    So I enter this Nando’s for the first time, not really knowing that it’s a self serve in a restaurant seating style, so I ordered a chicken grilled burger and Coke Zero bottomless, 10 minutes after the order I get a empty glass?? Told me serve my self, so get myself a glass of flat Coke Zero, absolutely no fizz, needless to say did not go for the refill!! Then get my burger and no utensils?? I’m like even in a food court do they provide you the basics. Honestly any great brand can fail if you don’t have the right people working with you! Not my best experience in Nando’s but know you cannot judge one outlet by the other 957 stores globally.

    Delicious chicken with great choice of sauces. Restaurant with ver very nice design and with very nice and helpful service. I never eat so juicy chicken- really best in the class 👍👍👍👍

    Was looking forward to having a Nando's but was disappointed that the chicken butterfly portion has gotten smaller. The chips were flavourless, should have ordered the peri peri salted ones. Also they've stopped selling apple juice and no longer do the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. So overall it was a mediocre meal. It's a good location to take a break from shopping and the chaos of piccadilly gardens outside but I don't see myself going back here. Nando's has gone downhill since my last visit.

    Waited 5 minutes before being greeted, given a table and promised menus (which never appeared) so ordered through app which did not apply my NHS discount. Food was good, that's about it.

    We went for the boneless platter with chips and spicy rice. For the first time ever, I could handle the spiciness. We took the black extra hot bottle and still I was still fine. I think they’ve diluted the spiciness of their peri peri sauce or the bottle is so old it’s lost it’s spiciness. The food came quick but was really really dry. The rice was oddly hard too. The drinks machine kept pouring the drink on my hand holding the cup rather than into the glass cup. We ate everything, but we were a little disappointed. Maybe go to a different Nando’s next time.

    Honestly the worst service from any nandoes I been in. Hiring moody 16 yo that don't want to be there and it showed in the customer service. No rapport no greeting and ignored for nearly 20 minutes. The said 16yo then proceeded to tell us 1 single serving of fries was 2 LARGE sides, it wasn't. After an ensuing disagreement I asked for a manager who finally came out, to instantaneous chucking of takeaway boxes on the table and immediately proceeds to kick me and my 3 babies out. Shocking, truly shocking service and I'm sure the whole dining area got the same impression. Particularly from the lanky useless manager.

    Decent service. But the food is what really brings it to a 5 start review. I asked for extra hot 1/4 chicken and it was actually spicy (and tasty), enjoyed the peri fries and mac and cheese too. Would revisit.

    Really surprised about the quality of the food that this fast food restaurant have. Chicken was unbelievable tender. The menu is varied. Service was ok. We waited for a long time until we realized that we should order at the counter, so no ordering at the table.

    The restaurant was busy being a Monday and it has to be as Nando's is the best. We ordered a Boneless chicken thigh with 2 regular sides (spicy rice and piri piri salted chips) and 10 wings with the same regular sides. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was fresh and the food was served quickly. They have different table sauces which are amazing and you can try all of them to experience the different spice levels.

    Nice environment. Chickens are juicy. Sides food are yummy. Chickens with medium spicy not really spicy in actually. Many options of sauce which you should try all of them which makes the chicken more delicious. Lemon tea and ginger ale which served in can which is good.

    MANAGER GAVE ME WRONG PORTION IN PURPOSE Just been to order Large peri chips in a 1/2 chicken box instead of the normal chips box, this was at 8:45. Chips don’t take more than 3min to cook, it was 8:57, I’ve already missed my bus (which was at the door literally), I’ve heard the manager who was on coordination saying to another guy that the takeaway would take 10 min cause it was not busy (when I put my order there was only one order), and when I asked for my takeaway the girl had to apologise and go get it. When I look at it I had two small peri chips instead of the large in a 1/2 chicken box. Now, they had a manager on coordination (which everyone working at Nando’s already know that’s not good) and she did not put my chips in the 1/2 chicken box because she didn’t want to give me the full portion of large chips, which is 3 spoons, instead she gave me 2 small chips which are 2 spoons. Had to leave because I was going to miss the next bus and I had cold medium peri chips 👍🏽 Don’t even know why I bother giving Nando’s another chance. For £5.50 you could at least give me the right portions of chips. And before you answer to me with excuses, I speak as a coordinator. Now everyone make sure that the large portion of chips that they give you it’s three times the small one, cause they’ll try and scam you if they can, specially managers! Oh, and so you know HOT and EXTRA HOT are the same sauce, you can even see it when they put it on the grill, don’t even hide that there’s no extra hot sauce 😂

    The Merriam-Webster describes the definition for ‘cheeky’ as ‘boldly rude, impudent or disrespectful in usually a playful or appealing way’. In modern culture the word ‘cheeky’ has very often preceded the word ‘Nandos’, in fact the Peri-Peri restaurant is almost exclusively referred to as ‘Cheeky Nando’s’. The Nandos in Manchester Piccadilly could easily be considered to only be 50% cheeky. It is rude, impudent & disrespectful but lacks the playful or appealing aspect. After waiting 25 minutes for the food, the staff had the cheek to tell us we had only ordered it 5 minutes ago, regardless of the time stamp on the receipt. When we decided to leave & asked for a refund they had the cheek to short change us. When questioned, they had the cheek to show us a receipt for an entirely different order, one they had in fact just put through themselves. Overall, this Nandos is only ‘che’ and is missing the ‘eky’. I give it a 1/7 rating, which ironically is very cheeky. Don’t waste your time here, you’d be better off going to Morrisons next door for a cheeky meal deal.

    Wow. Came to Manchester and I have never been spoken to this rudely. Our food was on the pass for a good ten minutes before brought out came to us stone cold I mentioned I can't wait to be sent back due to low blood sugers and I assume a manager remade my partners he then refunded mine after arguing with me he offered to take it back and I shouldn't have a refund. I said again my bloods are low I can't wait extra ten minutes. He then came back over and said sorry love your eating it so I'm going to have to take it away. He then snatched the plate from in front of me and took it away. Won't be returning again. Restaurant wasn't that busy and ten staff in standing around chatting. I will be taking this further.

    Food excellent as usual for Nandos. Really don't like the ordering system of doing it on your phone. If I'm in a restaurant I prefer to interact with people and not do what you can at home

    Have been here twice in the past month, and both times they bring your main meal literally within 2 minutes of giving you your starter. Any other decent restaurant wpuld at least five you a chance to finish the starree before brjnging the main, if not an extra few minutes to let it digest The food is as nice as you'd expect from Nandos, but they really need to get the timings right between giving you the courses.

    Myself and a friend came to nandos for our lunch break. We was greeted by a lady at the door who told us there’s a 30min wait but there was plenty of tables empty. We ordered to collected and while we waited we noticed other people whose name was not on the list being seated. Once our food was ready we asked if we can eat is as we need to get back to work and she continued to argue that we’re not on the list. Finally let us sit down to eat our takeout food. Suddenly a table was free, while we was eating she was continually looking over kinda to indicate to be quick. At Arles nandos is better and so is the service.

    Wonderful place with excellent and delicious food. It, understandably, takes a while for your order to arrive, but it's worth the wait and a treat to your senses. Cordial staff and if you are a first timer, they do everything to make you comfortable. They have even got a very worthwhile rewarding scheme which, when compared to that of Tesco and like, is exponentially valuable. On top of that NHS staff enjoy a special discount, too. Only thing we would have had differently is to have been informed of the rewards scheme prior to ordering.

    Unfortunately I could not dine here as there was no available space. I was told to drop my contact that I will be called in like about 25min. but that was it. I waited around and no one called. What a shame! My time was wasted waiting.

    Food was awesome as expected from Nandos. Service can improve as the staff expect everyone to know about Nando's dining rules and pattern . Toilet - negative, horribly maintained- washbasin dirty, toilet not cleaned .

    Good tasting food. Originally wanted to eat in but restaurant was very busy so had take out instead. Did not have any breast so did have to have something other than my usual but enjoyed meal.

    Bang average chicken. I got ‘hot’ but the chicken seemed like it wasn’t even marinated properly, it just seemed like a plain breast covered in peri sauce. Breast meat was dry and was unable to order thighs due to the chicken shortage. Fast service was a pro.

    Great Nandos and I’ve been to many. The staff is like a family and the manager treats them as such. Everyone helps everyone here. Additionally, first Nandos I saw the manager clear tables and help the front of house. Usually I see them delegating or overseeing. The service was excellent and the food superb. If you’re at the park enjoying the sun, stop in and grab some Nandos from good people here. Cleanliness 5 star too.

    Avoid. Long and incompetent staff. 20 Mon wait for seats, 40 min+ wait for food despite being empty. The waitress kept trying to charge extra. I had to explain how the nandos menu worked. Meal + 2 sides is a deal. Rather than charging extra for already included sides. She kept saying "it's a new tax that's been added".

    We arrived at Nando's at approximately 9pm on Sunday evening. There were 3 staff members chatting by the entrance. We were shown to our table which was covered on the one side with sticky rings from glasses. If it was busy I could have understood but it wasn't. I then needed to go to the toilet but there was no toilet paper in any of the toilets and they weren't in a very clean state. The crunch came when we had eaten some of the food and I found a long blond hair in my coleslaw. Both of us have short hair. I pulled it out and put in on the bench next to me. While I attempted once again to go to the toilet, my husband told the waiter about the hair. "Sorry", he said. I don't usually leave a bad review but this was unacceptable. You pay quite a lot of money for a meal. You don't expect just to have a single word of Sorry? Another coleslaw, without the hair this time at the very least. Altogether not a pleasant experience

    Some of these reviews Just show how dump people are… you order and pay on the app. You do your own refillable drinks. Sauces and utensils are all found on the side with drinks. If you don’t know this but yet write a review moaning about it then you really are a sad Karen. (Christiaan Kamstra)

    When my friend asked for cutlery, he got thrown it across. When approached a manager got told a lady was too busy to clean up, to which i replied that i used to work in an industry that customers are a priority i got told that the lady was too busy with closing the shift, basically walked off as its not worth the argument if people in the hospitality industry don’t understand. No comment at all!!!

    It's been a while since I visited a nandos, and the quality has definitely gone down. This may be my own fault for going at peak times in the city centre, but there we go. Chicken was very dry, needed a lot of sauce to make it edible. Even after the food was delivered to the table, there was a 5 minute wait for clean cutlery to be put out. Menu showed the Fanta was sugar free, so ordered that, but the dispenser was showing as regular Fanta so didn't trust what was actually in there. We didn't order much (sides suitable for diabetics were all out) but what we did have was disappointing

    Too disappointed for the service received... Been here twice and totally get ignored. On my first visit, I ordered a bottomless and was not given a cup firsthand even to get myself drink and wait. The staff only gave me one cup when I asked about my bottomless 10 minutes after and they blamed that I should have asked earlier 🙄 After that, my food arrived in 30 minutes waiting... My second visit was today. I ordered food at 7.40PM. Now that I know about the bottomless issue so I asked to get a cup at first. The worst began to happen since. The guy next to me came in after me, and his food was served before me. Ok, I supposed my order may be bigger than his and it may take longer so I waited. Then, two ladies came in and got served so promptly... don't know why. Until the guy and two ladies finished their meals, I was not served even... I came to the till and asked. The staff assured that my meal was just 2 mins more. Okay, so I went back and sat down waiting again. And this time, 10 mins passed and no food came. I went to the receiption again and kindly asked to changed my food from eat-in to take-away because it was alreay 8.10PM. The staff started to act seemingly seriously, going in and going out, talking this and that... but 5 more mins they had not finished packing the food for me yet. But still, I saw every other order was being served continously except mine :) So I called for a cancellation and get refunded. But they only told me the restaurant was "unexpectedly busy" although that was not what I could observe... Quite frankly, my order was 39.40 and I got refunded 40.00 because the staff said they had got no change. So I took two notes and left... Only here to share my experience with you. I think maybe it was racism as I noticed that during my two times here, I was the only Asian here maybe...

    What a total Joke. Getting an order wrong then being told the grills and tills are off but will get a free meal next time. How can it be free when you leave with no food and no money. Total disgrace. Spoke to the manager who just lied also as he said a refund was offered and then said the tills we’re off so we couldn’t offer a refund anyway!! A company like nandos should be offering a refund and a free meal when it’s their mistake. My daughter and her friend have now left their with no food and no money to get more food elsewhere!!

    The manager was excellent and such a nice person. He offered us a free burger, side and ice cream because our food was slightly late. One of the best customer services experiences I have ever had! Highly reccomend this place.

    For chicken 🍗 and sauce lovers! Nandos is always a good option if you like chicken. Sides and food to share available, as well as other type of food excluding chicken. Decoration and food style based on the Portuguese culture. ❤️ l recommend

    I get half a chicken, peri chips, spicy rice and wings, i get the wings with the new flavour pimenta i think it was called, the flavour was very week, the rest was very nice and tasty like always in nandos, the only thing to really criticize are the waiting times it took 45 min for the food to get to my table and the place wasn't that busy and to bring me a glass to get myself a drink it took 20 min.

    Traveling to Manchester after a 3 hour drive with lunch in mind nandos seemed perfect until we arrived having been seated it all went down hill very fast the table was still sticky not cleaned very well then order app didn't work until the 3rd attempt then the nearly 30 minutes wait for 2 starter's which came Stone cold and a hand full of potato wedges which wouldn't of filled a baby with still no staff asking how are food was are main meals came out with the wrong sides and again cold food with again no acknowledgment from staff in the end I asked to speak to management who came over straight away and Andy the duty manger was more than understanding but I still wouldn't be going back to this particular nandos restaurant as me and my partner were so disappointed with are visit
