We had our late launch here today. Foods were very tasty and the staffs were very friendly and nice. Basically this is a small restaurant in a Vietnamese shop (or maybe a shop in a restaurant?!). The place is a bit hard to notice, my partner have been here before, and he decided to take me here to try his top 1 Vietnamese spring roll today. - Crispy pork spring roll (3 rolls) As the name, it's really crispy! Texture was really good, and the flavor was just great! Spring rolls themselves were chunky, not like some places serve skinny ,tiny and greasy spring rolls. It came with 2 kind of dippings, one I think it's Vietnamese sweet chilli sauce, another one I assume it's Vietnamese white vinegar with some chill and something else inside, both dipping taste great! - Pork & prawn fried dumplings (4 pc) I was really impressed with the dumplings as they were not greasy at all! They taste light and fresh, you won't even feel guilty while eating them as they are deep fried. I now just realized, I think the sweet chilli sauce dipping was actually for dumpings I think? They taste amazing anyways!!! - Pho with slow cook beef I was impressed with this one as well, the broth was so fresh and light, not too salty not to plain. The beef was oh • my • god! probably was the most tender beef I've ever had in my life so far. They will also bring you one more long plate with bean sprouts, fresh mint, lemon, and chilli for you to add in your pho by choice. I personally added lemon, chilli and bean sprout. - BBQ pork banh mi The pork itself had really good grilled flavor, and it's tender. In between the bread it had some vinegar marinated carrot & raddish, coriander and chill. Also some homemade mayo maybe? Overall it had good flavor and the ingredients were great combination! Overall it's a great place, great flavor, and reasonable price with good portion of foods. I'd love to visit again in the future, very tasty!

My go to vietnamese restaurant. My favourite is the bun bo hue, has a little kick to it and uses my favourite thick vermicelli noodles too. You should also get the fried spring rolls as the skin texture is totally different from your standard spring roll skin. If you want something more refreshing then order the summer rolls. It’s always busy during the weekend. Just a note with small kids, they only have one high chair but smaller pram fits fine near the table etc.

Hands down the best of the best Pho I have ever had in my life. After trying all the Pho Manchester has to provide, I would recommend Ca Phe Viet as an absolute must. If you're looking for the #1 Vietnamese restaurant in Manchester city, it's this one. I have already been here over five times (edit twenty*) now and have nothing but praise. I would especially mention that they have amazing vegetarian and vegan options available!

One of the best & authentic places to have a reasonably priced lunches in the city centre. The Pho comes in a bowl big enough to bath in and the coffee is very tasty. Add the fab service and your onto a winner.

Without a doubt, this is my favourite place to eat Vietnamese food. Such delicious food and the staff are always so kind. Me and my partner have tried a few Vietnamese restaurants in Manchester, but this one really is the best of the best. We always manage to get seated in a timely manner, even when they’re busy, and the prices are hard to beat!

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Manchester, the spring rolls are the best I had in any Asian restaurant and I enjoy coming here a lot, the staff is very nice and friendly, the restaurant is in the middle of a shop so you can do some daily shopping while you eat!

Hands down the best spring rolls I have ever had! Perfection. Summer rolls are delicious too. Also had wonton soup - comfort in a bowl. The portion was HUGE. Definitely a place I will be coming back to.

Yep, it’s a 5* rating, the food is sensational. We both had the vegetarian/ vegan pho dishes, tofu summer rolls, jasmine tea, amazingly full and content. Restaurant is basic in design and decor, but who cares when the food is so good.

Flavorful broth phô, stir-fry beef rice noodles, and summer rolls are a must-try. Authentic and homemade flavors. Will satisfy your Vietnamese food cravings!

Fantastic Vietnamese spot in Manchester . The best pho I've ever had , the depth of flavour was amazing and the portion size was huge - great value for money. My boyfriend had the bun noodle salad which was equally as tasty. We also shared a portion of summer rolls. One of the best meals I've had in a long time and will be back soon!

The best Vietnam restaurant in Man. We had lunch on Sat at around 13:00 and luckily there’s no long queue. Yeah!!! We ordered Pho with rare beef, pork spring roll and classic baguette (Banh Mi). Everything was great, lovely and delicious! We love the pork spring roll most, it was crispy, juicy!! Served with a chill garlic sauce, the sauce was sweet, chilly and little sour. Really fresh and match with the spring roll. Don’t miss it… highly recommend!!!! The classic baguette with pork belly, pork roll, cucumber, pickled carrots…Yummy!! Pho was excellent too, I love it!!!!!!

Just had late Iunch here and what a little gem, the special pho was really tasty and lots of topping. Banh bi lacked a little flavour for my liking in terms of pick not pickle enough. The trio dessert was great reminded me of Vietnam market ...Comforting! Price was cheap for 2. Would go again and recommend

This was an amazing little find in Manchester! The food is so refreshing, delicious and authentic! I highly highly highly recommend the Goi Cuon (Paper summer rolls) as these are ridiculously delicious and the sauces given with them are fantastic too! They serve authentic Pho which is also wonderful. We also got the Vietnamese coffee and ended up buying the powder they use so we can make our own at home as it was so perfect. Overall a 10/10 restaurant with brilliant food, service and overall experience. Been back multiple times and highly recommend!

Finally, a pho with proper soup, leaves, lime, and chili. The pho was smooth, not sticky, the soup used proper spices instead of pure salt water I had in other pho nearby. Most importantly, the viet coffee! Nice, surely not the usual taste in UK. It is the taste in my memory back in Asia. Highly recommend.

I had Pho with rare beef and ice coffee here. 1. Taste Pho is delicious and it tastes like Pho in Vietnam. Coffee is good in general. I highly recommend you guys should try Pho here. 2. Price It’s reasonable to spend. £10 in total for big big big Pho bowl and super coffee. 3. Customer service Waiters here are nice, friendly, care and understanding. Well serve ! 4. Extra Also, there is a Vietnamese goceries inside the restaurant where you can buy and try some traditional food and more. I will come back here. HOWEVER.... Negative side: It’s a little bit far from centre, but it’s still ok to have a short walk and enjoy amazing Vietnamese cuishine.

I took my friend's here after walking past for so many years (shame on me). The food, people, atmosphere was fab! Such big portions too! So make sure you go hungry! The crispy spring rolls are amazing! Just go try it!

This place serves really nice hot / cold Vietnamese coffee. They also sell their coffee in a pack of 6. Order the 12£ beef, prawn and chicken slice pho. Highly recommended. The serving is huge and the soup is clear. Tasty broth that compliments the pho. Do also try the classic ban minh too!

I don't usually like spring rolls, but the veggie spring rolls here will change your life. Their noodles also never fail to disappoint. The flavours at Ca Phe Viet are not to missed. Also check out their tofu Banh Mi - their fresh made tofu is to die for.

Best Vietnamese food in Manchester! I have had quite a lot Vietnamese food around the world, this one deserves a spot in top five! Their bbq pork is SO GOOD with almost some charcoal flavour in that! This is today’s MVP in my opinion!!! Perfectly seasoned with just enough bbq taste. I tried their raw and cooked beef pho, honestly the best pho soup in Manchester! It has a more clean taste compare to other places, half way through you will get a bit used to the soup and you can add additional flavours and changes the taste of the soup completely with chilli, lime and mint! The cooked beef is more more flavourful and soft compared to the raw beef. I will order the cooked beef pho next time when i visit. Their deep fried spring roll is out of the world as well! Love the crunch to the spring roll and they have some bits of grounded pork in the spring roll, you do not see meat in spring roll everyday I will give you that! Drinks are just so so, maybe i will try soy milk next time!

Very authentic Vietnamese food and a perfect for a quick lunch (even though it took almost twenty minutes till our food was served). But it tasted really good, especially the broth of the Pho was really tasty. But also the original Ban Mi tasted just like it should like. Would come back anytime.

Very reasonable price for a hot dinner. £31 for two big portions pho, one portion fried spring roll and one iced coffee. Service was good. It can be difficult for people who doesn’t like small menu as there isn’t a lot of food options.

One of the most amazing Vietnamese restaurants in the UK!!! Tastes so authentic and makes you crave for more. My partner got the pho bho chin (soup noodles) and I got the bun cha nam (noodles in a sweet sour spicy sauce) with pork spring rolls!! Price was reasonable and portion was big!!

I cannot rate this little place highly enough, the best Vietnamese food I have anywhere, including in Vietnam. The pho and the fresh spring rolls are a personal highlight. The service is always excellent and the setting just adds to its charm.

I cannot complain - it was not bad at all but neither memorable or exceptionally good. Would I go back again? YES - I probably would. Staff were busy as usual, but not rude in anyway. Food quality was better than just good. Broth for the beef Pho was really flavourful - not your packet stuff here, tasted like it was made slowly over a few hours. 5 of us ate and bill came to £65'ish - not bad at all. Will be back again to try some other dishes. Should you try this out - DEFINITELY you should. Don't waste your time on chain noodle places.

Delicious! Was just walking by after having a massage nearby and decided to pop in for breakfast. The pho was so tasty, fresh and full of flavour. Staff were all super lovely too. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning. The pho has lovely aroma and tastes really light but busting with flavour. It's tasty and filling. This is a really good place to try Vietnamese food if you never had because it really delivers. Stir fry beef noodles also very good and has nice flavours. Customer service very very good and the woman is very kind. Same goes to the gentleman who took our order. It's busy yes but that's not surprising. It's worth the wait.

Fourth visit and definitely not my last. Best Banh Mi in the UK so far. On par with the Banh Mi I’ve had in Vietnam. Good simple veggie options, lovely spring rolls and tasty cold coffee! Service is good and has a very at home feel. A hidden gem, make sure to go!
