Although the food, as ever is very tasty, the customer service isn't as good - OK at best, usually polite, but often indifferent. If you buy food with a dip - always check before leaving, as very often they don't put it in the bag / "forget" to do so - and when you ask for it, the response is frequently a tired & blase one.

The worst customer service ever. I was there to collect my mobile order from the KFC app, I queued for 10 minutes and the man with a red cap rolled his eyes and stopped serving me, doing some boxes in the back. Then after 5 minutes a woman came to me and asked the same question again. It took me around half an hour to collect a mobile order. Worst and inefficient!

If you want KFC famously CRISPY chicken then don't come here because it ain't crispy. It's sickening, dry, bland and not worth it. I wasn't asked what drink I wanted nor chicken piece preference. Staff seemed like they couldn't care about the customer and I was even ignored at some time. They also packed the bag without care. "Its stomach sickening bad"

I found the service rather rude. The food was disgusting, the chicken had been cooked and reheated to the point of it turning to a greasy mush. The whole experience embodied a level contempt that is permanently off putting. Fowl & poultry (foul & paltry)’ you get what you pay for.

It wasn't "finger licking good". The fries seemed old. The burger was bland. Even the drink wasn't fuzzy (which is good for me because it hurts my nose) - but this clearly tells that everything was left in the open for a while. The server didn't have that welcoming quality. She seemed "bored", disinterested.

Had a fillet tower large box meal. Woman who took my order was talking to her mate while I ordered, forgot my drink order, then spoke to me like it was my fault when having to repeat myself. Ordered arrived with two minutes. It was dry and bland, obviously been made hours before and kept warm. Avoid

Despite opening times advertised on Google, the branch is closed with barriers in place and no staff whatsoever. For a company as big as this with no staff at all is alarming. Very disappointed

Just as some search for halal chicken, I don't. A sign would have been helpful so that I could have gone elsewhere. The diet Pepsi cola was truly tasteless. It seems normal that when a dip is included, nobody ever puts one in. The rediculous boxes are sealed so that you only notice there's no spoon when you've sat down, torn your stupid box to bits and tried to eat the baked beans. At least the food was hot.

Food unfortunately was only warm. Any free tables were filthy. Service was actually ok. Lots of rude people around aswell.

The service wasn’t very friendly, felt like I was on a production line! However it was quite efficient and when I got my food it was certainly to the kfc standards! I would visit again and choose kfc over the other brands in the food hall! Guess I’m not a fan of city centre restaurants!….I prefer the more personal service you get away from cities.

Busy as can be expected but service was quick and the staff were lovely. Leila and Elhaj were really helpful and a laugh to talk to. Really brightens up lunchtime

Extremely slow service. Ordered for pick up yet still had to wait in queue as they didn't even prepare our meal. The short queue still had us waiting for a long time whilst having more than enough staff to deal with the queue. Once we were finally served we had to show the whole order and wait as they didn't prepare anything defeating the point of a stream lined pickup service. The team leader was also off to the side teaching someone how to use a phone in an incredibly slow manner and was unable to deal with enquiries.

overall the food was nice and it came really quick. however I didnt like the service as the cashier that dealt with me was incredibly and I mean incredibly miserable, mumbled all of his words and was just extremely unwelcoming. the other cashiers appeared to be a little more cheerful but that doesn't change the sour taste that mine left in my month. I work at kfc and understand that its not fun at all but at least put a bit of a smile on and do the job that you're paid for man.

I went to Manchester Arndale KFC and bought a meal for myself and asked if I could buy some hot water for my 6 month olds bottle, the staff member told me bluntly no. I asked if I could buy a tea and just not have a tea bag and the staff member told me no again. I’ve never been anywhere before that refused to allow me to buy hot water for my babies bottle. To be honest I’ve never had to pay for a tiny bit of hot water for my babies bottle but I have never asked for free water. What would they do if I wanted to buy hot water for myself. I will never use this restaurant again if I am being honest, I will probably never go to KFC again knowing that they refuse to allow me to feed my child when every other food establishment I have been to has happily accommodated me. I ended up asking Subway if they would sell me some hot water and they said they would not charge me for a bit of hot water to feed my baby and gave me some for free. I didn’t even buy anything from them. It wasn’t just the denial of hot water it was the blunt no I got and no explanation of why. Even the people behind me in the queue commented on how disgusting it was.

Quite possibly the worst KFC I've ever had. The burger bun was stale, chicken burger overcooked and I had to drink my beans because there were no forks left. The guy behind the till was so slow and somewhat rude.

Asked for a Popcorn chicken snack bucket and got my popcorn chicken and chips in separate packing and not in the bucket , this resulted in me having less food than i shouldve as the bucket is made for bigger portions. Asked for it to be put in the bucket and they instead put the food in a box whilst it’s still in the packaging - said it’s the same thing

Chicken popcorn was delicious and the chips were ok. The customer service however was lacking. The woman didn’t communicate well with us.

Been here numerous times and every time they get it wrong. I asked for a trilogy meal and got a hash brown burger and a drumstick.

Customer service is not exist they don't know what is going on every one entring the issue but no resolve and even worst situation if there is nagtive star i will gave that

Officially the chaviest place in the world Manchester food court will make you want to get a takeaway pronto unless you listen to Meekz but who doesn't, who goes to the KFC. 20 pounds triple gravy bucket for the win and fly away to the Travelodge.lovely strong stench of weed along the streets on the way home fragrant scent of Manchester everyday you smell it.

the worst service ever i was waiting there for 15 min no one served me and the girl said the this cashier is closed, then i went back into the queue. then she was serving the people behind me i've waited there with my daughter she was so hungry. bad customer service

I ordered takeaway on my phone and expected it to be quick. However, I waited for the takeaway 40mins and when I asked the staff they didn’t even find the order. Like I know it is always extremely busy in the food court but 40 mins is too long.

French Fries taste is different not same before 😑 also the Coleslaw 👎🏻 , still the chicken is the best in Manchester 👍🏻

Standard KFC. It is one of the better establishments within the food court. Also has the benefit of being halal.

Ordered and paid ahead on the KFC app to this restaurant, and waited for my food. I waited some more, and some more… I finally decided to ask where my order was and the staff were confused. I told them I’d been stood there waiting 20 minutes for my food and all the girl could say was “You’ve been stood there 20 minutes have you?” Not even an apology. The staff then read my order from MY PHONE and not off THEIR systems! So clearly they had not received my order. I then collected my food, sat down and realised they had not read my order off my phone properly, as they had given me a fillet burger with Mayo on it. So as you guessed, I had to take it back and wait some more. Would not recommend this particular restaurant and would definitely choose another eatery in the food court.
