Great coffee and vegan menu and really cheap, great atmosphere

We love LEON so glad they have one in the Trafford centre, we travelled from Sheffield just to go, we always go when we are in London.

Surprisingly good and inexpensive. I enjoyed Satay Peanut Chicken.

Never Again would I visit another Leon restaurant. I was told they do vegetarian and vegan eats. We ordered 2 vegan burgers and I ended up getting a shock of my life after checking with staff since the sticker didn't match the other burger. Mine was not. I'd eaten it. I never ever had any other foods other than plant base foods until this day. This is my cultural upbringing. I feel dirty. I feel filthy. I feel nasty. Leon, Paddington should be shut until their staff are equipped to handle foods they put on their menu to serve. The menu is there for a reason and people source menus served for a reason. If you choose to go to this eat out spot be careful what you plan to order. Check it properly. I've lost my confidence and appetite to eat out after 11/09/2021. Thanks to Leon, Paddington. I had to put 1 star just to get my review sent. But if there was a minus rating system Leon would've been the first to get that.

Healthy fast food... it seems like a contradiction in terms. But I was truly surprised at this little eatery. Trafford centres food hall was packed. I found LEON on the ground floor down by Debenhams. Not too busy. Good food. Nice price.

terrible! limp, vegan burger and the salad was old. the patty seemed uncooked. the staff were curteous, and made me a fresh one, but it was the same old salad and an uncooked patty as well. the slaw tasted old and limp well. i was worried about food poisoning so just threw 10£ into the bin. not what i’m used to from leon.

Nice range of vegan lunches available and we really enjoyed the drinks too. The passion fruit kefir was delicious, just a shame they don’t offer plain kefir too. We had the kids halloumi and avocado burger with fries and veg which was a decent sized snack for an adult and the Love vegan burger which was tasty (see photos). Nice seating and friendly staff.

I usually have the caramelized salty hot chocolate. It depends on who does it for you, it's good or very simple, just chocolate. and it also depends on who charges you, they charge you more or less. But I think it's not the fault of the employees. the fault lies with the company for not giving them the proper training. some workers are very very slow working. Neither is there a manager to be seen helping to resolve the long queues that form and sometimes the long wait. For my part I can say that it was the last time I visited that store. I've had more than enough.

Not as good as before. Korean burger was ok.. however I had to wait 15 mins before it was served also the numbering system seemed fairly random (people with much higher numbers getting their food before mine). In the end I had to eat it quite quickly to avoid missing my train.

Very poor service 10/12/22. I was told only two breakfast sourdough burgers left. The person didn't apologise or offer anything else. She looked stressed and I felt OK so maybe you have had a hard day already at 10.30am maybe you are not paid very well, maybe you are tired but you could have given me a better customer service by being professional saying things nicely. I am not impressed this is second poor service Leon. The other branch was at Angel. First bad service I could forget but second no. Staff are not happy at Leon - senior management please treat your staff better.

Ordered Brazilian black bean but the box was half empty also ordered a coffee, mocha coffee was nice. service a little slow staff were nice and polite nice. Has a seating area looking over the station concourse .

Amazing Korean Chicken burger and great friendly service. A little slow but it was worth it. Someone offering to clean up your table and a smile with service goes a long way. Loved it.

Very satisfying and good food I have been craving for a while. Must give a compliment and appreciate it more as not many encourage the restaurants and the people behind making this food behind the counter. Insanely so freaking delicious food I loved it till the end 😊

Would definitely come here again as the prices were reasonable and student friendly. The food is healthy and tastes so good. I recommend the loaded potato waffles. Now I’m craving the clean green smoothie. Service was very quick.

Staff do not seem to understand English, or know the difference between French fries and lattice fries. The Burger also looks nothing like that advertised. Will not be returning or recommending!

It's a franchise place so you won't be able to use your LEON loyalty points here, but food still is made to the recipe like anywhere else. Gorgeous healthy boxes for your delayed train occasions or the actual train journey. So pleased they have opened up here. Thank you!

Always busy here but efficient service and, of course, great food. Aioli chicken is delish as is the hummus with flatbread. Worth trying the Love burger if you’re thinking about Vegan, it’s really tasty!

That time when the packing was better than the food. Chunks of fake chicken over plain brown rice, covered with some sauce. The chicken was fatty, chewy and hard to eat. Ended up just snacking on plain brown rice… Didn’t realize this was a popular chain. Perhaps other locations are better. No issues with the service though. Friendly cashier and everything was packaged well.

Sad to write a poor review because I have used here a few times and indeed Leon at airports, a but if a go to place while waiting for train or flights. This time I decided on something other than one of chicken dishes and went t for the fish finger wrap and a side. The wrap was cold, the fish finger cold and the fries over cooked and cold as if they had been aside for a while. I left most of it and then left disappointed. Sorry Leons hope for better next time.

Not exactly an inspiring gourmet meal but nice enough. Service was fast and polite, prices are a little high but it is a transport hub location. The presentation left a bit to he desired but no one is eating here for the appearance of the food. Decent enough.

Went to LEON today and was really undecided about it at first, I was really expecting my burger to be fried but to my surprise wasn’t, it was lovely, fresh too! as was the raspberry iced tea & berry smoothie, will definitely come again so much better than other fast food restaurants round Trafford and you don’t feel guilty after! The staff were lovely, always up for a chat, probably one of my fav new places!!

Fast but healthy food! Cracking burger and Acai smoothie are just sublime. Even better they do student discount (I used Unidays) Despite it being pretty busy we didn't have to wait long for the food or seating arrangements.

Best Breakfast at Paddington Station! We go here as our regular breakfast spot before work and the staff have always been really wonderful and accomodating. The food is nice, filling and has really great flavours. Would recommend.

I went in with my 2 young children (3&5) the staff were incredible. Patient while they decided understanding when my son spilt his juice and replaced it for free. When there was a mistake with my order they sorted it very fast and were really friendly.

Same old same old. Lured back by fab photos of decent food - i always forget to remember… the actual food is nothing like it! Super slow service on coffee left me with a near stone cold sausage and egg - just dead dull and pretty tasteless. Egg especially just looks super weird and grim when cold. Pity, Leon often just fails to deliver on what is a decent concept

Extremely slow service. Staff look lost. They have tried to do a McDonald’s style order system where you take a number. After 20 minutes of waiting there was no food. When I went to the till with my number they had not even started making the food. The lady offered a refund and food which was kind. I said no thank you and just needed my food to go back to the hospital. The staff seem nice it’s just very poor systems and processes in place. Someone in head office needs to get this sorted.

Terrible foods! Shame I didn’t have time to go back and get my money back. Rock hard top bun, so it snaps into half, and the bottom bun was stuck to wrapping paper. Definitely, it's been sitting on the food warming tray for a very long time! And Cold chips!

Leon is always a good choice I really like this restaurant. I like the healthy and quick fast food which is warm too. Moroccan meatballs box is my favorite so far.

Had high hopes having cooked from their vegan cookbook. Was so disappointed. The lentil masala resembled last nights pavement pizza (vomit), the fries were dry and cold (2nd time around having returned one set) and the burger only marginally better than Mcd. Not sure if this is the general Leon standard, if not its a shame as its enough to put me off from returning. The general state of the establishment was also disgusting as per the photos

Just tried to call but no-one picking up,, got on my train and found the chicken burger was missing, gutted literally because I am so hungry now, pls can you at least refund me? Chk 4950 - you must have the Korean burger sitting there on your pass.

Miserable slow staff, charged £20 for average food and to top it off the chips were stale and cold.
