Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Location was perfect. Close to all shops, restaurants and pubs. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. All you can eat English breakfast buffet was tasty and great value. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are so spacious. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect Location! Great price. Great service. Cheap Parking. You can even rent a brolly for £2! The Bar area is nice and spacious. This Premier Inn has it all! 2 minute walk to the arndale shopping centre. 15 minutes to Turtle Bay. 15 min to The Crystal Maze Experience. It’s perfect in every way. And the Duty Manager was really polite, professional and friendly. 💫

Brilliant location for visiting the AO arena. The check in staff are really friendly. Fantastic value for money as the breakfast is delicious with a really big choice. The two men and one lady (foreign accent) work extremely hard to make sure breakfast goes smoothly. Only criticism from me was the room was a bit cold and shower not that powerful.

Great stay for me and my partner. Spent 2 nights here! We arrived and from the start we was given an end room which is double the size for no extra cost. The room was very modern and well looked after. Only thing which was missing was a safe for belongings which we was a bit cautious about. Parking was £6 a night which is a bargain for Manchester. Bar was small but good and restaurant was a good standard for the breakfast. Would defo stay again especially as we paid just over £100 for 2 nights which is good value. Location is ideal as right next to the arndale shopping centre, museums and much more.. easy access to the trams also as 2min walk away.

Just back from a nights break. Myself, mum and friend would like to thank all the staff, especially the young lady who was on her 3rd and 4th day in the company, you were absolutely brilliant and smashing it! Good luck you'll be great. The lady who was helping the above young lady was also super helpful and fab! The gentleman who seemed to be on reception, in the bar and taking food to and from tables was also lovely! The lady in the breakfast room this morning making sure all food it's and drinks were restocked asap was fab! A lovely stay made purely by the lovely, helpful friendly staff here! The rooms were clean, tidy and had all you needed! What more can you want from a room at £51! We left our bags in the hotel this morn while we did some shopping and collected on the way to the station this is a massive added bonus to our stay as we didn't have to carry massive heavy bags around with us. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful stay! :)

We chose the hotel mainly because of the location but also as we've used Premier Inn many times before and throught we knew what to expect, plus with the good sleep guarantee we felt we couldn't lose. Unfortunately other than the excellent buffet breakfast the hotel was a real let down. The bed was only a double and bowed in the middle meaning my wife and I kept rolling together. One the first night of our two night break we ended up outside at 4am due to a fire alarm. Apparently the good sleep guarantee doesn't include standing in the cold in the middle of the night. In fact the exceptions mean that the guarantee is practically non existent.. totally misleading and tantamount to false advertising. The hotel was really tatty, some of the chairs in the bar were quite threadbare. Staff were clearly overstretched and under trained. All in all a disappointing stay and one that has ruined Premier Inn for us, we will book elsewhere in future.

Not that happy to be honest. Payed for a breakfast with my room , to be told in the morning that we such off booked a table, which we should off got told when we checked in, The hotel is huge but the restaurant is extremely small, like 50 people, The breakfast shows 3 types off egg poached, scamble, fryed, , 2 types off sausage normal and vegetarian But they was was fried eggs only and the sausage tastes like vegetarian, mushroom , tomato, bacon, black pudding, The full English was not what l payed for at all. I have stayed in plenty off Premier inn and this was the worst one for breakfast Great points Very close to Manchester City Centre AO Arena

2nd time staying at this Premier Inn, location is spot on, don't need to walk great distance to get to places. If you drive car park is £6 per day for customers, need to leave car park by 3 PM on the day of checkout. The team working at the front desk is friendly and approachable. I just love their beds and pillows. Whenever we have a city break, we try to book Premier Inn so we can have a great night sleep on comfy bed. Pillows feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Unlimited breakfast is a great way to start your day. Food is cooked tasty and plenty to choose from. Definitely value for the money. Nice choice of food for evening meal too. Generous portions, well seasoned and cooked. In the photos, we have piri-piri chicken with creamy mash and stake and ale pie. Both tasted divine. Thank you for our experience staying with you!.

Excellent location in Manchester. Very close to the AO Arena, shops, and restaurants. Parking in the hotel is available for £6.00 per day. Disabled parking available but limited and still chargeable. Rooms we basic but clean. Bed was very comfortable. My only criticism was the price. £249 for one night🫨. Add to that £20 for breakfast and £10 for checking in before 3pm plus the parking. The price was inflated due to several musical events taking place. All hotels were doing the same and were sold out. Blatant profiteering. The staff don't get paid any extra and have to work harder due to how busy it is. 😕

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be let down. Great staff, great location close to everything you need. The room is clean, good sunlight and quiet. Only downside: the building looks a bit old, but with a very reasonable rate, highly recommended!

Oh dear what has happened to Premier Inn? I have always used Premier inn as I have found them to be the only chianti I can get a good night's sleep in a decent bed. This is still the case, no issue there... but not a drawer to put a sock in, not a tissue other that toilet tissue, luke warm water for showering or bathing, badly let's the room down.really really basic. The carpark instead of directing customers to reception only has signs on various doors to say no access to reception... had to walk around to find the way. Breakfast, much more limited than what I have been accustomed to in a Premier inn, not a piece of fruit anywhere, Danish consisted to cossaints... used to be a selection. Breakfast was warm at best, not hot. Any good points Yes, location is great. So would I stay here again if visiting Manchester no, there are.plenty of other options, I'd look elsewhere. Very disappointed in Premier Inn Manchester.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel. Free TV, tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom. Branded toiletry products in the en-suite bathroom. As always, a comfortable bed at the Premier Inn. Breakfast was good, with the right range of products and very affordable. Always recommend to book a Premier Inn wherever you go, as long as you're not looking for the deluxe treatment!

Good location cheap rooms. But could do with a bit of maintenance. The room we stayed in didn't have functioning heater so a space oil radiator was provided luckily wasn't too cold but that would have been useless if it was and the pipes made a strange sound when showering. The room was clean bed was comfy overall a good experience would definitely go again.

Great 4 night stay. Staff were so helpful. Great size rooms. Very comfy bed. Looks very and quiet at night despite being very central.

Absolutely brilliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was good value. The location was perfect for Victoria Station, Arndale Shopping Centre and the AO Arena. Will definitely be staying here in future.

Great location to stay, whether business or pleasure. Air conditioning rooms that are clean and comfortable. Food is sometimes hit and miss, but the service more than makes up for it. Kerry is absolutely outstanding and a credit to the business 👏

This Premier Inn is in the perfect location, it’s right in the city centre, meaning there is a short walk and you can get to the trams, trains, taxis, the Arndale shopping centre, Manchester Cathedral, The National Football Museum, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars, and much more. The staff here are absolutely lovely, and always willing to help. The breakfast is fair value. We paid for 1 adult breakfast and got 1 child breakfast free. We tried both the continental breakfast and the cooked breakfast and I would personally rate the continental breakfast the best, but the availability of both is great. They also have fruit, cereal and yogurts available as well as hot drinks and fruit juices, so there is definitely something for everyone. Before you sit down for breakfast they always ask if you have any allergies which is always a good sign. One thing we found extra useful was the fact you could rent an umbrella from reception. The only issue we had with that is that it said it cost £2, so we paid the £2, but when we came to return it, it charged me another £2 so that was a little disappointing that we were charged for returning it! However, if it’s raining then it’s a good service to have available. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The free Wi-Fi is useful and they have the option of paying £5 per night for faster Wi-Fi, which is great if you’re here for work. The bathrooms come equipped with both soap at the sinks and shampoo and body wash in the showers, should you forget your own this is a very useful addition. We stayed for 2 nights and if you want your room cleaned during your stay then you just let reception know before midday on the day you want it cleaned. We didn’t want or need this service but it’s good to know it’s there. Thank you to all the lovely staff here who helped make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed here for one night to catch up with some friends, spot on location only ten minutes walk from the city centre, parking on site for 6 pounds for the night. We paid extra for breakfast which was unlimited and spot on rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. We'd definitely use the hotel again. Cheers Duncan and Helen.

Very basic, rooms not cleaned unless you ask which I found really weird & I never realised until I stumbled across something behind the door. Wifi awful lucky to get 1 bar or it just drops probably because they want you to get ultimate at £5 extra. It was quiet when I was there so no noisy guests so weekend maybe different. Breakfast and bar standard nothing amazing or bad, location good, close to Victoria Station, Deansgate, Cross Street, print works, Manchester Arena all about 10 mins walk to the above places really handy for the location, shops, bars, train station, trams etc. I personally wouldn't go back but it's a good budget for the area except I was expecting something a little bit more.

Had 2 night with you for the tennis 13/15th and so easy to get to the arena and station. Very happy with the rooms however you need to do something with the room key cards I have lost count of the number of times my card my friends in the same room as well as the cards of my other 2 friends need recalibrated a freak down from the 7th floor each time was no joke. Booked a table for breakfast the first morning but still had to wait for an available table. One person I must mention was a lady called Nadine she was most helpful not matter which job she was doing be it in the bar or cleaning tables or serving always pleasant and helpful and efficient.

Arrived for a business trip under the weather. Checking in quick and easy. Room spacious and super clean. Served by Kelly and Kim for food and drink and both were super hospitable and nothing was a problem for them despite me being incredibly cranky.

The staff are friendly and helpful. As with all Premier Inn hotels there are just enough staff to cover but they are doing a good job. The location is perfect for people wanting to explore Manchester centre, the rooms are excellent, very generous in size, and the restaurant and bar are part of the hotel which makes life a lot easier!

Myself and my daughter are coeliac and we nervous about eating out in Manchester. The staff were really knowledgeable about dietary issues and nothing was to much trouble. The chef was amazing. He made gorgeous food and even came out to see us when we were eating to make sure everything was alright. They kindness, understanding and knowledge made our holiday a great one. Thank you and to the Chef a special thank you for his sense of fun - Pancake shaped omelettes! We will be back for more!

Decently priced - absolutely in line with the Premier Inn package. Rooms more modern than average, but showering experience (water pressure and also the fact you have to step into the bath) below average. Also - the hotel only occupies the first 10 floors so if you're expecting cheap city views then look elsewhere.

Great location for the arena. Quite room, comfy bed. Was very busy full hotel and breakfast was chaotic. With most things having ran out. Food - milk - juice glasses and coffee cups. Probably a lot better when not at full capacity

So the hotel is in a great location in the centre of Manchester. The room (double) was ok however mould all around the window frames. The shower, over bath was fine except it started to sing very loudly after a minute which was annoying for the neighbors more than me. The only real negative was the fact that a double room with two occupants was only given one large towel, no problem I'll just go to the reception and ask for another which I did. Then the next day I asked for the room to be cleaned whilst we were out for the day only to come back and find the bed made, the coffee and milk had not been replenished and ONLY ONE TOWEL AGAIN. I mean come on how hard is it. TWO PEOPLE = TWO TOWELS. Other than that the whole place was ok I suppose.

Great location and lovely clean room. The bed was extremely comfy and I slept well every night I was there. The staff were friendly but there weren't many of them. The thermostat in my room also didn't work so it was freezing, and the Internet was awful. There were also issues when I was checking in, the receptionist said my booking couldn't be found (something he said to someone on the phone moments earlier. To be honest I was impressed for a three star hotel, but of course there were issues.

If you're wanting an air conditioned room don't bother. Was told the room had air con... air con did nothing. Was moved rooms to a lower floor where the air con was "best"... its not, it barely does anything, disappointing when it’s so warm right now. Would’ve booked elsewhere had I have known.

You get what you would expect from a Premier Inn, sufficient facilities and clean organised rooms. This is a big hotel, offering some fantastic views of the city. Its location is superb for any city centre attractions and it also has parking for only £6 which for its location I thought was very good. If I had to criticise I'd just say the selection of drinks in the bar could be improved. A pleasant stay was had.

Lovely comfortable rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was lovely. The car park though is dark and poorly lit on the lower levels and we struggled finding our way to reception as it wasn't well sign posted. On the whole though a pleasant stay

Massive bedroom, very clean & tidy, although very hot so had to sleep with the window open & we were kept awake all night by the hotels generators which were right below our window. Location great, Staff great, very friendly & helpful, would stay here again but would ask for room on the other side away from generators

I didn’t have a positive experience here, though the staff are nice enough. Three times I had to return to reception from the 6th floor, twice with my luggage, once with my take out meal from the restaurant, due to faulty key cards. That’s one a day, so far. Fire alarm at 4 am meant evacuation for 45 minutes at 4am. Told I could use car park, left my spot in nearby car park to find it full, then drive for an hour around the packed traffic to go back to car park left. Take away food (the one that spent most of its life in the lift), was cold and unappetising. Need to sharpen your team !

Excellent location for the AO Arena, which is only 5 minutes' walk away. Close to all shops and amenities too, it's a really good place to stay. Very friendly staff and clean, bright, airy rooms with windows that actually open. We had a lovely stay, and a great comfortable night's sleep, as usual. Thank you

Arrived solo for a work trip but can definitely see myself revisiting with my children in the future for many memories to be had. Best Premier Inn experience, lovely and helpful at reception and the room had everything I could wish for. Thought I'd treat myself to a dinner at the restaurant/bar and it was incredible! They were running a very tight ship with only 1 chef and 1 manager + 1 server but they went above and beyond to accommodate each and every customer. Manchester City parade/treble celebration this day so very busy. Juris who looked after me and everyone in the restaurant was faultless. Efficient, attentive, super-smart, Had a sophisticated and classy yet warm and welcoming approach to whoever came up to the bar. He managed to work bar, do table service, make sure I was aware of options, deals that I had everything I needed etc, menu knowledge and it felt relaxed, effortless, very personal and incredibly professional. Hospitality at it's very best! Juris, you will go far in life. Shout out to the chef who delivered delicious food with minimal wait considering circumstances. Thank you so much.

The service from book in to booking out was absolutely fantastic. From front-of-house to cleaning staff not forgetting the restaurante staff were pleasant, polite & super helpful. Yes I would absolutely make this my hotel to stay at when I visit Manchester.
