    A lovely experience at Subway in the bustling Arndale Food Court. The service was exceptional. The staff were professional and understood my requests. They made the sub very quickly and accurately and the quality was super. Perfect for a quick bite to eat and meal deal options are also available here. There is a good variety of breads, salads, sauces, and meats as well as vegetarian and vegan options too.

    First of all, place is not to clean... Tables need more attention same chairs... Floor is moped in proper manner. Secondly when someone make an mistake charging you 9 pounds instead of 0.60 pence and after notice mistake, instead of refund to the card you get money.... Nope. Food was OK like always in subs so it's no exception but staff could be more carful and take more care what they are doing.

    Came to collect an online order. Witnessed staff ignoring a customer in a wheelchair and talking over him when be tried to customise his order. They then ignored me for a long time before they asked if theuy could help, when I explained I was there for an online order they burst out laughing saying it had been ready ages. Rude and unhelpful, and looking at other reviews this seems pretty standard. As contrast my partner went to KFC in the same food court and despite loads of rude customers their staff kept cool and handled everything brilliantly despite being much, much busier.

    Horrible customer service experience today. I love Subway, have been a customer for years but I have never been at this particular shop before. This was the first time, I thought Subway is Subway wherever I go right? So I give this one a try. The staff is polish there, surely that's not a problem I myself have Eastern European heritage, my parents are from Hungary. However the staff here, especially the idiot "manager" whoever he is are very very rude! He spoke to me like I was a homeless person, and I was dressed up professionally in a suit and tie. My friend and I were horribly treated the staff especially that fruitcake manager are very rude. Those people are "cheap". And I do not mean that the food is cheap. It is not! The staff are cheap there! And cheap here is used in a negative term. Honestly I would avoid that particular subway. Go somewhere better where people are more sophisticated and intelligent. Those people still live in the communist era and it is shown in the way they treat their customers. I would give it a red star rating with a sickle if I could.... :P But honestly joke aside. I hope you never find out how right I was with this review.... This particular Subway is garbage. The staff is garbage!

    I had pre ordered on the app to collect, the order wasn't made till after i arrived. The hash browns were burnt and one of the staff members seemed to have an attitude. I queried about the sauce that came with the order and had a receipt shoved in my face and pointed at. In that moment I felt like a little child being spoke to, I definitely won't be returning....

    Sam the manager, patronising and rude for absolutely no reason. Asking her which one was which as was ordering three items, spoke like she was talking to a child. Told her to drop the attitude and be friendlier next time but shouldn't be in a customer facing job if she struggles talking to people. Whatever bad day (time of the month) she is going through don't take your anger out on customers sam, this is what happen.

    the 2 stars are for the younger girl that served me. she was soft spoken, working hard, polite, efficient while maintaining good standard, changed her gloves several times even in 5/6 minutes of me being there. the nacho chicken bites were extremely bland, likewise with the cookie. only plus sides were the efficiency of redeeming them and the fact they were free. the older asian male was on a phone call while tending to 2 younger boys on the register. extremely unprofessional to say the least! will not be going back unfortunately.

    Ordered a Big Bombay. At the cashier asked the guy what I ordered and he says a Big Cheese Steak I say sorry this is not what I ordered and I don’t even know what’s in what tu made. Didn’t say sorry and didn’t propose to change it. Just said it is better taste bro’ This guy is rude. The best is when I opened the sandwich to discover nearly an empty sandwich. Will never come back to this Subway but when I read other comments it seems to be normal in this venue.

    Came here to use a voucher which was posted out. I ordered a philly cheese steak 6 inch on cheese and herbs.. she opened the bread then said it's recommended to use only white or brown.. then proceeded to pick white for me.. I said its only a recommendation, i would like the other bread.. she just repeated herself as if I was stupid so I said to do brown.. the filling was a joke.. NEVER get the series sandwich as you dont get to add anything as they seal it up.. they put 3 slices of red peppers on there with the beef and cheese.. it was the most depressing subway I've ever had.. dry bread, hardly any filling, then, they don't take the voucher here so it was £5.89 for a sad beef sandwich.. do not recommended

    I decided to try subway for the first time today, I got an unpleasant experience. I tried ordering two cups of latte, but the lady announced my order to the team and they began laughing. I didn't feel comfortable with the gestures and I will not stop by next time.

    My experience here was awful I had a man who grumbled at me and then proceeded to charge me extra. Would it be that hard to smile? He had light brown hair and wears his cap on a weird and off putting angle, we later found out his name was Damian, he had a chain necklace on and he was so rude that it put me off my meal. Also, he laughed at me and my friends directly and then gossiped infront of our faces. never coming here again

    Subway Turkey Sub with all the salad bits on 9 grain wheat bread! been wanting to have a proper subway sandwich Not going to lie I was very tempted to get a salad as that's what I used to have but I knew deep down that wouldn't be what I really wanted and wouldn't be enough...!it was a big deal for many reasons and my head is now screaming I just felt like way too much and my head was telling me there was way more than my usual lunch options but realistically I know it isn't and I needed this! I really am trying to push myself & and I'm determined not to restrict my other meals to compensate as I know that defeats the object i'm not engage in other behaviours. it was super tasty though and even better then I remember subway sandwiches to taste! I know this man is artificial but I just love that sweet bread percent and this really didn't disappoint! The bread was so soft and doughy and Turkey has to be one of my favourite fillings The next time I would try to fish myself do you have a sauce or something on it to make it even nice! But baby steps once again I did this completely off my own back and asked for myself my parents really aren't being that supportive and I had to have this by myself when I got home and I just felt even more guilty for doing it but I know what I need to do and this is my recovery. Thankyou for the beautiful service and lovely food guys

    The tables and floor are always dirty and this particular occasion the staff members attempted to rush through as many people as possible and ended up herding us all into a small space. Very uncomfortable situation

    Ate here yesterday for the first time and I was really impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the staff, especially the way they took extra care with my order due to the fact that I am a coeliac. The restaurant was really clean too.

    I got food in it other day and found piece of hair in my food I got sick went to hospital and I got food poison not very happy about this I usta love going subway but now after what has happened I dont go no more

    Tried the new toasted bites (ham and cheese), firstly the marketing images are highly misleading, see photo and compare, but they taste fine, but not as nice as a normal sub. I don't imagine they'll stay on the menu for long. The staff were all quick and efficient, as expected.

    First time I have very bad experience in a subway: very stingy on tuna but especially on sauce: this was very dry. Overcooked bread. Ice tea tasted like water (problem with the machine or stingy again on sirup I don’t know)
