My experience every time I go to this restaurant is absolutely nice. Great customer service, serene environment and lovely ambience. The only issue is parking because it is located in a very busy area of the city. I would also prefer more comfortable seats. The high-five drink is super amazing. My overall experience so far is good and I will always revisit.

Vegan friendly: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service for allergies: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a person with soy allergies it was quite hard to find a meal with soy (but found something) however the manager helps me to find the right meal to eat and solve the problem really well! However we were about 3-4 hours there but the waiters didn't come to ask if we would like to order something more. -⭐

You can still have a 4 even though you were really late serving my food when the other members of the party had almost finished. You clearly forgot about it, then realised and rushed it through because I watched the waiter observe this on my table then carefully avoid me until it was resolved.

The most mediocre bland ramen in Manchester. Such an upsetting place to spend an anniversary. The only thing that saves the meals is the chilli oil, of which we bravely used half.

Ashley was absolutely great. She made the whole experience amazing with her lovely manner and warm personality. She couldn’t do enough for us! The food came very quickly which was amazing too. Ashley is a credit to Wagamamas, I’ve never been treated so nicely before by a server and I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic service - whilst the food is fabulous (as always) what really shines through is the amazing staff, especially Ashley! We came in for my sisters birthday meal and couldn’t have been treated better! Ashley was so attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout. The world needs more Ashley’s! Thanks for an amazing meal xox

Staff were kind and quick, the food came out extremely quickly and tastes amazing - as usual. I'd definitely recommend trying either the Beef Brisket Ramen or the Hot Pot as they are delicious! Also the Blossom/Sakura Lemonade is amazing too!

Unfriendly Service, Dishonesty, but Resolved with Discount and a Delightful New Waitress I recently visited Wagamama on the 3rd of June, 2023, following a comedy show at the nearby theater. Regrettably, my experience was overshadowed by the unwelcoming demeanor of the waitress who served us. It was evident from the moment we walked in that she was not in the mood to work that evening, and her attitude reflected that. To compound the disappointment, the waitress resorted to dishonesty when it came to the restaurant's alcohol service. Upon requesting drinks from the menu, she blatantly lied, claiming that alcoholic beverages were no longer being served. This deceptive act denied us service without any valid reason. It was only when we noticed other customers enjoying their drinks that we confronted her about the inconsistency. Thankfully, upon expressing our concerns, the manager promptly intervened to address the issue. He acknowledged the lack of justification for refusing us service and apologized for the inconvenience caused. In an effort to make amends, the manager offered us a discount on our bill and assigned a new waitress to our table. I am pleased to say that the new waitress proved to be a delightful addition to our dining experience. She provided us with attentive and friendly service, quickly making us feel welcome and appreciated. Her professionalism and genuine demeanor helped alleviate the negative impression left by the initial encounter. While the initial interaction with the unfriendly waitress and her dishonesty were disappointing, I appreciate the manager's swift response and resolution of the matter. The discount provided and the introduction of a new waitress contributed to a more positive dining experience. However, it remains crucial for Wagamama to invest in comprehensive training for its employees regarding alcohol service and customer engagement. Such training should encompass proper assessment of customers, understanding when refusal of service is warranted, and effective communication in such situations. This will help ensure consistent and exemplary service for all patrons. I hope that the management of Wagamama takes this feedback into serious consideration and implements necessary measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Upholding transparency, honesty, and professionalism is essential for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

Loved the firecracker chicken, spice level to perfection and tastes great overall. Steak soba was a bit dry and little bland. Would love to try the firecracker prawns next time:)

First time in a Wagamama's, after having heard glowing praise of it from my stepsister throughout my teenage years. Well, it took me a little while to get around to trying it, but I'm glad I did! Delicious main course in the savoury korean beef ramen, followed up by a light dessert in these little ice cream balls with an espresso. Exactly what I needed after a long day touring Manchester organising future radio work, and before returning to the hotel to collect my luggage for the trip back home. The seating on the street was great and perfect for the rich sunshine, and the staff were wonderful. I'd like to thank Corlis who exceeded as my main server, and with whom I had an excellent chat about our respective careers.

The place is pretty and the Udon were good. Good quantity for the price. However I got the Vegan Tariyaki Ramens and it was spicy as hell, I couldn't even feel the flavours nor enjoy the meal properly... Took 10mn to get a glass of tapwater while the restaurant was almost empty :/ Had to ask twice to two different waiters. The vegan egg was amazing, loving the coconut touch.

Nice restaurant, lovely staff, just a tad cold with the door constantly opening due to the army of deliveroo people coming & going (and hovering by our table). The staff were very apologetic and were constantly asking the deliveroo people to wait outside, but they would not do as they were asked.

I've been to wagamama many times however this was a first for me, unusually I order the same and I go for the beef ramen but this time I ate duck with rice. I must say it was good but not as knockout as I and used to. The place was empty for once which made a nice change and a little different with covid screens everywhere. I would say if you can find an authentic alternative then do so because the price would be about the same.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
