just meh. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki on rice. It lacked any flavour and the rice was so poor not what is expected for a Japanese restaurant. I ordered chicken noodle miso soup and when it came it was salmon noodle soup and it had no flavour at all. I don’t know if this place was good but it is definitely lost it’s way.

Came for lunch after finding them on instagram. They said they were the katsu masters so I couldn't resist getting the chicken katsu curry, my sister got salmon katsu. They were very tasty, the staff were lovely and they have very decent prices too! I will be back to try some of the rest of the menu too.

Really good food. Highly rated. Only reason for 4 stars is that portion size was on the small size (if you're really hungry, order 2 or 3 starters to go with your main), and the chef had long hair that wasn't tied back or in a net (another reviewer mentioned hair in food).

Been two or three times when visiting Manchester. Food is always good and on-point, freshly and quickly prepared as well. You have to order on the till, but still get your food taken to your table. Great quality-price for a city centre location tho. Will highly recommend it!

Hidden gem, worth a short walk from the city centre for delicious Japanese curries and yakitori! I had the crispy tofu curry, my partner had the classic chicken katsu and we shared chicken karaage with Japanese mayo (lush). All for about £20 so well wortj it! Left super full. Curry sauce was awesome, sticky rice perfect for chopsticks. Chicken karaage juicy and crunchy. Staff also super friendly and you can watch anima as you eat :) a nice spot

Ordered food through deliveroo. Yakitori was good but pork in katsudon was too dry to eat and not enough sauce. Also found some bits of foil in the food.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
