👍 Me, my mum and sisters came here for lunch. A really nice little gem of a restaurant hidden away off Wilmslow Road, quite small and casual. The lamb shank was soft and tender, complimentary soup was delicious as was the chicken tikka served with fresh naan bread and salad, if it came with a homemade... Me, my mum and sisters came here for lunch. A really nice little gem of a restaurant hidden away off Wilmslow Road, quite small and casual. The lamb shank was soft and tender, complimentary soup was delicious as was the chicken tikka served with fresh naan bread and salad, if it came with a homemade sauce or chutney it would’ve been better. If you’re going for the mixed grill platter the lamb meat was on the tough side and hard to chew, so we didn’t really like it to be honest. But that’s your own personal preference, I prefer my meat soft and tender. The only downside I would say was that the toilets weren’t clean and were unisex and there were no desserts available at lunch time to have with your complimentary tea. Overall a pleasant experience and there were an array of fresh dishes to choose from. A very reasonably priced lunch, we were quite impressed.

Very well priced Kurdish restaurant, the food is very tasty. The staff are welcoming and incredibly helpful, especially Had. Will definitely be returning for the mixed grill and am hoping to try the fish next time.

The food is very nice, Price is very good The staff are very nice The atmosphere is very nice But one thing that was not very nice was seeing my fellow Kurdish brother bring a plastic bucket of boiling hot water and pouring it into the massive metal teapot. This was a bit embarrassing for me as I had hyped this place up so much for my English colleagues and they have never had Kurdish food before and they were white English people. I hope the staff find a better and safer way of transferring the boiling hot water instead. Also this was carried by hand, if that falls on someone, they’ll burn themselves. Everything else apart from that is very nice.

Nice casual restaurant. We tried the chicken tikka and shish kebab both equally tasty. Don't expect a fancy place just your local restaurant where you can go with friends to chill while eating.

Authentic Kurdish restaurant with a decent variety for items on their menu. Nice ambiance and excellent service received from the staff. We all enjoyed our food (Oozy Lamb, Mixed Platter, Grilled Fish and Chicken). The staff went all the way to help us organise a last minute birthday party.

Great value for money and legendary place in Rusholme! Lamb Quzy and the kofte kebab are spot on, go great with the beans and okra side dishes provide with meals. The bread is freshly made and you get a lot for your money! Praying facility also provided which is added bonus!

Very busy and cheap restaurant. Got complimentary lentil soup. The food in the photos (1 Quzi and 2 plates of kebab) and 4 drinks cost less than £30! The chair was torn and the toilet was a mess.

Good food, good value for money, very busy and popular, not many tables available as it was quite full when we arrived, they had sold out of the lamb skewers and hummus but the waiter told us then when we ordered. The mixed grill was a generous portion (they replaced the skewer with an extra kebab) and they gave us complimentary hot lentil soup on arrival which was very tasty.

Great value and tasty food. Service no nonsense, staff helpful and humble. Calm relaxed atmosphere, no frills, or pretentious. Thanked and tipped staff/chefs on bill as felt more than right too considering quality and service.

The food and portions were nice for what you pay. They give free Dhal soup and nan before and during your meal. They also give free tea. It's not an elegant place however that's fine because it's relaxing in there. I gave it 4 stars overall because I had a very bad stomach ache after the meal. I'm not sure what it was. The meal tasted fine.

Outstanding food. Best kebabs in Manchester. Excellent fresh bread. The free soup is delicious. Sometimes can be a wait for a table and not a lot of space to stand and wait, but well worth it. Also excellent value for money. Underrated gem for sure.

Ate lamb oozy/shank in alot restaurant across london but nothing comes close to this. This lamb with minimal seasoning the best ive ever had. The oil and meat dripping 10/10. For £11 with rice They give free unlimited nan and 3 side sauce dish. One with some sort of beans another with aubergine or pepper not sure and another plane Very good service. Plenty of seating for big groups I believer free tea also. Halal, free parking on side roads

They give complementary lentil soup (be sure to add loads of sumac) and tea too! Super tasty. Had a mixed platter and it was good, wish I was a bit more spicy. Lamb wasn’t very soft, more on chewy side. Bread was good fresh but gets cold and hard really quickly

Service is outstanding as their communication with customer. Soup is Free as a starter and roasted chicken is juicy with decent price. The the end of the meal there is free tea and having with roti just makes it more delicious. Roti is free as many as you can eat but it have have changed.

Went there to eat, first of all no one attending customers so i just sat on a seat, had to call waiter 4-5 times to get his attention, he wasn’t helpful at all asked for grilled food said finished asked for soup said finished then then had to order their rice and lamb sauce, they gave me half cooked lamb not even cooked just boiled with white rice which had water and salt in it, I couldn’t eat and left it without eating and was charged £8 for something which isn’t ready to eat… horrible experience, avoid going if they have 5-7 people sitting as they get so confused they cannot handle

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
