What an amazing experience! We where partnered with another group of people which was so nice and we ended up getting along with them well!! The maze guide was amazing. She was so in character and made the whole experience 100x better. Her character was amazing and The way she guided us made the whole experience 😊 The games where just like the show! each game was so much harder than expected and our group of 6 managed to win 9 crystals!! Which left us with 45 seconds in the dome!! The dome at the end was so fun! It was amazing to experience and so exciting to see all the silver fly all around us! Definitely worth the price and the experience!! One of the best days ever I felt like we where there for hours! Thank you so much!! ❤️

What an experience this is! Located down a narrow alley behind the Science & Industry lies the The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience. The entrance to this just doesn't do it justice but the experience pretty much starts as soon as you've all signed in. You get allocated a member of staff who "sets the scene" and glides you around the maze. The set is exactly like the TV show and you even have the music as you navigate through the staircases and corridors to each zone - sometimes you may even go through a bookcase! Although you don't get locked in (bit of a shame if you're in a team with someone you hate) like the show should you fail a task or fail to exit, you either, as Elton John once sang, sacrifice a crystal or perform some sort of "task". Much better than any sort of "Escape Room" and worth a go, albeit expensive.

Crystal maze is absolutely incredible! If you loved the tv show then you definitely have to check it out! The games are fun and challenging and it’s great to visit with friends. The maze masters are fabulous, and foo O’Brien made our experience way more amazing than we ever thought it could be! Enjoy the giant slide and crawling through tunnels. It’s so immersive and the 4 zones are just like on the tv! A must do at least once

Ok! So we’ve all seen it on TV and all thought I’d love to do this! Well now you can! And would you believe it, in the actual real setting! Not a replica, but the real deal! Absolutely incredible! Childhood memories come to life. We were initially going to go next door (Chaos Karts) but the reviews are not great at all and the time you get on track is not worth your money! The Crystal Maze Experience 💎 is AMAZING. We went with 2 teams (16 players) and it was just brilliant! You get around 75 minutes play. Approximately 2 games each but it’s great to support your members when their doing their tasks…and then the BIG dome at the end! Oh My Gosh! The excitement was unreal! 🤣 A great activity. 💯 worth it. 💯 worth the money. The guides were incredible, they play their roles very well! If you’re looking for a stag/Hen idea or a weekend in Manchester this is a must! Prices vary depending on your time slot. Thank you for brining my childhood memories to life! Thank you for the Crystal Maze Experience. 💫 💎

Great experience. A note to management. Only let down was: For £35 one would expect at least 1 photo in each game room. Out of the 16 games rooms, wait for it, only 2 games rooms had photo's in. I would HIGHLY recommend management to take note and with the money you make, to put a camera in EACH games room and for £35 all 16 game rooms with at least one photo with the player in action. Then the £35 can be justified. Otherwise it's seen as 2 games photo's for £35 which isn't great value. Other than that me and my friend had a blast!

Highly recommend for a fun day out. Especially if you watched crystal maze. All the decorations, layout was just like the TV. The staff and the acting was amazing, 10/10 for their personality making it so enjoyable for us. We had lots of laughs and sweat. There was a good variety of Games for all skills. There was 18 games altogether in 90 minutes (2-3 games per person) plus the classic gold tickets at the end. A couple of downsides, as we booked for 2 but we were put with a family of 4, so we didn’t thoroughly get to enjoy our experience. I guess to save space for the host. But it would have been better with people you know. There are No phones allowed, so you can’t take any photos. They had the jackets at the end they ask you to put on for the gold maze and they take photos for you to purchase. But as we were with a family, we didn’t want that on the wall. 😂 Aside from this, I had such a fun day and would try it again as there were more games available.

Very good The tour guide person was so funny and such a good host. (The old wizard) I would recommend this for couples or groups of 4+ It was so fun and the amount of time was just right. The games were a mix of physical and mental so it was like we got a range of stuff The guy was also very accommodating because we were Muslim so it gave that extra little bit of care. And these little touches are what makes your experience more enjoyable.

It was the best time. What a way to spend your Sunday afternoon? Just like the real thing. Great company, including the staff. Falicity Fossil made the whole experience more exciting. Thanks crystal maze Manchester for putting on the best adventure for a family to enjoy all together in one place. Grown ups playing games and chanting like kids. Fantastic. Loved it.😄👍

Went on a corporate event here and it was brilliant. Having watched the show when I was younger, the experience very much loved up to expectation. It felt like I could imagine the real thing being, the zones, challenges and atmosphere was spot on and the hosts were brilliant. We had the Wizard as our maze master and he was excellent - full of character, had us laughing all the time and really made the morning top notch. If you are able to go here, I'd 100% recommend it - I'll be looking to go back with family and friends soon!

Visited beginning of July and it was a great experience. There were 3 of us and we thankfully grouped with a lovely bunch of people to make our 8. Major Lee was brilliant. Highly recommended. High quality setting so feels very realistic. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly.

Went here with 7 of my family members for a girl's night out. If you're a fan of the show its been realistically recreated. Can't say much without spoiling it. We enjoyed all the games and the time went very quick. Our host was entertaining and we managed to win 5 crystals. Would definitely go again with a different group of people.

Amazing experience! We went as a party of 8, ages ranging from 11 to 42 and everyone felt welcomed and included. Our game host was Fou and he was fantastic! Burst through the doors with lots of energy and laughs. He figured us all out and picked games that were suitable for us all - tricky but great. We are booking to go back again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some fun, family/friends time and likes something a bit unusual.

This is a fun time for people of many ages and with various levels of familiarity with the original game. We were joined up with two other groups to make up a team of 8. Everyone was able to do two games, typically 1-3 minutes each. Our guide/host was Timmy, who did keep things quite lively, entertaining, and upbeat. The one downside is for visual learners/people it may be difficult to understand the very quick instructions before the game. Timmy was very willing to clarify, but could tell a few times that people were still trying to understand what they were aiming to do whilst also trying to complete it (so just started following others’ instructions vs. doing it directly). You need to prebook as it can get full. Do also take their recommendations to wear comfortable clothes given a little bit of bending/moving - though this wasn’t overly onerous. (We expected a marathon sprint, but really it was a few small jobs, up a few flights of stairs, down a slide, and a few other bending/moving for tasks.) Toilets in the lobby were adequate. Their prices for photos were a bit expensive, but the only way to get an action shot.

Absolutely brilliant! We did this on the final day of 2023 and my god it was amazing! The hosts you have to walk you through your 'show' are so energetic and they really bring the whole experience to life. So many puzzles and challenges that are wacky and wonderful, I seriously enjoyed it. They run in teams of 8, and we pair with another family of 4 who were just lovely. If you're curious, I'd recommend giving it a go - you cannot go wrong!

Fantastic experience and Foo O'Brian was excellent as a host! We played as a family of 4 and were joined by another family of 4 too. Got about 2-3 games each and over a minutes in the crystal dome. Strongly recommend for families or groups of adults.

We did this today with a group of 8 and were celebrating a 12 year old birthday and a 50 year old birthday. The games and the completeness of the experience were fantastic. But the best part was the host, who despite our limited abilities, made us all feel invincible. He looked after everybody and supported everybody including guiding the younger members of the team. We would massively recommend it to anybody and will definitely do it again.

We absolutely loved Crystal Maze in Manchester. The games were challenging and fun. Our host 'Anytime' was so entertaining. Kept energy and enthusiasm levels up and made us laugh the whole time. The zones were so well done, just like the TV show. Amazing quality and attention to detail. Aztec zone was my favourite. Can't wait to go back and tackle some of the other rooms

Amazing experience. A bit hesitant because of all the notes about your team possibly being split up and being put with other people. However the people we were teamed up with were great and we had a wonderful time. You do 2-3 rooms each, which doesn't seem like a lot, but you get so involved in helping other people with their puzzles that each room feels like a team effort. Shout out to Racer who was absolutely top notch and gave us such a memorable experience. If you're a fan of the TV show, you won't be disappointed.

Loved our experience here…we managed to get tickets through picnic a family discount ticket site and paid a dramatically reduced price of £89 for 4 of us. This I think was amazing value especially as we got to play as a team of just us so got 4 games each. Our host was Timmy trotter the train spotted and he was fun engaging and encouraging. We loved it and managed to get 10 out 16 crystals. I’d highly recommend especially at the reduced cost. I do think though at £59 per person full price for a team of up to 8 is excessive if you had the maximum team size this would mean only 2 games each and therefore I’d see this as poor value for money.

A-mazing!!! I would HIGHLY recommend the crystal maze experience! 4 of us went and joined another group of 3. From start to finish it was brilliant! Our host (Pam) was superb and kept in character all the way around making us laugh and guiding us around! It was just like the TV show running from zone to zone whilst the music played. All the games are fun even if you're not taking part you can watch and help! The team got to do 15 games which was enough and I think it was great value for money! Will definitely be returning to do the other games we missed!

We went for a work Team day out and we absolutely loved it. Our age group varied from 18-30s. There was 8 of us which made a perfect number for 1 team. Our host was 'Trevor De Rascal" and he was brill, he made it a great, authentic experience from start to finish! Great energy and a friendly helpful guy. The maze itself is very like the real deal, it's huge , the challenges were great, a really good mix for everyone and harder than you think! We had such a great day, thank you! #floorless

Absolutely fantastic visit. We brought a school group of 16/17 year olds and they loved it! Having two teams was great as it added an element of competition! The games were fun and had varying degrees of challenge. Both the Maze Masters were great. We had Chad, apologies I don’t know the name of the other guy, but he was great too. One improvement would be to give a more accurate start time as we did have to wait around quite a long time before we started. Thanks for a fabulous evening- highly recommend!!

Visited today for the second time. Great experience yet again. So much fun and a great similarity to the TV show. We all got to play 2 games each, and even though it was our second visit we still saw alot of new games! The guides do an amazing job of making the experience enjoyable and really do well to make the experience as great as possible

We went in on Saturday and it was incredible! Our host was Ryan who was friendly and polite and set the tone beautifully. Our maze master was Pamela Bloom and she was PHENOMENAL! Bubbly, full of banter, and extremely energetic, she guided us round and truly made the experience what it was. When one challenge sent our teammate a bit sick (through nobody’s fault!) he was looked after, and Pamela kept in touch to update us on his well being and even gently encouraged him to participate once he returned to us feeling better. Truly a unique experience- the crystals are five seconds but the memories are forever!

Absolutely loved this place. It was everything I had wanted and more. We went as a couple and it was still really hilarious. Emily and Major Barking were great hosts, the whole thing was just like the old show and the set design and production quality really stands up well. Top experience.

  • 5/5 Leah L. 9 months ago on Google
Absolutely fantastic experience, couldn’t recommend it enough! Our guide Iggy was spot on with wit & off the cuff humour, definitely emulated the show. The tasks are just like the TV ranging from different skills so there’s something for everyone! If you’ve been considering it, this is your sign to do it!!

  • 5/5 Jamie M. 9 months ago on Google
Fantastic! Came for the experience and got what we wanted. It was a little rushed at the start when you have arrive and go through the waivers and pairing up with other groups. Once that was sorted though it was great fun and we all had great fun. Would definitely go again

  • 4/5 Vicki U. 8 months ago on Google
Me and my partner had a great time. The maze master was incredible in character. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because the reception area really was the downfall. It definitely needs some work as it's just a few benches in what looks like a changing room. There was lots of empty bottles / rubbish around that could have been cleared up.

  • 5/5 Michael B. 11 months ago on Google
We booked for a belated birthday surprise. There was 8 of us which makes up 1 team. From the moment we walked into the reception the staff were welcoming. After signing in there are lockers to store you personals then you are assigned a games master.......we had Hermes who was fantastic the entire time, he was brilliant in character and guided us through the games like a pro. There are 16 games in total and then the dome to finish. If you liked the old TV show you will love this. It's great fun and the games are challenging enough to keep the adrenaline pumping. Word of advice mind the bottom of the slide(you will see) 🫢😁. All in all brilliant experience would highly recommend and would definitely go again. Only negative is it could have lasted longer and been bigger(on a more grand scale)

  • 5/5 Claire F. 8 months ago on Google
Absolutely amazing! So true to the original show. It was challenging and so much fun and I would definitely go back again! Special shout out to our quiz master Eve for looking after us and the cracking jokes. 100% recommended!

The Crystal Maze is great fun. Our family of four got to tackle 16 challenges between us, led by the amazingly enthusiastic Cordelia. A bit expensive and the time flew over really quickly, but even our teenage son enjoyed it!! Running around the zoned areas to the theme music made you feel like you were really on the telly😂

  • 4/5 Innovative Learner (. 8 months ago on Google
Very good but it needs bit of cleaning and upgrading. Broken helmets, dirty jackets to wear which have probably never been washed so really disgusting. The games need to be explained properly before letting in and seems like just a race against time merely. Staff was good.

  • 5/5 Benjamin M. 7 months ago on Google
FANTASTIC!!! We had so much fun, Cordelia was an amazing host! The set up was brilliant we laughed and really enjoyed it! We were a 2 and joined a family of 5 that we thought this would be awkward but the whole set up was so good it made us relax and get into it really quick. Only downside was arrival, chaos is the best way to explain it. It was almost like too many people arrived at once and the team at the front just couldn’t cope with it. But that wouldn’t put us off coming back again!

  • 5/5 ellie w. 7 months ago on Google
Absolutely amazing, I honestly could not recommend enough! I took my mum for her birthday and we had so much fun. We were in there for around 2 hours, I would recommend comfy clothes that you can run in😂 it was very similar to the old game show, with some traditional puzzles and some new ones too. Massive thank you to the staff and especially to Fu who was our maze master.

  • 4/5 Special K. 7 months ago on Google
Was paired up with another group of 4, lovely people. I felt some games needed 2 1/2 mins, than 2 minutes. The games host was really nice. The games were good. Shame we didn't get a certificate at the end to state how many crystals we got. Surely they can afford some card, for the price we pay!

  • 4/5 Jack G. 7 months ago on Google
What a throwback experience and fun for all the family. Young or old, it’s definitely worth visiting. Bit tricky to find, but located next to Manchesters Museum of Science and Industry, as you walk past it you will see a long drive way, you need to walk to the end of it and the Crystal Maze is at the building at the bottom, next to Bonded Warehouse

  • 5/5 Farah A. 6 months ago on Google
This was my first time at the Crystal Maze with some of my friends. We had the best time ever and I never would’ve imagined it would’ve been so amusing and full of team work! Our Game Master was a wonderful lady named, Pamela Bloom! Pamela kept us thoroughly entertained and explained the games and rules for each one In detail as we went along. She made the whole experience for all of us a whole lot more fun! She was funny, interesting and so full of motivation!! I’m definitely coming back soon with my family this time and sure hope I get to meet Pamela and have her as our Games Master again! #GoAmazers 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  • 5/5 Dave C. 5 months ago on Google
Was hoping that the experience would feel like being on the TV show and was not disappointed. There was 4 of us and we were teamed up with another random 4 people. The other 4 were great. We all worked well together and had a great time. We got to have 2 games per person. Ronnie was our guide who had great enthusiasm which added to the experience. I would highly recommend this experience and would certainly go again. Thank you crystal maze for a great day.

  • 5/5 Darrel H. 5 months ago on Google
Highly recommend this place. Our team master “Iggy” was fab. Usually groups of 8 but we were only a team of 6 and we still managed to get 13/16 crystals. .. Oh and loads of gold tickets in the dome at the end, of course. Some of the games were just like the original show and some of the physical ones were challenging.. great experience if you ever watched the show!

  • 5/5 Jay P. 8 months ago on Google
Fabulous outing with the kids! They loved the challenges and the variety of games they got to play, even though the only connection they had with Crystal maze was what they’d seen on YouTube!! Bought family tickets so much more affordable than the standard prices. Worth it and highly recommended.

  • 5/5 Emma F. 7 months ago on Google
We went with the team from work, were led around the Maze by Trevor. Fab experience, he explained the rules of each game well and stayed in character the whole way (which cant have been easy with us!). The games were so fun! Nothing else like it out there and I've recommended it to anybody who will listen!

  • 5/5 Samantha C. 5 months ago on Google
An amazing, fun experience. You can tell they've put a lot of effort into the set and game design and all the staff were lovely. You really felt like you were on the show. Our game master was Anytime Thursday and he was perfect, he really stepped up the experience. The perfect mix of sass and sarcasm.10/10 would recommend to everyone.

My friends had arranged a surprise birthday trip here yesterday and I can honestly say it was one of the best days out I've ever had! We all agreed this experience was BRILLIANT. It couldn't really have been any closer to the memories of the show itself! 10/10 and given you could go at least 3 or 4 times before you'd repeat the same challenged I'd definitely go again! Have challenged hubby to it next time haha 😄

We had an amazing time at the Crystal Maze with Dangermouse as our wonderful rapping friendly and helpful tour guide, with host James. Absolute blast would recommend to anyone. We completed the experience as a team of 2 so if you don't have a big group you get to play extra games, great fun.

  • 5/5 Ryan M. 6 months ago on Google
Went here last night with work, and as a huge fan of the TV show when I was younger, this brought back so much nostalgia and the challenges and rooms were very on-point. The only downside was that there was no smoke (not sure if broken). The host Lynn-jitsu was pretty hilarious and stayed in character the whole time, making the experience that much more immersive. I was very glad to hear the original theme tune used when transitioning between zones. 10/10 amazing experience

Fantastic experience & i would definitely go back. The games and set up of the venue was brilliant. Staff are friendly & welcoming. James thanks so much for the intro, Chloe thanks very much for the behind the scenes help & most of all thanks so much games master/guide "Dangermouse" who was hilarious & a lot of fun to be around.

Such an incredible experience for my sister's hen do, all the staff were so lovely and fun, very apologetic to having to split our group of 11 into 2 which was absolutely no problem and this was communicated at the time of booking so we were already aware. Our Maze Master Anytime Thursday made the experience all the more fabulous and hilarious. The other group also loved their Maze Master and had an equally brilliant time. Made for a very memorable hen do!

Brilliant time had by us when we went. It is very much like the TV show in the 90's. The maze master was funny and entertaining, many games to go at and all based on the original. Would definitely go again.

  • 4/5 Sarah W. 2 years ago on Google
The maze master was fantastic and he deserves 5 stars, however it can’t be 5 because the girl who took us in was incredibly rude, to the point our team thought she might be playing a character, it was my birthday and we nearly left before doing any games because of her, her rudeness and mentioning her wages continued to the point it was clearly not an act just a very miserable unprofessional rude staff member, she really put a dampener on the whole experience The games were really good but the place could be cleaner. The toilets weren’t good and in some of the games you had to wear gloves and honestly I would recommend you take your own vinyl gloves to wear underneath because the ones they provide are quite smelly and will leave your hands smelly after your game which is very uncomfortable

Absolutely great! It's such an engrossing experience. The scenery is perfect and straight from the program! The Aztec zone was a particular group favourite. A really good mix of games, something for everyone. Our Maze master "The Captain", was superb, he may actually have been trained by Richard O'Brien, really quick witted and it just made the experience even more fun. Definitely find an excuse to go!

Wow! What an experience! What a rush! Pure nostalgia 🤩 we have lived our childhood dream and have conquered The Crystal Maze 🔮 everything from start to finish was incredible and on point with the original 90's Tv show! Our host, Hermes, was amazing! So helpful and so kind- couldnt have done it without him 👍 all in all we got 13 crystals between the 2 of us and 148 points in the dome 👏 would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing experience. I went here as part of a work treat and we had the whole place to ourselves. We were separated into teams and given a guide who would take use through each game and zone. The games were fun, engaging and exactly like in the show. We got a few games each and were racked up a lot of time with the crystals. The travel between zones is also just like the show and has young climbing things, going down slides and going through secret passages to get to your destination. The Crystal Dome was smaller in person but just as intimating. The actual game is a lot more difficult than you expect especially when your every move is being watched by your colleagues and the other guides. Actually catching the tickets is a pain in the proverbial and I take back everything I shouted at the contestants when I watch on TV. In the end my team won and we were gifted a crystal each and a medal to commemorate the experience. If you are planning to book this for an event then I would highly recommend it. I'm quite a reserved person and I have never had to much fun in a group activity and would definitely do it all again.

Fantastic family fun!! Loved the tv show so was super excited to try and it didn't disappoint! 2 adults & 2 kids aged 12&14. We came 7th in this months leaderboard. If going with kids/teens the only challenges they may struggle with is the physical ones if they're small so avoided them and stuck with the mental /skill & mystery ones. Brilliant day out we all thoroughly enjoyed!!

Our family (two adults, two teens) visited and played with another couple - we made a great team and had a lot of fun! Our games master Foo and the wider team at the Crystal Maze experience were great and worked hard to bring loads of energy and fun to what is already a winning format. We haven’t stopped talking about it since - reliving the games, crystals won and of course the dome itself. A first class experience - highly recommend!

Had a great time at Crystal Maze with maze master Jasper, the games were fun and we all enjoyed it. The games and the setting is just like the show was, and the big crystal at the end collecting tickets was so fun. All the staff were lovely and friendly including the girl at the till, all high energy making sure it was fun from the minute we walked in. Would definitely go back again, there were so many games in each section that you could go again and again and have a different experience each time. As a team you get 16 mini games so 16 chances for a crystal, which means 2 games per person with the maximum of 8 people, but if you have a smaller team you'll get more games. We booked for 8 people but ended up with only 5 of us so they did 3 games each and I did 4. The games are a good mix of styles and difficulties, some physical ones might be better for kids or smaller people but most were suitable for anyone. When you get 'locked in' you generally have to do a forfeit or else lose a crystal, we got two lock ins and did forfeits to keep the crystals. They were fun and easy ones though. Overall absolutely loved it and recommend it to anyone who likes the crystal maze show or escape room type games, or tbh just anyone who wants something fun and a bit different.

The experience is very well done and the venue is looked after to a high standard. Our host, Lesley, was entertaining and helpful (but not too helpful). The only niggle is the pricing of the souvenirs, 15£ for one "crystal" is steep, with one photograph costing £15. The more photos you buy the cheaper it gets, but still.

A definite must do! We were a group of 5, 2 adults, 3 teens and all loved it. The maze itself is so well designed with aspects of the original game show as well as new zones such as Future and Industrial. Our host definitely added to our experience - April Avocado is as mad as a box of frogs but she filled Richard’s boots very well indeed. My only small critique is the cost per person versus the time you get to play. Should either cost less per person (with a kids price) or allow more time (maybe 4 games each as a minimum) allowing more time in the maze. Definitely recommend 👍

It is a really fun experience to do and the guys running it are amazing. Big shout out to Ned who took care of us. The pricing is a bit high for what you get as in keeping with the game you do 2 maybe 3 challenges each over the time so about 9 min of fun! (You also get to yell at your teammates which has some appeal). Production value is high and faithful to the TV show.

It's been on our bucket list to be on the crystal maze since my husband and I were kids. To be able to do it as a family group if amazing. Our host sian and maze master avocado were brilliant really kept the excitement going and made you feel like you were in the original show. There was something for everyone. our group was aged10 to 65 and we all had a fabulous time. Would recommend to anyone who loves the show our enjoys puzzles, quizzes and board games.

The whole experience was amazing! Our host Pamela Bloom was fabulous. Sets are top notch and the games are great. It really has the feel of being in the TV games. The only things I would say could use some improvements were bathroom facilities and get a gift/ merch shop - we would've spent loads of money on t-shirts, bags, badges and all sorts.

Easily one of the best days out we've ever had as a family. It is pricey, but definitely worth it. It's a realistic recreation of the TV show, including exuberant host to bring it all to life (we had Edmund, who was fantastic). Sets were authentic, with loads of attention to detail, and the games were loads of fun. Hard recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience, would definitely recommend! This was as close to the TV show as you could get without Richard, Ed or Richard being there themselves... Having said that, Edmond the Maze Master was a 5 star stand in and really made the experience for us! Theatrics, advice and entertainment were absolutely on point from him throughout - thank you for looking after us! We went as a family of 5 with kids ranging from 12 to 23 and it was absolutely perfect for us.

We went for my brother in laws birthday yesterday, as a group of 5 and let me tell you it was an incredible experience. The host Randy racer, did an amazing job keeping us entertained and keeping the same energy all throughout the game. We did a number of activities testing our abilities in different ways, collected in total a number of 10 crystals. If you have not been, I am telling you book it and go. The Manchester branch team were incredible, we had a great time and experience! I’ll definitely would recommend and would book again in the future!

Went on a work social and had a great time! Our host was Lesley who was fantastic and stayed in character the whole time and made it really good fun! Good variety of puzzles, definitely recommend going. Only feedback is your photo prices after the event. They are ridiculously extortionate so, if crystal maze employees read these reviews, please look at lowering the costs to make the photos more affordable.

Absolutely loved it. Brilliant team activity, exactly like the TV show. The challenges were really good, some were easier than others, definitely need to have your wits about you. We were supposed to go in 2020, but due to covid, had to postpone. We waited a full year to attend, and genuinely, it was worth it. Make sure to wear activewear for this, jeans might be a little constricting.

I won't go into any detail about the games we played, as I want to keep this review spoiler free, but I will say it felt exactly like we were running around Richard O'Brien's crystal maze in the late 1900s (or 90s as we called them back then). Our host was Ignatius, who was excellent! Really funny, witty, and just made the whole experience great fun. Would I recommend the crystal maze experience? Absolutely! Fantastic day out - thanks to all the team who make this what it is... We had a crystal-ball!

Absolutely brilliant place! Very expensive, but we definitely got our monies worth. We went as a group of 8 with ages ranging from 11 to 42 and there was something for everyone. Our host was funny and helpful and the experience amazing. Highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely great experience, came in with 2 groups of 4, went out with 1 group of 8. I can't explain how much fun I had here, I would recommend for honestly any age (obviously in-between 9 and 70). Ended up with 7 crystals and 143 golden tickets. Maze Master was very energetic (I'm so sorry I forgot his name). All 4 areas had unique and fun ways to get into. In summary, I'd really recommend this to most people. Have watched the show or not, great fun. Thanks guys!

What an incredible experience. Could not ask for better. We realised we had accidentally booked our visit on the wrong date and they still managed to sort us a slot on the day- despite it being our mistake! As we came in a pair/two, we were placed in a team with a really nice family, and we built such a good rapport with them- we worked great as a team together (our team name was menkul crystals) and it was so lovely meeting new people in this capacity. Michael did the introduction to the maze, and "Anytime Thursday" was our Maze master.... they were both absolutely brilliant, sassy and hilarious; and they made our day really fun and special. It was just a really wonderful experience and I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much 💓

What an amazing experience, just like the series. Everything was well organized. Our host Baroness Beatrix from Berkshire made our experience even better, she never came out of character the whole time. Have already reccomend to friends at work. Would definitely go again. What's left to say apart from .....Start the Fans please 🤣🤣

Not a great experience. We (party of 2) arrived at our requested time. We were told which group we'd be joining. That was the highlight. It soon became unrest as the front of house starting talking to others groups about a delayed start. Turns out our group had been forgotten about and we hadn't been booked on to the correct show. The front of house tried to help by speaking to the manager who hid in the back and we were told we could wait another 1.5 hours till they could book us in. Instead of waiting we asked if it could be moved to next weekend which we were told no. This left us no other choice than to leave details for a refund. Let's hope that the refund is processed speedily!! Not the pleasant Sunday as planned.

We absolutely loved this experience!!! We were very lucky to do this experience as a 2, taking on 8 rooms each and getting great value for money! We were supposed to be with another family of 6, which we wouldn’t have minded and expected to happen, but the staff hosting out front made the decision to separate us, due to issues created by the other family. We didn’t catch the welcome hosts name, they had black and red spiky hair, but they were lovely and we are very grateful for the customer service provided, by making a decision on how they thought our experience would be effected by being joined with the other family. A massive shout out to Selfie Steve!!!! Amazing energy, encouraging and absolutely fantastic at his job. We had the absolute best time and can’t thank them enough! We would love to come back and experience this again with a group of 8 friends!
