3/5 pakarada i. 8 months ago on Google
Hi,
let
me
share
an
experience
that
made
me
feel
bad
about
going
to
"I
am
Pho"
restaurant.
Today,
I
went
to
have
a
meal
at
the
restaurant
with
my
boyfriend.
It
was
our
second
visit
there.
When
I
was
placing
my
order,
I
showed
the
waiter
a
picture
of
the
dish
I
had
ordered
last
time
and
said,
"I'll
have
these
two."
The
waiter
then
asked,
in
an
aggressive
tone,
which
one
I
meant
because
they
have
multiple
menu
items
that
sound
similar.
I
was
taken
aback
by
why
they
had
to
use
that
tone,
especially
since
I
wasn't
sure
of
the
actual
names
of
the
dishes
since
they
weren't
in
my
language.
If
the
waiter
meant
that
they
have
different
variations
meat
of
the
menu
to
choose
from,
they
should
have
asked
me
politely
instead
of
using
that
aggressive
tone.
I
felt
really
disappointed.
Customers
pay
money
to
eat
at
your
restaurant.
I
don't
expect
exceptional
service,
but
at
least
not
an
encounter
like
the
one
I
experienced
today.
I
quite
enjoy
the
food
here,
which
is
why
I'm
writing
this
today,
hoping
that
other
customers
won't
have
to
go
through
the
same
thing
I
did.
