I visited a friend at this hotel in March this year. I told the member of staff at the time that i have parked my car on site. He said it was fine. I received a parking fine, called up and spoke to a manager at the time who said they was going to waive it off and get it cancelled. I then received a reminder to pay for the parking fine. I called this hotel again and the manager re-assured me they will get this sorted. I have now received a letter to say they are instructing bailiffs to collect the money. I called and spoke to Nora who is the manager. Nora attitude was disgusting, wasn’t helpful or said no I have to pay for the fine even though I told her I have been told my the manager at that time they are going to waive it off. Nora was very blunt and said she isn’t going to help, it ain’t her problem and she’s not interested and put the phone down on me. I am actually disgusted how she spoke to me. As a manager I would have expected her to look into this and speak to the managers who spoke to me regarding this issue and help getting it resolved. Very bad customer service

Extremely tired these days and past it's best, or even it's mediocre. For the price, any Travelodge or Premier Inn will be better. Furniture and decoration dilapidated and my son had lice in his bed and had to have treatment after our stay. They moved him from the room, but the "executive room" they moved him too had equally dilapidated furnishings. Complained and supplied photo's of the lice etc., no apology or contact since?

Probably the worst Holiday Inn I've stayed in. It even beats Norwich for how bad it is. Usually, the staff help to make a shoddy hotel that little bit better. Not in this case. The whole hotel is tatty and in desperate need of an update. I'm not sure the lift will last much longer, it rattled and banged so much. When I went down for breakfast, the lady checking me in argued with me because she didn't believe I had paid (I had), and even went to check at reception, despite me showing her the receipt. The whole Holiday Inn experience is becoming a let down and Manchester is the biggest let down of all.

Was surprised about parking charge (which they waived) easy to deal with team. Had a great stay. Great room for a night in a business trip. WiFi worked. Desk. Plenty of plugs. Clean bathroom. See you again soon. All holiday inns need to think about their parking policy for bona-fide guests and paying meeting attendees. Also, even I found the breakfast poor - and I am no gourmet!

Booking in was friendly and easy. I stayed for 2 nights and booked in as a IHG member to gain my points. Hotel was clear, staff were welcoming, I was a single female, and they made me feel safe. A guest decided to play loud music, at 0400 I called security, and it was dealt with.

Very clean hotel. BUT! Very worn! Needs a refurb to keep up the standards of Holiday Inn brand. Customer service is spot on! Brilliant power shower.

For the price I cannot complain. The room was spacious and clean. The food was decent, although the chips were a little under. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially those working in the bar/restaurant area. Having to pay for parking was disappointing though.

LICE! Check in was pleasant and the staff are nice but as soon as I got to my room I wanted to leave it was unclean and run-down. After the first night I found lice in my bed which I reported to the front desk and they upgraded me to the executive suite which wasn't any better, only bigger. The seats were stained, sofa ripped and again unclean. I've noticed my head itch more and after using a nit comb i have found some. No refund and now having to pay for lice treatment.

The hotel is ok the rooms could definitely be of better standard The bed is very comfortable Room is clean.Yhe standard of fittings and decor is basic so for the money i much preferred a Copthorne Hotel in Salford Quays where for similar price a much better service room and general experience

The amenities are good but the room are a bit of a letdown. The control for the AC has broken buttons and could not tell what button did what.

My stay at Holiday Inn Central Park MANCHESTER was average . The property and infrastructure of hotel is just average . The rooms are small , beds are not comfortable . The food is just average and not above par . The staff is courteous , polite and helpful .

I liked it here! Came with the team for the National finals; dinner was good (the food was of good quality) and breakfast was nice! Loved the variety!

Stayed for 3 nights and a good hotel for the money. My room was more than acceptable and clean, a bit dated but clean. The rest of the hotel was warm and welcoming and again very clean. I have stayed in a few holiday Inn hotels and this is one of the better ones. Only issue I had was the doors being locked at 11 and having to ring a bell to gain entry, could do with a card system to get back in. Did feel like it invaded my privacy as they knew my comings and goings and I only wanted to go out for a smoke. Overall a good stay and slept very well, I didn't even hear the traffic noise from the busy road.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
