I had been to Cosmo World Buffet Restaurant Dens gate Manchester on the weekend. Starting from the entrance till the buffet touch point, that place was nicely decorated and worth trying buffet with the similar feeling of some of the five star restaurants. The ambience and vibes were positive. I had started my buffet with soup 🥣 which was properly made and served from the buffet touch point or counter following with one of the decent starter main course. I had experienced with one of the best dessert 🍨 at Cosmo Manchester where you can get varieties and choices to eat. Starting from the appetizer till the dessert that place is worth going and spending £19.99 plus £3.75 for bottomless drink for a full buffet. Thanks 🙏

Went here last week with my friend, we literally got there at exactly 5pm as it opened for dinner time and the food was alright. The sushi was extremely hard and you could tell it wasn’t fresh, definitely from the previous day or the day before that. What really bothered me is that even though there were MANY empty seats, everyone got seated literally within an arms reach of eachother and it absolutely wasn’t covid safe at all. The food had nothing to cover it from the amount of people walking about and coughing, which was ultimately the reason why we left early. Maybe it would be a better idea to to put protection shields around the uncovered foods as it is very unhygienic especially in times of covid.

It was a quick service. Staff were friendly. We were able to refill the drinks whenever. Would say there needs to be more space between tables as if was difficult moving around with a plate full of food. Not all the food was out, not sure why but overall a good experience. To those who need to know, the chicken and beef is not halal, wish i knew this before entering.

Extremely busy. Waited ages for glasses.. most food pots were empty. There are many dishes to choose from but felt it was low quality food. The way the public travel around the restaurant along with workers an trolley with all dishes on just doesn't work. Service tax added But for what service? Not worth the 21.99 I paid

The perfect restaurant for your buffet, they’ve got lot of varieties to choose from the main dishes. Continental to Asian dish to Singapore dish etc. The dessert is the bomb.🧁 The ambience is great as well, always busy and that’s because of the quality all round service offered here. Definitely be a returnee 😁

Nice place, very busy.food was ok,but over priced at £18.50 per adult.staff very friendly,we had 15 people all family together which was good. Only thing was waitress dropped plates full of waste food, not her fault as not enough room between other tables to move safely. Otherwise was a decent evening.

Nice staff upon arrival , order your drinks and pay for your meal and off you go. Plenty of food to choose from , all delicious. Different areas have different cuisines, eg Indian, Chinese etc Plenty of availability of food. If something isn’t out just ask a member of staff and they are happy to help. Very clean , staff take away your empty plates. Would definitely visit again Toilets are nice and clean too

It’s probably the worst buffet in Manchester if not U.K. since they have changed from red hot the quality is awful. There are barely any meat options only chicken. Their desserts involve banana and pick and mix. Sushi was at least a few days old and had no fish shushi. I would strongly recommend not go there and waste your money. The service is also awful, demanding to get paid while I was in the middle of eating? Surely they can come up with a better way to charge u. Either charge before or after not in the middle of your food.

Came here as a big group…everything was perfect. Lots of veggie and fish options. The custard buns are absolutely delicious! The ‘cakes’ not that nice.

🥘Wide variety of cuisine options to choose from Eg Indian, Chinese, Japanese, British, Italian 👍Everything was great, not too bad, cannot complain 💵The price is quite cheap for its variety, £10.99 for kids (under 155cm) and £19.99 for adults ⏱️Eating time is 1.5 hr 🥗There is a salad bar and dessert options such as cakes and ice cream 🥤Drinks need to be purchased separately but you can get a glass cup for £3.5 which you can fill bottomless sodas 💺The booth tables are cramped and super far away from the buffet so I do not recommend those seats 🥢Chopsticks are available 🤲Waiting staff will occasionally come to your table to collect your unwanted plates

The quality and taste of the food served was exquisite, especially the turkey, ham and rosbeef which were so tender that they melted in the mouth. The variety of dishes on offer was great as always. And the service was very friendly and speedy. And the restaurant was very clean. One slight issue was that there was no one at reception downstairs which created confusion as to whether the restaurant was open or not. It would be helpful if staff was standing there like before to direct guests, or if at least there was a sign with an arrow inviting guests to go upstairs.

Went on a Saturday lunch time with a booking. Busy but enough food with some variety. Food was average buffet food, nothing to write home about. Was hoping for more variety and more seafood as some of the other reviews had said. Maybe better food at dinner time. Place was clean and staff were friendly.

I was appalled by how we were directed to our Table not even given time to take our jackets off and get looking at the Drinks Menu. Asked if we had been here before ? I was approached with card Machine to pay ! We were sitting at Table 176 the drinks stand was filthy with dried in Sauce and food. When entering buffet plates were also filthy along with food all over the place and floor looked like a food fight to be honest. After returning to Table my partner tried to get soup and soup ladel was very hot he actually couldn't Pour soup. I approached Mananger to explain Who didn't really acknowledge my Complaints. On leaving i had to ask were toilets where. I was extremely Disappointed and did not use Toilet facilities as I was disgusted by the state of the Facilities. Toilet paper all over floor which had blood on them and Toilets not been flushed. Came to stay in Manchester for Xmas markets and Partners Birthday

When we arrived we went to the front desk, where a woman member of staff was there. She didn't really greet us with any kind of warm/professional welcome - and her tone was rather miserable/depressing. She then showed us to a table and said another member of staff would come over soon to take payment. 10 minutes went by before someone finally took our payment, we were then allowed to get our food. Ordering drinks took forever and there was a long gap between ordering and receiving drinks (2 pints took over 8 minutes to get to me). Food was absolutely great and very tasty. Lots of options to choose from. Large selection of different types of food - from Chinese to American. Deserts were really nice too and again had a wide selection. Service lets this place down.

While the taste is very nice, the food is just not very fresh. Very little was changed on the platters during our visit. Otherwise, plenty of choice for everyone , but some staff can be a bit miserable. Not the best buffet in the Cosmo/JRC chain. At around £20 per person, plus drinks and service charge not sure it is entirely worth it. :(

Cosmo is located in the heart of Manchester City Centre close to Deansgate. The place is big with amazing food especially the sea food and variety of desserts. The toilets could be better maintained, the place is most times noisy because of birthdays and there is no lamb on the menu only chicken. I was charged discretionary and optional service charge of £3 without explanation, it would have been nice if the staff explained to me. There is allergy signs but no Halal signs on the menu. I enjoyed the prawns and my kids enjoyed ice cream and fish fingers. Overall, we had a good time.

Cosmo is an all day buffet restaurant in the heart of Manchester City, 7-8 minutes walk from Victoria Station. They serve numerous varieties of global cuisine as the name itself says "world cuisine". They have roasts, pizzas, continental , Indian, Japanese, Chinese and many more varieties. You name it and they have it, pork, beef, chicken , prawns, squid, mussels, sushi, shumai, noodles, live counters and many more. They even have offers on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Check the videos to see the lavish spread of food and desserts. Make sure you reserve your table in advance and take a good time to relish all the dishes. The charges were £20.99 + service charge per person comes to around £21-22.

These people truly listen, on my last visit, the quality of their food got much more better, they made adjustment to some of the items on the menu, added lots of new stuff so people don't get bored eating the same thing over and over again. Overall, best 'all you can eat' place for me so far

They offers a diverse buffet experience with global cuisines. The atmosphere is vibrant and perfect. Service too is a top notch While the selection is extensive, quality varies. Overall, it's a decent choice for a variety of palates.

Expected more from this restaurant, it was promising but we left feeling like we paid way too much for what we ate. Options were very limited so not good for picky eaters at all and food tasted a little bland. I’m not even fussy but found myself disappointed with the lack of variety. The duck pancakes were delicious though! ☺️ Tables are very cramped together, we were sat in the middle of the walkway between booth tables and it was a little uncomfortable to be honest. People constantly up and down on both sides of us. Very busy with odd layout so it’s difficult to find the food you like and actually get to it. We also felt rushed with the 1 hour time limit we were told we had on our reservation. Especially since it took the waiters at least 10 minutes to take our payment so we could start eating. The water glasses are refillable but are absolutely tiny, meaning we had to refill them every time we got up for food, very inconvenient.

Was swiftly seated and payment was taken at the start, at £20 a head it was well priced for what you could get. lovely and vast selection of dishes.. enjoyed the cooked on the spot calamari and beef steak both seasoned which was pleasant. everything was tasty apart from the roast chicken, would go again.

Overall this is a really good restaurant! I struggled a little on a personal level with just how busy this was but it was a Saturday so this is understandable! Everyone who worked here seemed extremely rushed off their feet and tried their best to get around the large number of customers. The food quality was good and myself and my friends really enjoyed the atmosphere of where we were sat as it was a bit quieter with us booking far in advance. I was so overwhelmed by the choice of foods, this is a great variety of different savoury and sweet foods. Something for everyone! Also really great value for money. The service charge (which isn’t much) is absolutely necessary after I saw how hard the staff were working and how busy they all were.

I'll start from the beginning, we were met with unfortunate traffic jam due to a crash occuring ahead of us nothing to do but wait till they cleared it. So we rang the restuarant to let them know we will be late, but 30 minutes on the line and nobody still answers all while the automated message says your call is important to us, clearly it wasn't, nobody answered it went straight to voicemail, we tried on 3 different phones and nobody answered. At this point we were now late by about 30 mins so we just got there and went inside and told them. It took a good 5 minutes for them to get us a table even though it wasn't busy there was plenty of empty seats. First we were sat down, then they moved us all after 5 minutes of sitting down saying the section they put us in was closed. The staff were quite friendly i can't say nothing bad about the staff they were very nice. Especially the lady who sat us down. Ok so after we sit down payment is taken however a service charge is added which is optional however was forced up us which wasn't expected, how can we possibly pay for service if we havent experienced anything yet. Even though the service charge was charged, we never got any good service. Plates were stacked up all over the table nobody cleared our table, they came once right at the end before we was leaving, what about the rest of the time, people were constantly clearing other tables, so it was just poor service overall, i am very dissapointed. Now lets get onto the drinks, every single glass given was very dirty, i was disgusted, if i fall ill i know why i will have, please use a damn dishwasher and tablet to clean and then hand dry them. The glasses also smelt of fish, that dirty smell where if you don't wash them properly. It was horrible. Just this alone put me off the rest of the meal. Now the food itself wasn't bad at all apart from the steak the chef cut, was too dry and no taste, needs proper seasoning and put in some sauce to marinate while cooking. I looked around there was a lot of food wastage on every table probably due to the fact a lot of the food went stale like the nuggets were rock hard, popadoms were very soggy from being on the heat all day. Ok my next issue was the food plates also being dirty, the cutlery wasn't too dirty which was shocking as everything else was dirty. The other thing is the food choices were extremly limited, especially the desserts section, the desserts was one of the poorest selections i ever seen on a buffet. Overall i won't be coming back here again, too many wrongs here were theres better food places just around the corner. One last thing the staff were very friendly and nice, i have nothing bad to say about any of them apart from the poor service. The manager has a very nice suit too :p, the place itself is very nice decor and beautiful design, its just a shame it is being ran so poorly, this isn't my first visit here i did come here years ago when you first opened and everything was a lot better then, so i do remember this place at its best, so to say its fallen this hard its just sad.

We got there on time but we're made to wait 20 minutes to go up to be seated because of a group ahead of us that were waiting for people that were late. This was very much not appreciated. The food there was great. The other people there seemed to have no spatial awareness at all. I was almost bumped into so many times while trying to get food.

Don't often come here, but it was nice to come back. Normally a busy place with lots of people up and about getting food, staff replenishing food options. Generally polite staff, generally good atmosphere but is often quite busy.

Amazing Asian food with a huge variety of food and drinks. Food is definitely fresh and warm/hot because it is prepared it front of you. Something amazing is where they have a chocolate fountain and marshmallows, candy and even an ice cream machine. Definitely worth the money to pay a visit with your friends or family.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
