Loved this branch. It has a beautiful view of the street. The food and service are also good. Also, the place was very crowded at noon.

Still shocked about our visit there never have I received such rude and poor customer service and I think poor is being kind. Partner stood waiting to pay for food and completely blanked her and started serving the guy behind her. When I asked can you get someone to serve my partner that was abit rude he completely blanked me so I said are you ignoring me and he said yes manners cost nothing should of said please. I’m sorry but why would I say please when your customer service was rude to begin with!! Utterly disgusting greasy burger I asked for extra pickles I got 1 but still put the label on… I’ll attach pictures. They throw the chips in bag again photos attached and then the woman passing the food over didn’t say a word and slammed the food down. Awful customer service the rudest staff I’ve ever come across not a way you should be treating your customers. Would not waste your time here.

Probably one of the best McDonald's I've been too. I've been living in Manchester for around 2 years as a student and this place has not let me down on the quality. Obviously, McDonald's isn't the best quality in general but when it comes to presentation and speed they are number one. Less than 10 wait even when busy. Open 24/7. Kept very clean and a lot of seating inside.

Ordered £25+ of food and forgot to add a sour cream sauce, called spoke to manager who said they are 40p and can not add one I said please remove a McFlurry as I can not eat the nuggets without the sauce so not much use he refused and said nothing to be done. I have literally been given these sauces for free so many times. As a show of good faith it wouldn’t have cost him a thing and I think it’s pathetic I genuinely will not order again and if I had time to cancel my order I would have as I sure tried. WHY would I want to give use a penny

Not angry, just disappointed. Waited over 20 minutes for my order, got home and found they had missed the chips to the meal out. Not only was that a significant proportion of the meal I was excited to enjoy, it was also two (four if you count the app) opportunities to win on McDonald’s monopoly. Also there was so little sweet chilli sauce in the wrap I ordered it was actually quite upsetting.

Went on a Wednesday evening. Food was quite pleasant. Fast service even though was a lot of people queuing. Food tasted freshly cooked. Quite well compared to other McDonald’s I have visited in the city. Rated 4 stars as McDonald’s is not healthy and does not deserve 5 stars for its quality.

Worst branch ever, and I came from Saudi Arabia. Never prepared the burger properly, and I ordered more than 5 times, every time the burger components are just thrown there into to box.

One of the worst branches I’ve tried. Milkshake was some weird flavoured combo of banana, strawberry and chocolate (ordered chocolate) and it was watery. The chicken Big Tasty was basically two chicken nuggets in a bun with 64kg of lettuce stuffed in it. Scruffy place even by McD standards, wouldn’t go back.

It's cheap and cheerful. I know it says that it's hot on the cup. However if I take a sip 20 minutes after purchasing and it still burns my tongue off, then there's a problem 😅

Ordered a triple cheese burger and 2 coffees to take out. The cheese burger was stone cold not even the cheese had melted. Not a nice burger very disappointed

I ordered many items. Ketchup and the sauce for nuggets was not placed in my bag for which I paid. Found it only when I went to hotel. Its difficult to check through the bag when you order 10 items and would expect that they put everything that you ordered which was not the case.

I've been waiting for almost an hour for an ubereats delivery to arrive. I contacted the driver and he said he's waiting for the food cause "it's not ready". What the actual flip is going on here? You lot sell processed deep fried food, why is my food taking ages to prepare? Horrible, horrible service

I only criticism is that my burger was kind of slung together and the meat was a little cold. Not so cold but I wanted to take it back cuz I was quite hungry and I needed to get a train but not hot either. The cheese hadn't fully melted because the meat wasn't hot enough to melt it. And it's a shame because I really enjoy a grand Mac and I get it late at night. They're probably like or sought it. Everyone's drunk but McDonald's isn't cheap anymore. You know if it was £6 for 2 meals like it was back in the early 2000s had it been like what is 6 quad but it wasn't. It was 15. When you start charging those kind of prices it needs to be right every time whether it's two in the morning 6:00 in the morning or 12:00 in the afternoon I'm happy to pay higher prices if McDonald's pay their stuff well. But if McDonald's are paying their stuff well their staff need to give me good food not lukewarm slam together burger

Light and bright with views of Oxford and Portland streets. The APP is brilliant. Ordered on the phone and had my order delivered to my table in short time. Well run enterprise.

Very busy inside as expected, the queue is quite long. Luckily there are several self service machines which helped order. Called in for a quick bite to eat very slow service and waited 25 minutes to be served. Then had to try and find some where to sit time we got are food it was nearly stone cold

This is a nice McD branch, that serves the typical McD items. With 2 floors of seating areas, it offers large area for gatherings and groups of people. I gave it 4 stars as it is limited in hours most of year round till midnight (can do better with 24hours as it is in the heart of City Center, closest branch open 24/7 would be in Oxford Street) and a bit messy inside with people ordering and being served.

Easy to order on the app. Very clean restaurant despite how early it was and how many drinks were messing around in the morning. I ordered table service which never came though so went to get it myself. Other than that it was a really pleasant maccies to visit and the Manchester architecture was brilliant

I love MC Donald's. They are so affordable and they never disappoint you no matter what. This Mc Donald's outlet had a lot of space hence it was crowded as it is in one of the busiest places in Manchester. The only disappointment was the Iced caramel frappe that I ordered was not quite good. I am a big fan of MC Donalds Iced caramel frappe and I always order it whenever possible but this time it was a big turn off for all of us. Guys pz improve and don't compromise with the quality.

As city centre McDonald's go it's above average. Don't envy the staff at all working there. Food was average but quick service.

It's Macdonalds so the normal macdonalds visit to be expected. But this one, on a Saturday night after a few drinks had the funniest colleague stood handing orders out. We sat an ate and just laughed at him. He was truly brilliant, so quick witted and really good for keeping drunk people, waiting to be fed entertained.

very disappointed with my visit tried to order a cheeseburger with no relish just cheese on staff didn't seem to understand what i wanted was actually asked if i wanted cheese on my cheeseburger? sat at table only to find burger was just warm not hot and tasteless this is not the first time this has happened will not be going again

The service seemed quick and it wasnt that busy and the Food was hot as obviously fresh, however, the staff didn't come across as friendly. There weren't any issues with rudeness or anything like that at all, just none of the things you expect from a Mcdonalds as a customer, for example a greeting, a smile, asked about sauces or even eye contact whilst being served.

Excellent McDonald’s, visited from Sydney. Dining room was immaculate, staff were efficient, food was average, the chicken burger was 10/10. Quarter pounder lacked condiments after requesting no cheese. One of the best McDonald’s franchises I’ve visited. Would recommend

Didn't give me my whole order on a quiet Tuesday night, poor service

First time in this branch of McDonald's and what are my thoughts? Busy great atmosphere, quick service, helpful staff and food was excellent 100% recommended.

Bustling but well organised restaurant, best French Fries I've had from any McDs - crisp and tasty. McChicken Sandwich and nuggets comfy normal enjoyment we expect from all establishments. The only slight disappointment was the M&M McFlurry but that was matter of our own preference. More halloween sprinkles than M&M pieces which we would have preferred.

This brand is always very busy, and it’s not very clean either, there are also some homeless people inside this McDonald’s asking for food, drink and money. It serves typical McDonald’s food, and staff tried to serve it quick in such a busy place. Don’t expect too much and it’s ok as a McDonald’s

Open 24/7 but does close seating areas off at some points when not very busy. Security guard seems to be there a lot. Popular due to location, so there may be a little wait. Order via touchscreen stations or at the till

Not sure I can say anything nice about this place. Ok so it was busy. Food took a long time after ordering. And it was cold when we got it. Tasted awful. The woman who served us was clearly in a bad mood. The female toilets were discussing. Blood all over the toilet seat. And you could tell it had been there for hours 🤢🤮

Too long wait for food, but quite fast service. Much much faster than all other mcdonald branches in Manchester, as they are located in centre so can handle busy periods easily.

Friendly staff. Tables cleaned between uses. Food arrived slow, due to being busy, but good and warm. Satisfied. Thank you.

After a night out, we thought we should go into McDonald’s to get some food before ordering a taxi. Whilst we were in there, lots of other people also had the same idea. It was very busy but staff were so calm considering it was 3am. In particular, one member of staff called Hind had a smile on her face the whole time and was super friendly and helping customers. It would be good to see if McDonald’s take this feedback and give her the credit she definitely deserves.

I've been to this McDonalds several times. Had both very good and AWFUL experiences here. I watched a bouncer laugh at a guy getting beat up on New Year's Day, and the men's toilets are revolting! However, the service is quick and one member of staff was very helpful and kind to me.

This store is more a less 24 hours but there toilets are incredivly dirty. Theres been times ive gone in and asked the toilets to be cleaned and ive been told sorry no cleaner at the monent. If the store is 24 hours then they should have a cleaner on every shift. Then theres been times were ive cleaned the toilet my self so that i can use.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Nick, who assisted me above and beyond the call of duty in this branch yesterday, when my son thought he'd thrown his airpods in the rubbish with the boxes from our meals! He dug through the relevant bin with me before my son announced sheepishly, "Oh, I've found them. They WERE in my pocket after all." Thanks, Nick! (And to all the other staff as well - who were all efficient and friendly.) :)

The staff are really lovely. My husband and Son's meal was good, sadly mine wasn't, however, when I notify a member of staff he was very helpful and changed the meal to something I thoroughly enjoyed and in the end I was happy. Thanks all and keep up the wonderful job. Sasha

The place was quite dirty and the staff weren't particularly friendly. I appreciate that, when a place is full all day, you have little time to smile or possibly keep clean but I would have appreciated a decent clean down before I sat to eat dinner. Not reay a fan of extremely busy places so that worsened the experience for me. The food is good though and they process score of orders quite quickly. Location is also great.

I understand it's not easy to work in that pace, a shout out to you guys. Although I asked for a big tasty with no onion and the lettuce tasted like it was onion, asked to swap it and the same happened. Wasn't happy at all. Apart from that, when got a cheeseburger with just cheese and ketchup and thought it was funny. It can get really busy but when it it's the orders are always correct. Customer service is alright and they always get you the right burger asap if you go to the counter and explain what was mixed up.

The place was spotless clean only thing the computer system is so slow and for older people it's not good staff were great and friendly food was hot and were looking put for everyone

Not the best around. Bun was dried out but food was correct. It's usually pretty busy. Not great for families - attracts a broad demographic! The cleaning staff around the restaurant are fantastic - efficient, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they do.

Many self service machine there and you can make your order asap. Staff work fast and you wont need to wait for too long. However the table and seat was not that clean because too many people dine there

During the week this place is busy but today it (Sunday evening) was quiet. We received our food in no time. I have 5* coz to compare that it's in city centre, the food area was clean and the lady at the till had a smile on her face.
