Amazing cocktails on the 2-4-1 bit overpriced when full price as they are quite small. The food however was absolutely gorgeous, and full of flavour. The staff were so helpful and friendly and recommended items. Lovely atmosphere with great music and vibe.

Came here for a quick breakfast as everywhere else had massive queues and we didn't have time to wait. It's breakfast with slight Jamaican twist, which was nice. You also get unlimited tea, coffee and juice. So we had a quick coffee and glass of juice each. This made it a real bargain! The staff were really friendly and it was great we managed to get breakfast before getting our train home.

We love a good turtle bay! We were served by April who was just amazing, straight off the bat was incredibly friendly and funny! She went out of her way to help us and had the perfect amount of attentiveness! The chef Oscar was amazingly helpful too and the food 😍 I'm a wimp with spicy food (and they left off all the chilli's for me) but my mouth was on fire! But I'd eat it again and again because it was just incredible and worth the pain! 😅 we did the bottomless brunch and I'd highly recommend! Thank you April and Oscar for everything you did and your amazing attitude! Definitely going back!

I can't believe the value for money at this place. My partner and I came for Valentine's day after coming for New Years. We went for the bottomless cocktails and meals menu, which is insane value. We ended up with 7 cocktails each, plus 3 courses. With certain items, you have to pay a supplement and you might have to add a side, but it's still unbelievable value for money considering that the food is really nice. I think it's worth pointing out though that this place isn't really authentic when it comes to Caribbean food, but it's still lush. The cocktails are really good, too. With plenty of alcohol. The only thing I would say is that it really matters what time you book when you go to something like the bottomless dinner. When we arrived, the waitress was coming over to get our next cocktail order before we'd even finished the ones we had. However, as the night went on, this slowed down. We ended up having 7 cocktails each in a space of two hours, so can't really complain, but it is worth noting. Would strongly recommend.

We had Belona looking after us. She was an absolute pleasure and she made the experience brilliant. Very attentive to service and always making sure we have a drink at the bottomless brunch. Very polite and always smiling! Thank you!

Came in tonight for a bottomless brunch to celebrate my birthday & was served mainly by Mia, along with two other staff members. All serving staff were so polite, however Mia went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible & got the most out of our brunch. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Mia!

Love this place! Customer service was great our server was really nice and friendly, I would recommend going when drinks are 2for1 as £9.20 for one cocktail isn’t the best price! Would definitely recommend as part of a good night out just make sure you book!

Came for bottomless brunch with 2 friends, took our orders 15 min late due to how busy it was. Hats off to them, as when I raised the fact we hadn't been served yet, they extended our time so we didn't miss out. Great service, great service, great atmosphere. We will be returning.

I just Love Turtle bay menu, it's so me, but it is also made to perfection. Love the drinks, the atmosphere and the décor, it's just a fantastic place. The toilet's were clean, the service fantastic. With 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks each we paid £80 so not expensive as well.

What can I say bottomless brunch was amazing. Food and drinks were delicious. The whole place was a vibe. Big shout out to Lucy our waitress very attentive, Never left us without a drink she was amazing. Can't wait to return end of January. Danielle & Hannah xx

Ethan C served me at the bar for a few afternoon cocktails. He was charming and helpful, very efficient and did it all with an excellent attitude. I cannot comment on the food as I did not eat but everything else was great. It was a bit loud for my taste but that’s understandable for a Saturday.

Amy was lovely… some drinks took some time to arrive, but it was busy and we can’t fault Amy for this as there was a backlog of orders at the bar. Amy looked after us and helped us manage to sneak a quick one in near the end! Excellent service

Paid for the £32.50 bottomless cocktails and food and had a great time! Cocktails are usually £9.60 each and got through eight plus food, so saved a tonne of money. Lucy A was really sweet and made sure to come over every time we’d finished a round to go and get our next one. This was my first time at Turtle Bay and I’ll definitely be coming back

Visited on a weekday after work for dinner. It wasn't that busy, and we're greeted and seated quite fast. The atmosphere is nice and vibrant, but the music was a bit too loud. The service was friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating after we asked some of the dishes to arrive first as some people of our party were leaving earlier. The drinks were great, they even have an offer 2 for 1 cocktails. The food was good, I really liked the crispy chilli calamari. However, my sweet potato fries were a bit burned. Nevertheless, it was a good experience, and we had a great evening.

Visited here just before going to watch a show as only 5 min walk. This time was disappointing to sum it up. Service very slow, Had to ask several times for drinks and order was wrong several times aswell. Kids meals was brought out 3 times incorrectly like they just didn't listen. Quality of food was poor as you can clearly see from pictures. Chicken was well over done and was very small meal. The meals are quite expensive for what you get in comparison to other places. The staff don't really seem to care about customer service as heard a few ppl complain. Would not recommend for food and a meal. Drinks due to the busy vibe and atmosphere I would however food definitely not. Alot of improvement needed. Mac and cheese also dry and poor as seen in pictures.

Great ambiance and loved the decor. The food was great but the shared platter will do for just 2 adults rather than 4 because of amount and taste (too tasty to be shared). At some point the waitresses became a bit hard to find, maybe they took a break. Good music (Jamaican and Afrobeats). Excellent happy hour because what’s one drink when you can have two at the cost of one

Came in for a bottomless brunch today to celebrate my friends birthday. We both ordered the prawn curry for an extra £4.70 each and wow was it worth it! The serving staff couldn’t have been more efficient & ensured we got the absolute most out of our brunch! One member of staff really stood out to us and that was Mia! Thank you so much Mia for a good night! We will absolutely be back.

Booked for 4 for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was amazing and the cocktails were free flowing. We were a mix of diners, but we all found it easy to find something on the menu to suit our palates. The meals arrived quickly, there were beautifully presented and very tasty. Kate our server was AWESOME. She was friendly and attentive. Ensured we didn’t miss out on any deals or offers and got us a beautiful slice of cake for us to share at the end to make our meal super special. It’s the little touches that made her service special. Eg it’s fabulous she got me birthday cake the value add was she said I’ll get you four forks so you can all share. Things you’d normally have to ask or prompt for. There were so many examples of this type of care throughout our meal, and even advice on what we could do later. She is definitely a credit to the organisation and a natural people person and was definitely an integral part in making my birthday special. Thank you.

Had a lovely evening with beautiful food and delicious cocktails. Our server, Megan J was amazing. Not only was she a great server, but when she noticed we were tourists, she offered us suggestions on things to do around the city.

Absolutely brilliant this place. We ordered 2 starters and 2 mains. Portion sizes are great and the taste of everything was spot on. Pulled chicken doubles, crispy chilli squid, Brown Chicken and jerk chicken breast. The very friendly Kate was our server. Recommended.

Lots of choice, and loads of vegan options..I had the ribs, delicious fall off the bone meat and my friend had the vegan squash curry which she said was lovely. The girls and I booked in for a bottomless brunch, and it was amazing! The lovely waiter(Levi) who served us was so friendly, understanding, and calm! We picked so many drinks, and we struggled to get up to leave at the end. It was nice and clean, the staff was lovely and the atmosphere was great! I'd 100% go again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Had a great meal and great cocktails. Our server (Amy) was more than happy to help with our requests and gave great recommendations based on our preferences. She knew the menu inside out and was able to recommend dishes/cocktails which would suit our pallet. Service was speedy and we were never without a drink. If you love Caribbean food, then this is the right place for you. Colorful ambience with great food, desserts and cocktails. Definitely recommend.

We had brunch here, foods were alright. - Honey bunny birdyard It came with some kind of fried dough at the bottom, stack with fried chicken and cream cheese on the top, water melon & sweet potato fries on the side. Chicken was really crispy and tasty, I loved the fried dough at bottom with honey. Water melon was sweet and juicy. Sweet potato fries was a huge no no, it was super oily at the bottom. - Spices fries & cheesy jerk fries Fries were okay, be honestly all I remember is they were soggy. - Jerk pit wings The flavor was okay, nothing really special. I would say the slaw on the side was more tasty than the wings. Overall the foods were alright. It's a good place to go if you wanna grab some drinks and have a great time with your friends there.

This turtle bay is so nice! The staff are friendly and helpful, the colours and decorations are really cool too. I went with a group of 7 people and we all got different stuff. I choose the Fish Fry. The plate had a good presentation, and the salmon was delicious 🤤 the fried squid was my best part. Regardless the waiting time (around 40min- 1hr) all of the food we ordered came HOT, and at the same time. Meanwhile we were just ordering drinks and cocktails were 241 from 9pm.

It's amazing place for cocktails. Normally they have happy hour with 2x1, and make sense, because only 1 coctail is not enough to wait for the food. If you are lucky, after 4 coctails you could have your food with you. Otherwise, it's perfect just to drink with a fast service (only drinks) and good number of options.
