From the outside it looked great and inside it smelled great. However then it all changed. My friend asked if they had any vegan options but he had no idea. How do you run a cafe and not know if your food is vegan. I ordered the Mexican wrap. He asked me if I wanted chilli I said no (very clearly because I have a heart problem that can be aggravated be spicy food, but he decided to put it on anyway!!) aka I could’ve died!! He then made us feel bad for eating his food in his cafe. Overall it was a bad experience!!!!!!!

Visited this place numerous times as it’s only down the road from my work. The first time I visited I thought the food was great; I always order the rice box. However, the past few times have been awful. The staff are extremely stingy and only fill the box half way with hardly any fillings, when a rice box costs £6! Sorry, but for £6 I expect a full box. The food is also quite bland and tastes undercooked - the rice in particular. Rubbish place.

Umm the Mexican wrap was ok , the tortilla bread was not grilled so it felt like eating plastic uncooked wrap whoever the filing taste nice with mostly rice inside..

Air conditioning didn't work on a really warm Saturday when we visited. Most ingredients were out of stock so we had a limited menu (on a Saturday?). The sales assistant was friendly however we noticed people in the queue leave because of the limited menu. When we did get our food, some of the chicken was cold and the wrap wasn't particularly nice. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I was pleasantly surprised at the variety, freshness and cost here when I came with the family. We all ate really well and it didn't break the bank. Great variety of wraps , food tastes amazing and service was very helpful and friendly.

First time trying wrap it up. I noticed a small sign saying it was Halal. So thought why not give it a shot. The location Nice location on busy deansgate. However there is no parking in the immediate vicinity. Rating: 7 / 10 The environment The shop looked clean stylishly done up, and lots of room to move around. The seating was all high level bar stools with high window tables. Not ideal for someone disabled or with children but adequate for a quick bite on the go. Rating: 6 / 10 The staff As I walked in there was one member of staff who seemed busy. Didn't really welcome me - not always a bad thing. I was on a call and needed time to decide on my order. I noticed a woman in a suit that walked in that looked official. She was taking pictures of documents, back of counter and food. It was really off putting to see her not wear any hygiene gear, poke but the food's with utensils then grimace almost as if she saw something disgusting. Unfortunately I had already ordered and paid. Going back to the guy that served me. I didn't get a smile, please or thank you. I think that woman put him in a bad mood. Rating: 5 / 10 The food I ordered the regular sized Mexican wrap. Chicken and cheese I was sold. I ate out as I had a meeting. The wrap was not bad. But not very Mexican tasting. The portion size was good. Although a lot of rice. My biggest criticism is it lacked a bit of flavour. When I think of Mexico, I think of peppers, spice, flavoured rice. Rating: 6 / 10 - would be 5 if I added lack of Mexico Would I go back? Probably, but wouldn't be somewhere I got excited to go back.

Disappointed in this wrap it up! I used to go to the one near Moorgate station, which was amazing ( recommend the American, really nice and soft brisket) however the food wasn't 100% warm and felt like it was lacking in texture and flavour. I had high expectations coming into this as I used to visit the one in London alot and never had any complaints. Additional they've changed the brisket menus as they offer potato wedges I would have like the previous option but they've taken it off the menu.

Mediocre at best. The cabbage was basically vinegar, the pumpkin curry was over spiced and could taste nothing but turmeric, wedges barely warm and extremely soggy. 2.30pm visit so not sure why most ingredients were almost out and very stale tasting. Clean and friendly staff but food not worth it at all. Wouldn’t return.
