If you like a walk in the countryside, then Chadkirk is a beautiful place to go. There is a small garden near the chapel, but you'll need to bring your own refreshments. It is a fantastic area to take your dogs for a walk.

Nice little chapel was not open when I went but the outside was quite interesting seeing the old graves from the 1700s and just sitting on the bench and listening to nature was very peaceful and relaxing.

Gorgeous spot, with great walking around here. Visited previously when there was a summer fete in the walled garden. Just missed the refreshments served in the church on weekend afternoons.

This is to become a venue for a family wedding,we don’t think it can be bettered. In addition there is a public car park from which there are several country walks.

Visiting Chadkirk was a very pleasant experience. The walled garden is really lovely at this time of the year, very tidy and full of various plants that attract bees, the bees just love it there. There are beehives there as well. And the statue of St Chad is just the best.

An autumn Sunday afternoon visit for the monthly opening by the wonderful Friends of Chadkirk. Beautiful autumn colours and flowers outside; a warm welcome, fine cakes and peacefulness inside

A beautiful little spot with a quaint Chapel surrounded by some fine rural landscapes. Only a few miles drive from Stockport Town Centre. Well worth visiting.

I got married here and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are amazing and nothing is ever to much trouble for them. The venue is definitely worth the price. The gardens are amazing for photos and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. Would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful place.... with a stunning flower garden and bee hives... a beautiful walking path that leads you to the river... a car park and a chapel and disabled access to the church and gardens themselves in the mornings, great for dog walks or quiet peaceful walks running and cycling (on the main paths) absolutely stunning
