The experience at Five Guys was awesome. Right from my order being taken to when I took the last bite of the Hamburger and Milkshake I ordered, it was a customer's delight. I will recommend anyone getting the fries to get the"little" option if it's just you and everyone if with someone. Besides that, every bite is a promise kept. Above all, I love the attention to details of the team at Five Guys!

Good to eat here! This was my first time eating at 5 Guys and it wasn't bad. I had a little burger with peppers and grilled onions with ketchup. Gotta say I was very impressed to be able to have all my favourite things on a nice burger. We had Cajun fries and they were unbelievable. Drinks, you can have such a wide selection of flavour and mixes and they are bottomless. How can you not love that. Just the drink cups were just a little too big for my liking. Also, my boyfriend had bacon hamburger which he paid for nearly twice the price of mine and all you got extra was a patty. No difference in size of the bun or anything. I would maybe just buy two small ones as you will get more for your money. Other than that everything was amazing. Clean place, nice staff and great service!

So my first time visiting a Five Guys restaurant and I had always wanted to try the experience. The restaurant looked clean and busy, so a good start. Chose the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was good to be able to decide what I wanted on it without a staff member rolling their eyes - yes McDonald’s your staff do that. Had the Five Guys Fries and a Soda - with a constant refill 😁 The staff member who served me was friendly and very professional. But the price guys, £18.15 for burger, fries and a drink 😱 After a short wait my order was shouted out and I collected my bag of food. I have to say I was surprised by the amount of fries I had, absolutely loads of them, and they tasted lush. Is it bad to complain about having too many? The burger came wrapped in a foil and upon opening it I was impressed by the quality. It looked and smelt great, and the taste was amazing. Quality ingredients, juicy patties, fresh salad and cheese that didn’t stick everywhere. And after that meal I was absolutely stuffed. The only reason I’m giving it 4stars is the price, the food though was top rated and fabulous.

The burger I had here was one of the best I had recently in any restaurant. The staff was helpful and quick. The place was clean the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again during my next trip to Arndale. This is always better place to eat than McDonald's or KFCs.

Very nice food come here a few times a year, would be more often if it wasn't so damn expensive, the burgers are very nice though got to say and i love the extra flavours available on the cup drinks. Clean place too and staff friendly and i ordered last but got my food first because of the fantastic woman who served me :p

I spent £40 on 3 burgers and the bits and bobs that go with them. I asked for water with my burger and they gave me a thing the size of a sample cup. Presumably to stop me stealing the fizzy drinks. I wasn't going to steal coke, I just would have liked a cup that didn't make me feel like a thief and make me keep going to the tap for a refill.

Great as always We decided to pre order this time instead of ordering at the counter. This was ready very quickly. Staff very friendly. Food was brilliant as always. Love the choices of drinks we tried quite a few of the fizzy drinks which were yummy.

It's a solid Five Guys with good service and normal food. Nothing exceptional just all around pretty good. Only issue was wait time but this was at the weekend in the Arndale so it was guaranteed to be long. If you do go I would recommend sitting upstairs as there is more space and there is usually less people! I ordered a pretty basic meal of Oreo milkshake and plain cheeseburger. I would give the an 8/10 on the fast food scale as it meets all the marks but does not go beyond. Stop by in the week for some decent food but wouldn't recommend weekends. Other than the points above, the price can be a bit of an issue as it is Five Guys so don't expect it to be cheap!

I've never been here before. I'm glad we did. Burger and chips were the best, and an added bonus on free refills on any soft drink was great. We will definitely visit again

I was having a really bad day and had bad period pain so I went into five guys to get a milkshake to make myself feel better - the staff were so lovely and gave me so many chips and the food was great. shout out to grace - completely turned my mood around

Over priced for what it is, 10 pound plus for a little burger and 6 pound odd for a large fries although fair play they piled the fries in the bag.

Food was nice, however Dani on the floor was rude, didnt smile and was basically forcing me out of the venue after I had swallowed my last bite of food. Claiming she was management when i asked to speak to her manager. Would order again, wouldn't stay for long - staff aren't very polite!

One of the highlights of my trips to Manchester is an opportunity to treat myself to a visit to Fiveguys. It's always different... the servers bring their own personalities to the job, and the food is always well prepared, if not presented - in a typical "fast food" manner.

Can not recommend enough. The staff are lovely friendly and went above and beyond. My son and I visited on 24/4/23 as a treat. He had a £45 gift card there was issues with trying to put the card through the tills. The manager i think called Bobbie-Leigh put his burger through as complimentary. A lovely act of kindness that she didn't need to do. A wonderful employee and credit to the branch. It absolutely made his day and the kindness blew me away. He's had a really tough time undergoing a gruelling treatment plan of Proton Beam Radiotherapy and chemotherapy for Bone Cancer. We have travelled from Scotland to undergo the specialist Proton Beam Radiotherapy at the Christies, and this is the start of week number 6 our finally week and he finishes on Friday. Thank you so much for your kindness. 🥰 Place is very clean, food tasty and son demolished his burger. I trust the cleanliness of the kitchen as we need to be extremely careful as to what he can eat and how it's cooked. You definitely pay for what you get, good quality ingredients and always loads of fries.

Get it out there first - staff were great! But honestly, for 3x the price of a maccies (£19 for a SMALL burger, chips, and SMALL milkshake), I'd expect so much better than a basic smash burger. Very underwhelmed and feel ripped off. Chips were pretty good, and you get a hefty portion, but soooo not worth the price!!! I've tried it now, and it was far from horrible, but I won't be going to Five Guys ever again 🤷

I can't say the burger wasn't nice, it was ok but I didn't like how it's looked bun seemed to look old .. Liked the options extras what is possible add to burger like pickles fried onion etc.. fries was beautiful. and loved choice of drinks I had nestea raspberry

Gorgeous food, burgers are huge, you can add any of the fillings that you want or just have a simple burger, they are wrapped in foil to retain the heat. Large size fries are easily enough for 2 people. The shakes are to die for, you can mix flavours together and then top it off with a huge swirl of cream...scrumptious Also I just want to add how friendly and helpful the staff are 😊

Joel was amazing. He was extremely helpful and informative about items available and recommendations. The food was tasty and hot, we got 2 burgers, 1 portion of salted chips and 2 milkshakes made to order. All went down a treat! Would 100% return to this 5 guys in arndale manchester

Burger is so juicy and fresh, I really like the unlimited toppings. The fries is even better, crispy but not too oily. The portion is always generous too

Good food. Chips were wonderfully light and fluffy with a crunch. The burger was absolutely stunning, however the meal was on the expensive side.

First time in 5 guys and everything what I can say below average... burger it self is not bad but crispy bacon was burnt and ruined alll burger. Fries portion is very big one medium for 2 is more then enough. Good availability whit soft drinks. Staff was nice. Not worth £34 we paid. Not coming back

After hearing so many good things about Five Guys burgers I had to give it a try. Unfortunately what a huge disappointment. Although there are a lot of options the price is ridiculous. Its a fast food burger for goodness sake. Tbh honest I prefer a flame grilled whopper for half the price.

As usual for five guys it was a top notch burger and delicious fries 💛

Really enjoy the food from here. Went the other day and tried the BLT which was packed full of crispy bacon with super fresh lettuce and tomato, the fries were great as usual. Prices are okay but maybe a little high, sometimes you can wait a while for food at peak times but it's normally okay.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
