Stayed 2 nights and stay was amazing. Staff was very friendly welcoming and helpful. Free Gym and Pool was excellent but there was no jacuzzi as it was mentioned on hotels.com website. Seems there was but they no longer have it. Shuna and steam room works fine. Quiet room with nice city views. Nice selection of the breakfast but not the best I have experienced. Well recommended.

Firstly, it’s not car friendly, we can only drop off the luggage without the driver leaving the car because there is no spaces for short stay at all. Secondly, the car park is opposite the hotel but it’s not that close to walk back after parking. Be aware. Thirdly, the room is worst than what the pictures look like on the website. Room is dark even turned on all the lights. The floor tiles in the bathroom looks dirty and damaged. I don’t even want to step in the shower. I won’t come back definitely! This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel!

Once you figure out the parking - this really is a Top Notch hotel walking distance to all in Manchester. One of BEST Gym and Spas I’ve come across worldwide with Radisson, great Breakfast and even better indoor/outdoor area for food. The younger staff seem a bit lost at times (likely a new team) but management on point for helping out. Would definitely stay here again. 5* deserved

Had a short stay at the hotel while in Manchester, and the hotel is at a great location and has good spacious (superior) rooms with good amenities. Breakfast was good, also offering a wide range of food items, including healthy offerings. Also have full service spa and near by convenient parking facility. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Thanks.

This is a very nice hotel, though a little way from the centre. The rooms are incredibly large, comfortable and even the beds have coloured LED lighting you can change! Bathrooms are huge with walk in showers. Staff are lovely, friendly and endless helpful. Slight grumbles: TV in room needs a degree in technology to operate and only has about channels and menu in restaurant is limited to 5 or 6 mains, 4 or 5 sides, 3 puddings. Otherwise recommended.

The swimming pool for kids start from 5-8 and we come at 5 and it was full and the lady at the spa refuse to take waiting list she said that we should wait in front of her or come back later to see if there is a space but you cannot book a time or take our names in a waiting list people just come down in there swimming suit and go back to their rooms without entering the pool. I just came to this hotel after reading good reviews about the pool and my kids were excited to swim but they couldn’t I would appreciate if they say that at their policies.

Run down and needs a good glow up, the lobby is deceivingly nice but once you get past that it does downhill. There was split food and mess over the corridor floor, didn't look like it had been cleaned for a couple of days...room was decent size but again, chipped paint and stains. The bathroom needs a good bleach, stains on the sink top and the whole floor of the shower was a brown colour. The only redeeming factor was the pool and spa which was nice but the water was pretty cold in the pool, just bearable to swim in.

Stayed here one night before heading back home to Birmingham. We was surprised by the room for the price last minute. Definitely worth it & didn't want to wake up. The view was lovely from the room we was provided. Parking was just 2minutes walk from the hotel, discounted through the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel during an event at AO Arena. The location was incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to access the arena. The room provided was spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the reasonable price, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. Additionally, the self-checkout mini store in the reception area stocked with a variety of snacks was a delightful touch. I found it convenient to grab a quick bite or indulge in some treats without having to venture far. Front desk were super friendly and quick, made the check-in and check out easy. With such positive experiences, I can confidently say that I will choose to revisit this hotel whenever I have another event at AO Arena.

Went to the spa inside the hotel, had a lovely time. Enjoyed the facilities and treatments. Spent some good quality time with my mum for her 50th birthday. Would recommend and would definitely go again. There was a gym, steam room, sauna, showers, pool, massages/treatments, drinks and snacks (no food)

They don't have a car park. You have to go across a major road to find parking where you pay. The hotel may give you a card, but it will only cover half of the cost. Tea tray and ironing board in room but no kettle or iron. You have to ask to be given. Staff are, however, some of the best; they are very friendly and helpful.

Best hotel in Manchester! The room was absolutely amazing. Lovely and clean and a really good amount of room. The bar and grill staff are amazing, they gave me a complimentary cupcake and sang happy birthday to me. So sweet. Cannot praise this place enough, will definitely be coming back!

Staff, location, services are wonderful What I didn’t like was hard mattresses and thin pillows that they have in all rooms. Not a comfortable stay if you prefer having comfy mattress/pillows. Rest, I had a good time! Food is amazing!! Could have had few more options for breakfast or have in rotation.

Lovely hotel, amazing pool/spa facilities, room was clean and modern. Breakfast was brilliant, a really vast selection. Only thing was staff on the front desk weren’t the most welcoming, however this did not take away from the experience. Very close to Manchester Victoria station which has tram links too. Lovely food nearby and directly next to Manchester Arena

Rooms are really poor. They didn't provide us with stuff like toothpaste, toothbrush, hair comb. Room was not cleaned while we were there and it had a really bad smell. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would give them an A******

The hotel looks nice and the rooms were are good size but the shower was impossible to control, the remotes (in two different rooms) barely worked and despite the shower gel being half full we couldn't get anything out. The staff were great but the bar man got all our orders wrong. Reception staff in the morning were very helpful and sorted a booking issue.

Excellent location for stations & arena, room was clean & modern, beds were really comfortable & cozy. Tv was no much use and no toiletries but I suppose that's the norm for a standard room. Tea & coffee plus hot chocolate in room was nice although no mini fridge I would definitely recommend & stay again just for the comfortable beds, had a wonderful sleep

Rooms are good - although can get a bit cold at night. Service - asked for a replacement ironing board arrived within minutes. Wonderful spa, pool downstairs. Forgot my charger and the receptionist helped me with this - thank you so much. Location is very central. The team who serves at night for the restaurant are awesome especially the lead.

Great location a short walk from Victoria Station. Well located to city centre - within easy walking distance. Staff great -breakfast buffet excellent with a very on the ball and fastidious manager. Can't speak highly enough of him and his staff. Front desk friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable - not opulent but very good. Bathroom nice and fresh with walk in shower. Great vanity space. Beds comfy with good reading lights on bed side. Power point and usb A charging on bedside. Air conditioning worked well. Not a very extensive dinner menu but city not far for more choices.

I liked the room everything was clean and cozy. We had breakfast, a large selection of delicious food and very smiling waiters who worked professionally. We went to the pool and liked it too. I recommend. We had a good time.

Clean, modern no-frills hotel that works well. Stayed here for an on-site conference. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food was good. No complaints but 4* because no daily room servicing by default.

I was there for 1 night in order to attend a workshop on the next day. I liked the cleanliness and staff were very helpful. Spa is a nice addition and it's great that guests can use the pool& sauna for free. Will be returning

Very kind and attentive staff, they made sure I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The restaurant menu is not huge, but the cocktails were brilliant! Thank you.

The room was lovely, though the bed was very un comfy and sank in the middle resulting in both of us struggling to keep on the edge due to rolling into the middle die to the amount of dip in the bed. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was nice. I think the breakfast could have been a bit better regarding meats ect.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel - very comfortable rooms and convenient location. In particular, the manager Ibrahim was very approachable and went out of his way to help us with a problem we had - really excellent customer service. Will definitely be staying here again.

I went there to attend a 3 day training course the training room was well equipped fresh water and pastries laid out unlimited hot drinks they also provided note books and pencils every day. The lunch they served was of restaurant standard and the staff We're friendly and polite and eager to engage with us having a conversation and even sharing a joke or two i really couldn't fault the staff they made experience of being in this hotel a joy.

Good service. Nice bedrooms with super comfy beds. Great bathroom, walk-in shower with dispensers for shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Great quality… coming from a picky one! The breakfast is another plus. The patisserie was fresh and there was a variety of healthy choices too. What was not so great though was the restaurant food. Service was slow and the food did not look / tasty fresh.

Booked for a concert at the AO. Reasonable price, friendly staff all round. Room was a good size and clean. Shower was large. Curtains were blackout and worked really well. Had an issue with the card taking a while to work in the door, but this only happened the first time. Very close to the Arena.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, very spacious with lots of nice features. Except the mini fridge, which didn't get cold. The restaurant didn't serve food all day and room service was not 24hr, this was disappointing. The range of Cocktails at the bar was very limited. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. The self service snack area was very convenient. Overall a good place to stay but the experience could have been better, considering the price of the room.

Didn't stay in the hotel but went for a spa day. My daughter & I have been several times for a spa day which includes 2 treatments. We have booked again for October. Staff absolutely brilliant. The therapists are wonderful and you come out feeling very relaxed & refreshed. Would recommend you try it, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely spacious rooms and comfortable good sized beds. Very clean rooms. Love the mood lighting, would be better if the mood lighting wasn’t connected to the main light in the room, meaning you have to have the big light on with the mood light, lessens the appeal, but none the less, enjoy my stays here.

  • 4/5 Paul D. 1 year ago on Google
Clean comfortable, great breakfast and lovely staff. What more could you want? Whilst everything was wonderful, the only improvement opportunity would be for an update and or modernise the rooms. But that is by no means a reflection on the service and attentiveness of the staff who were wonderful

The hotel had a good pool, steam room, sauna and breakfast. However we had issues with electricity twice and had to chase up with reception multiple times. Our power was cut and nothing was working for an hour, if I hadn’t have gone in person no one would’ve bothered fixing it as phoning is pretty useless. They eventually moved us to a lower floor room from our city view room. Throughout our stay the WiFi wasn’t working all the time. There are some improvements the hotel needs to make to it’s services. The location is also very far from everything else. However the area wasn’t that bad and the hotel is very big. But with all these issues I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Great stay , with amazing hospitality. In particular; Ella at the front desk , who went out of her way to recommend me to great restaurants. Check in was flawless. Ibrahim bar manager helped me warm my babies milk and was very helpful , brought us sweet treats and had so much time for us . The pool team were great in assisting us with our baby and providing swimming nappies , the taller gentlemen who works for the Radisson chain was so accommodating and made sure we had a pool time slot as it was so busy . Steam Room and Sauna were excellent temperature. 🙂

Great meeting place in Central Manchester. Good sized rooms, with snacks and drinks provided. Parking in the adjoining Arena and dismounted by the hotel which helps.

Every little detail from the fruit infused water on arrival to the selection of teas in the bedrooms. Everything was so perfect the hotel was so clean and a perfect location for the city centre. The pool was very nice too made our stay more relaxing. Affordable price too!

Location is very weird, only accessible either by a long walk from Manchester Piccadilly, a taxi or going further to Manchester Victoria. Rooms didn't block sounds out well which lead to a below average night of sleep, View out the room wasn't anything good, I'd have expected more from a "superior" room. Facilities and services were okay-good. However the spa closed 30 minutes earlier than advertised. I don't think I'd be staying again here in a hurry.

We stayed here for two days to visit the Christmas markets as a short break. We had some issues with our room and felt really disappointed. We spoke to the Manager Ibrahim who was so professional and very quickly sorted the issues for us. Great breakfast very central hotel. We had a gorgeous meal on the evening great service and lovely food. Would recommend because if you have an issue the staff really care great customer service

Very impressed. Clean and tidy rooms. Staff were brilliant. Bar prices were a bit steep. Love the use of the sauna, steam room and pool. Would definitely recommend. Pool steps are awkward and difficult to use. Other than that, looking forward to going again!

Parts of the hotel are looking like they need some repainting and touch ups to bring this place up to the standard you’d expect for the prices charged. Also there was a charge for checking into a room early (£20 for 1 hour) - is there a discount for checking in later? Doubt it. Staff friendly and helpful. Location great for the arena and central Manchester.

  • 4/5 Matt B. 10 months ago on Google
Staff were great and check in was very quick. The air con isn’t quite as powerful as I’d have liked it but after some time the room does get to the desired temperature. The shower tap has a missing button (so you could turn it to full power) but i managed to get around this. The room and bed really was impressive.

This hotel has brilliant staff, that simply want the best for it's guests. I stated here from 1st July until 2nd September. Unfortunately during my stay there was a change in the menu offering. The new menu is woefully inadequate in comparison to the previous one. When I spoke to members of the restaurant staff about this unfortunate change we were told "we told the higher ups this was a bad idea but we weren't listened to". It is unfortunate that a hotel in the city centre offers such a poor choice of food for its guests. This isn't a bad hotel by any means, however there are far superior options where the staff are treated better by their management. I had tried to order room service on a number of occasions during my lengthy stay, however none of the numbers provided by the hotel actially connected to anyone working in the restaurant. After speaking to someone on reception (after 3 attempts) I was charged £5 to bring the food to my room. It turned out significantly cheaper (and better) to just get an Ubereats delivery. The staff were exceptionally apologetic and told me the IT, phones and POS they are provided with are utterly sub-standard. The spa and gym offerings are very good, the staff knowledgeable and equipment clean. The bar area and roof terrace are immaculate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are relatively high, however this is to be expected of a city centre location. I suspect this hotel caters less to overnight stays and more to business conferences/work outings for local businesses/companies. The rooms are below standard. The air conditioning works in some, however not in others. Some nights are spent listening to extremely loud guests whom insist on banging on every single door in the hallway en route to their own room during early hours of the morning. On one occasion my room was accessed by an employee of the hotel hiring early hours of the morning, she was apologetic however. To be fair I stayed in the hotel for over 9 weeks and this happened once. Overall not a particularly bad experience, good staff, good location, excellent bar, however let down by below standard menu offerings (through no fault of restaurant staff, I'd seen what brilliant food they were capable of producing prior to the menu change) and sub par management.

  • 5/5 Alan G. 10 months ago on Google
The air conditioned room was very comfortable and the disabled facilities were ideal for my bad hip. There were no issues to report. There are no real issues with location either. However, when it takes you 20 minutes to cover the half mile from the Mackie Mayor, you wish your hotel was just that bit closer in!

  • 3/5 Jonathan U. 9 months ago on Google
rooms are a bit shabby tbh. they only get refreshed if you ask at reception next day. they're was a half eaten food try outside the oppo room when we arrived was still there next morning. wouldn't give it 4 star..3 at best.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Inn by Radisson, and it exceeded all our expectations. The impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, and the room's design and cleanliness were top-notch. We can't recommend this hotel enough for a delightful and comfortable stay. A special thanks to Ibrahim for everything he did for us. He was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. A true gentleman and an asset to the establishment. We will be surely staying here again. Thanks to all the team.
