McDonald’s is a famous restaurant already. Firstly I’m saying that the restaurant was quite busy and I’m waiting little time there for get my order also the dining is so difficult because they close the downstairs dining. i went there 8:30 pm I don’t know why they close the downstairs dining. I ordered the hamburger, wrap of the day meal , wrap of the day , fries and hot chocolat. I like the hamburger taste was good. But I’m giving 2 stars out of 10 to the hot chocolate because it is average. Also wrap of the day is also good. If you go there must try hamburger. Highly not recommended. I used to work here, and they treated me like cheap Chinese labor, always making me grill meat for five or six hours at a stretch, and I would always get burned. To be objective, they only assigned tasks like grilling, frying chicken, or making fries to people like Chinese, Black, and Indian workers, while others could work at the cash register or in the drink area. Most of the staff were very unfriendly, except for a few managers and some Filipino colleagues who were kind to me. I'm glad I left. As for the food, I won't reveal more, but I can only say it's highly not recommended.

Fish Fillet was overcooked and dry and couldn’t taste much of the tartar sauce. And I wouldn’t have the time to come back to complain because I am on break at work and due to finish soon.

Very disappointed, my daughter had a problem with the security guy because she has a assistant's dog, he refused entry and was very rude and aggressive, manager no help even though she admitted that the guy was wrong. In the process of complaining to head office, big copration won't be worried about 1 customer though. Won't be back to this branch.

I like the food and the place . But they have a big problem in the restroom. Since last December 2021 I have been seen this tap broken. Everything time I went there the water comes out without stopping… What a such waste of water :(

Visited this McDonald's in the city centre late at night. Machine didn't give me receipt. Service was pretty quick. The food was pretty OK, Big Mac was fine but the fries were unsalted so tasted like nothing. Toilets were clean though.

I was at macdonalds Piccadilly Gardens today 30th Aug nearly 5 o'clock and ordered chips and two slushy. One was Spanish punch or something and it was large but only ice and tiny bit of juice. I asked at the counter and miss zurnish was very rude with me to prove it full large glass of slushy even blind can see it was half full of ice. Both my kids were hungry and I didn't want any scene to create but it's our favourite and we can't see this happened to macdonald. My kids were tired and hungry and I didn't have more money to buy another glass to quench the thirst my kids have. It's horrible to see pathetic service by miss so called zurnish.and the other which didn't have name on her uniform and don't want to give a name after this sort of moon rocking stupidity and pathetic behaviour by these two clowns.

A busy spot right on the side of Piccadilly Gardens. Fast service and clean. There are more seats downstairs and there are toilets upstairs. Perfect for quick bites and still comfortable for dine ins.

Wont let you or your family sit down unless you already have tour food, Ellie who works in the dining area has the worst customer service skills i have ever experienced speaking to my Autistic son like he was a piece of rubbish. The experience was improved by a young man named Liam who was the polar opposite, he could not do enough for me and my family, went above and beyond and his colleagues should all follow his standards.

Lively, massed diner with plenty of self-service screens. The staffs are productive and provide the meal quickly. The set menus are flavorful and economical. My favorite weekend dine-out place.

I have come to this club for the first time tonight, it is a big and clean club, but it is surprising and disappointing that there is one chest press machine with a barbell. Please take care of it.

The proximity of the Etihad stadium makes this particular MC’s a bit crowded but you get the benefit of a football atmosphere when seated outside. In terms of the food, it was good BUT they kind of messed up our orders and the layout of a Big Mac we had was probably done by a trainee since the person put 2 slices of meat together instead of putting them in between the medial bun.

Great to go for a quick bite. Though can be very busy during peak times, including night time between 10pm and closing (12am).

A great place to grab a bite! Very conveniently situated and relatively clean (we went near midnight and it was slightly messy). It’s very-well laid out and the service is speedy and very straight forward. The dispensers did run out of sauces, so we had to eat our fries without sauces. 🍟 But aside from that, it seems like a nice place to grab a bite. 😊😁

Firstly food fine. HOWEVER, no where to sit at 8-30 am, not because too busy but because 2 large tables being taken out of action by people sleeping on them. When I asked if the downstairs tables could be opened up I was advised that if they did people would sleep there as well. Manager claimed plenty of space despite his three 'empty' tables having people sitting/sleeping on them. Then told it was a family restaurant and we should all sit together again a little difficult with someone sleeping on 3 chairs. I wasn't advocating them chucking out people trying to keep warm just opening their other tables.

I was sat eating my food yesterday and doing some study when some random person came and sat in my booth while I was eating, she didn’t say anything and she was on the phone (really loudly). She just carried on while it was normal! I had to move and couldn’t finish my food as her breath was all over it! People need to learn some manners! The restaurant as a whole is good but they need more staff on the floor to control who’s in there.

I usualy enjoy it here, however after i ordered a medium Mcnugget meal I watched the worker behind the till preparing my food, I watched her put a portion of fries onto a tray, then into a bag and then proceeded to hand me the tray. After confronting this woman she denied it and tried telling me I didnt order medium fries. Even though my money has been taken from my bank at McDonald's.

Wow. They do these double burgers with a slice of bread in the middle that taste amazing. Big stack or something like that. They also do these thin chips in a red box which taste out of this word when hot but warning _ don't let them go cold. They are uneatable if cool.

Visited this Macdonald for breakfast, the shop was really busy however orders was coming out really 🍔 fast. I had a coffee ☕ and muffin. Its typical maccies food cheap and cheerful. This branch is pretty full all the time. Overall is a place I'd go to again if I need fast food. 👍🏻

I went in for breakfast and was satisfied overall Ordering was easy with the touchscreens, and there are enough of them that not all were being used at the same time. The receipt did get jammed though and then the number went off of the screen very quickly, so be careful to make sure you know your order number. Plenty of space near the counters to stand waiting for your order, although I didn't have to wait long as I was served promptly. The food was warm and tasted nice. Service was friendly. Much better than some of the other branch locations I've visited.
