8.99 for a regular vegan royale meal that didn't even touch the edges. Just tasted like chicken and the fries were nice but the portion was just too small. 8.99 proper rip off man.

Just had a really lovely lady take our order, was very polite and had a smile on her face despite the place being really busy. Some cockwomble a few people behind us decided to start giving her grief because the poor soul also had to queue up. Great example for his young daughter on respect and tolerance. To the manager, I had a nice burger and would appreciate it if you could thank your team working tonight for their service this evening. Including your very diligent lady cleaning and clearing tables. I did thank her as we were leaving but I'm sure it would mean more from you.

Visiting this particular store has quite frankly aided to my loss of faith in the general camaraderie of humankind. The 40 minutes (or so) we spent in the chaos and confusion of this store, has really challenged the idea of quick, clean and consistently good affordable food which we usually expect at this chain! As someone who has worked in hospitality and is usually very reluctant to criticise other hospitality workers I would sum up the people on shift as: uninterested, slow, unkempt and blatantly unkind. We were served and it was akin to talking to a wall. Another customer accidentally picked up our order, and upon relaying this to staff, we were not believed despite having waited at the counter for a very long time, providing our card and receipt. It took a further 20 minutes to actually get our (small) order so we were not prioritised whatsoever in the light of the mistake. Honestly, it was just sad! So overall, Manchester=good, Burger King=bad.

Possibly one of the worst fast food spots I have tried in all of my life! I had to haggle down the price of 20 nuggets from £7.49 to £3.99 - this was because they didn’t have the ‘20’ option on the menu and their ‘system’ told them it was £7.99 even tough the app said is was £4 less! An argument with the manage later, he finally allowed that price. Then follows a 20 minute wait and for the servers to eventually ask us ‘what are we waiting for’ even though 20 minutes earlier they had previously taken our money off us…suddenly the nuggets appear - what an absolute joke. Sadly the nuggets were hard as nails and a displeasure to eat. I’ll never visit a Burger King again - especially this one in Piccadilly where the servers has fewer brains between them than the 3 year old kindergarten in our schools.!

This place is great! I’ve come in many times to get a nice drink while it’s been very hot and occasionally a Whopper Meal with fries. The customer service has always been incredible and friendly. One specific person named (Bisma) has always provided a high level of service, not just to me but to the other customers as well. I’ve always noticed a smile on her face and a serious ambition to get any task done as quickly as possible.

Went to the one which is opposite to Piccadilly Gardens metro link and next to Primark. The store wasn't really busy. Ordered a burger over the counter and the lady was very prompt in her job. However, if you keep the bill and check on the back side, you can leave a feedback on their website and can win some free items with the code you generate. So keep this in mind and thank me later. I tried the Crispy Chicken burger which came with bacon and salad. However, i didn't expect rocket leaves in a burger, but i wasn't that bad. The Doritos chicken fries were really nice. Can try for once.

Went to the disabled toilet here. It was tiny and there was no toilet seat. It's not okay to leave a toilet, especially a disabled toilet without a seat. I'm lucky I was able to use this toilet but people with other disabilities would not be able to as there's no space for a carer to come in and the lack of toilet seat poses real risks. It was also really dirty but that's unfortunately standard.

Vegan option is small but better than nothing. One vegan whooper , and one chicken sandwich is small menu . There good and tasty but if you are Truly vegan you will not eat there , is made same way with normal meat . except that is ok :)

Honestly the staff are good but the prices are so expensive never recommend this burger king the MacDonald is two steps further much cheaper and better in my opinion for a small fries and finger chickens very small meal and two drinks 10 pounds!! In MacDonald will cost you around 6-7

Shocking experience. We went there late last night, the restaurant was a mess with packaging , wrappers, and spillages everywhere. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and when it arrived it was lukewarm. The staff just didn't look or seem interested. Honestly, one of the worst takeaway experiences of my life and I've had some howlers! Go somewhere else for a burger, honestly.

Staff have always been great when I've been here. Food is served fast and tastes good. Just lost some stars because of the price, the chips portion is also a bit small. And like another reviewer said it would be good to have touch screens to order so you can browse the menu more. Nevertheless I will eat here again.

Nice atmosphere at this store, more relaxed than most fast food restaurants! My chips were super hot, and my whopper was probably the best I’ve ever had. They’ve definitely got the basics and beyond right here!

This branch has gone from generally bad to consistently s***. 4 staff around 1 till while customers queuing, no toilet facilities (is that even legal when offering dining in?) , rubbish everywhere. Seen more professionalism and enthusiasm at a school fate!

So I tried to order via the app , after trying to get my head around ordering I managed to place my order, only to find it was ordered to a different location..I tried to explain what happened to one of the staff at the till. I understand I made the mistake , but I was told they couldn't do anything and my concerns disregarded

Very good food everytime I go Good prices, plus having a loyalty reward scheme makes you want to go back to earn points to redeem for different food items.

Hadn't been to this particular Burger King in around 25 years, its location near grotty Piccadilly not making it necessarily the most inviting fast food restaurant. I was however pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, the ordering process easy, the service fast and the atmosphere good (beforehand I was concerned there may be deadbeat clientele, but there were none). The price was reasonable - £40 for meals and drinks for 2 adults and 3 kids: pricier than McDonald's maybe, but I always think Burger King is more filling. Overall I would say I have overlooked this restaurant during the last 25 years, I quite liked it, I will be back.

Great service. Ordered on the app. Food was ready as soon as i arrived! Asked for a 10p dip and she gave it to me for free along with a smile. This was all at 2am in the morning! Back at hotel now stuffng my face. I guess the only complaint would be the price, but that's brexit for you!!

Atrocious Racist behaviour by staff-I visited this outlet at 1.10 am on 17th July. The kiosk didn’t print labels.just as I was about to collect my order the Indian guy serving me behaved quite rudely. He asked me what my order was and I answered clearly, I also told him the bill amount , he could have stopped there. he rudely asked “why is there no receipt ? Go get your receipt?” The staff accused me of trying to steal someone’s order. The night shift supervisor/manager intervened and calmed me down and apologised for the staff’s behaviour. When other customers weren’t being questioned why was I being cornered just coz I am not white?

Overall good quite late in an evening and the service was quick, the pull cord in the disabled bathroom was tied up and we had to move the poles they bad in the way to allow my companion (wheelchair user) to access the bathroom. The bathroom is not radar keyed however we did have to ask the security guard to open it which was fine at the time.

This is an okay place. The staff aren't the best and the place isn't the cleanest but it has an upper seating area which is warmer than the downstairs area. The food is sometimes dry and bland. The BBQ box meal is so dry, Don't get it. The only good thing is the unlimited drinks.

Extremely dirty in terms of the state of the restaurant. The staff were very nice and the food is always good however burger king could aim to have lower prices as it is a fast food chain.

Took my daughter there at night. She was looking for a meal and we found a meal and heaven knows she's miserable now. Food, well a burger's a burger, and the service, it was fine, but the restaurant and its Strangeways-class bogs were about as charming as a dentist's waiting room. We got out sharpish, preferring the humdrum rain that splattered the pavements in picadilly. If only Ye Old English Chippy had still been open... ah, nostalgia.

Food was great. The price was reasonable. We went there pretty late and they forgot to give us our fries and dips. So we had to go back and ask for it again which was inconvenient.

Awesome food, just a tad expensive for what you get, beautiful burgers though, can actually taste the fire.

Busy storefront Piccadilly property. Always full. You order your own items from a massive screen in lobby, then it arrives quickly at the counter. There are many vegan options, seating upstairs but only one bathroom downstairs. PG Tips and so much more!

Came at 10:00am today . A very busy Burger King. An assistant manager called Charlotte took my order of chicken royale meal. She is very polite. Foods is hot and delicious. The dining area is very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place to those people who want fast , hot and tasty foods in Manchester City Centre.

It is my first time having lunch at this Burger King. A crew member called Divakar took my order at the till. He is very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. He suggested the world famous Whopper . The burger is piping hot. Fries is crispy. Price is very reasonable. Definitely will come again.

Burger King Manchester Piccadilly is by far the best one I have been into for food and refreshments, the serving staff are also some of the best I have seen in a very long time. The place is clean, bright and just a good atmosphere to be in. The security guards who work nights are also unbelievably good at their job, and also very approachable and take the time to ask how you are and have a quick laugh. 5 stars all round. Definitely the Kings up in Manchester.

Love coming here. Every time I’m visiting the city centre it’s my go to place for lunch. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff always deliver service with a smile, especially Charlotte. Even when it’s busy I never have to wait long and she’s always pleased to see me. The app offers are great value too!

I had a whopper and fries, with a coke. The burger was nice, served on a seeded bun with salad and sauce. The fries were good, I asked for tomato sauce and was given 3 sachets at no extra cost and a cold drink. I sat in and the table was clean, as we're the toilets. It was 8.40 which I think was a bit expensive for burger and fries but everything is at this time. Filling though and I enjoyed it.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. My burger was only slightly warm, the chips were completely cold, and my drink from the machine tasted like soda water with no hint of Coke flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Eating at this Burger King today, served by crew member Emma. She was very polite, patient and knowledgeable when taking my order. She even asked me to try their sharer box and Ben and Jerry ice cream. Definitely will come back.

Went to this well located Burger King in Manchester city centre today for lunch. Two adults and four kids in our family. Crew member Emma recommended us to have four kids meals that include a burger or nuggets with fries, drink and a kids box with a toy. Me and my wife orders California beef burger and California chicken burger. Sharer box is a must at Burger King. And they sell 1.99 Ben and Jerry ice cream as well. We ordered six ice creams as the desserts. Foods are hot and delicious, much better than McDonald’s. Emma is very polite and helpful. A lady called Charlotte seems to be an assistant manager delivered the meals to us. Charlotte is very friendly and gave us lots of sauces with the meals. Overall service at this Burger King is exceptional 👍🏻.

My classmates and I nine of us came to this Burger King for lunch after classes today. A crew member called Divakar took our long orders of burger meals , sharer boxes and Ben and Jerry ice creams. He was very patience, polite, professional and well kempt. Service was fast and accurate. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely love it here when I’m out! Great atmosphere, tasty food and really friendly staff. Jake who works here is always more than happy to help with any questions about my order and resolve any issues that can crop up in stores as busy & overall I couldn’t ask for better service!!! 10/10 would recommend Burger King Piccadilly for anyone looking for a tasty quick meal

I was really excited to try the vegan menu at Burger King but the chips came cold, nuggets had no sauce and to top it all off, I opened my vegan chicken Royale to see it just had lettuce and Mayo inside!! It was rectified but just left an overall bad experience, I don’t think I’ll be visiting again in a hurry. Sad because I was really looking forward to new vegan options around the city centre

I work at Manchester One near Burger King Piccadilly garden. My colleagues and I six of us went to this city centre Burger King again for lunch. Normally it’s a crew member works at the till. Don’t know why it’s the restaurant manager called Rachel served us at the till today. She reminded us to use the apps to order because it’s more cost effective. So we order three sets of double burgers, three sharer boxes and Ben and Jerry ice cream. This restaurant is fully refurbished lately with a new management. It’s much cleaner, and the service is much faster compared with the previous management. I highly recommend this Burger King to those working in the city centre.

Me and my families seven of us dined at this Burger King today. A lady called Charlotte took our order at the till. She was very patience and friendly when taking our long order of triple whopper meals, steakhouse chicken meals and double California chicken meals. She also suggested us to have two sharer boxes and seven Ben and Jerry ice creams. It only took us four minutes wait to get the meals. The place is clean and tidy. I highly recommend this Burger King to those who want tasty fast foods in Manchester.

My friend took me an my other fd to burger Kings today. An my fd bought 3 Royal chicken 🐔 meals, The diet coke tasted like water down water, An the Meal was cold. Chips 🍟 cold Royal chicken 🐔 was just warm . Cool place to eat. But better if the food was warm. I don't complain any were but today was OK. Maybe some people get hot food but not my fd an my self an other fd.

Literally the worst staff. They took the receipt from us for collection then parts of the order were missing. Because we didn't have the receipt, as they took it off us, they refused to help it check the order number that we had to see if we paid for the missing items.

  • 1/5 Lee M. 1 year ago on Google
1st time in here. What a dire experience. Terrible atmosphere, no music. It feels like you are sat in A&E. Food cooked to order but the fries taste undercooked in the middle and the burger is barely luke warm.

  • 2/5 Nonie M. 1 year ago on Google
Ordered 2 chicken royales and a bacon double XL. The bacon was stone cold and uncooked so I took it to the counter and told them it didn't look or feel as though the bacon had been cooked. They took it from me and then a minute or so later called me back to collect it. It was then piping hot and the cheese all melted and sliding off the burger, where they'd obviously stuck it in the microwave, rather than prepare a fresh one!

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
