An excellent hotel. For a small fee I was able to check in at 11am which made my day much easier. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable - very warm. (I couldn't turn the heating down from 21.5 though). The breakfast was delicious. A good choice of hot food which was cooked perfectly. A true bargain weekend.

Room we slept in was clean and a decent big enough size. Breakfast was lovely but our struggle to sleep defeats all the good. It’s really hot and very hard to sleep at 27 degrees! Air con really needs to be installed as fan we had was utterly hopeless.

An ok Premier Inn but I wouldn't recommend staying here April - September due to lack of ventilation. The windows in the rooms only open 5cm and some ends of corridors have no windows which means the place is hot and stuffy even when it's not that warm outside. Stayed here the weekend after the heatwave. Temperature outside on day of arrival was max 18 as it was raining but the room was still unbearably hot and impossible to get a good sleep which was the only thing we needed. No, they don't have air conditioning but you shouldn't need that in the first place when it's only +18 outside. I won't be staying here again.

Rooms are spacious which gave me ample space for praying and to do my simple morning workout. Standard English breakfast is served. Reception staff are very friendly. Location was a bit far from my business meeting, but that was my choice.

Able to check in early for a reasonable fee. Clean comfortable rooms with brilliant sound proofing from the outside but not the person snoring in the next room. The bed was a bit high for my wife who's not so good on her legs but it was reasonably comfortable. I couldn't turn the heat down whatever I tried.

Standard premier inn. Nice enough staff. Hotel isn’t warm, stayed when it was 28 degrees. Had a room in the shade tho. Family room had 3 beds, 2 single & one double

It is what it is. A premier inn. Nothing fancy but good basic rooms. Bed great and shower is the nuts. Staff friendly and polite.

A great hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the bathroom was lovely, clean and all the things provided were lovely.

The only grumble is that it never had air con but they did put a fan in the room. On a hot night, it didn't do much but was still appreciated. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for me.

Worse hotel I’ve ever seen, the room is dirty and dusty the curtains very dusty, I’m really disappointed I went out for the whole day and the cleaner didn’t clean my room. No soap in the room, I wouldn’t recommend it

Fabulous location right near to Didsbury village and the lovely West Didsbury with its beautiful cafes and restaurants. We have stayed on three separate occasions so far and it's always been perfectly clean and tidy, we get a brilliant night's sleep in the beds which are super comfy and the staff are incredibly accommodating and really make you feel at home. We wanted to give a special mention to Aga, Chris, Drew and James who really go the extra mile and that makes all the difference - thank you so much!

Rooms too hot - came with a fan, but if you open the window for cooler air, the traffic noise is loud. Needs Aircon (fixing?) Fixtures and fittings in the room, however, smart and new. Staff friendly and helpful.

Rooms a bit too hot and with windows on the busy road it was not possible to keep them open during the night. Otherwise delivers everything a Premier Inn does

We stayed here in a family room on the 13 of August. Rooms are cozy. Decent restroom. During the summer nights rooms can be very hot and ventilator can't cool down the room. Free parking. Very friendly female staff. All in all we had a lovely stay.

Stayed there for two nights. I was given a Ground floor room with a "back-of-a-van view". Room stinked, self service, one staff member at Reception had an awful attitude! The two night stay was as expensive as staying in a 4-star hotel in normal days. I would only recommend it if your other option was to sleep in your car.

Great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one evening in July. Big car park and good location for West Didsbury. There was a warning sign when we saw a standing fan in the room. I don't think I've ever slept in a more over-heated room in my life. Even with the fan on all through the night, the heat was unbearable, and the windows only opened a tiny bit. It felt like trying to sleep while fighting off a fever. So sadly, I would not stay here again.

Rooms were of high standard. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good but restaurant seemed short of staff. Very convenient location although some traffic noise on one side of the hotel.

Unbelievably hot rooms with no air-conditioning. At the end of Sept peak daytime temp was 15C, room was 25C. Fans in the room are too noisy to use, and if one opens the windows then traffic noise is very loud. Guest relations at premier inn no use at all.

We arrived after midnight as our flight didn't land until 23.20. The night staff were very helpful as we were travelling with 2 autistic children. We were a group of 7 people and the staff were swift at getting us to our room. Check out was noon, so we had plenty of time to catch up on sleep.

We checked in over the weekend, 3 families, had no issues at all, the reception staff James was very helpful and accommodated any request we had. We came all the way from London and we felt welcomed and was a pleasure to stay.

Staff were really lovely here and check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. Downsides were that it was very hot and stuffy, also the pillows were too hard and we both had a pretty bad night's sleep from this. I'd assume that, if requested, we would be provided with flatter pillows however, we only stayed one night so never got round to this.

Rooms are clean and in good repair. Hotel was quiet. Disappointing breakfast. I use PI a lot and this was below the expected quality. They don't do butter, and a lower range of cereals than expected. I also noticed that several people struggled to reach the bread which was high on a shelf. Not accessible to many people with additional needs and needs sorting. Overall, a good experience let down by breakfast.

Lovely clean room and so spacious, bed was very comfortable and had an amazing nights sleep. Even had a fan in my room which was nice meaning I felt well catered for. Breakfast was lovely. Very happy!

Good hotel, nice and quiet if your room is the car park side. Rooms clean and tidy. Nice and friendly staff, who help as much as possible. Very pleased with the service. Good hotel if staying for a course at Siemens as its about 5 mins away I will return soon!

Very clean and comfortable room. Chris at the front desk was genuinely very helpful and went out of his way to help us with directions to a local restaurant. The hotel is attached to a beefeater and there is a great choice of restaurants and bars just 20 minutes walk away.

Nice hotel, had everything we expected for a Premier Inn. Fire doors within the hotel could be wheelchair friendly as otherwise it was a hazard as they are all manually operated. Our disabled friend found it difficulty in opening the doors but otherwise clean rooms and good friendly customer service from the lovely ladies on the front desk. Will definitely visit again.

Friendly staff. English breakfast is good, continental is very basic. Big minus: rooms are waaaay too hot. You're supposed to sleep at 31°C? Window blocks prevent you from opening your window more than an inch, so no air. Impossible...

Great place if you have early flight. Accessable rooms a real credit to Premier Inn. Booked us table for dinner, and had a nice fan in room, just great. Its not the Ritz but a great starting point for your holiday, with free parking during stay.

Room was clean and tidy on arrival, bathroom immaculately clean and could not fault. Bed comfortable, only downside was that pillows were slightly firm and I didn't have the best of nights sleep due to noise in corridors, surrounding rooms and outside.

I'm not reviewing a 5 star hotel I'm reviewing a Premier Inn, and this is the best hotel I've used in a long time. I booked a family room and actually got a bed and not a put me up bed cramped next to the double bed. The shower was the best hotel shower I have ever had powerful and really hot. The staff were really helpful, polite and friendly, especially the 2 on the night shift. The breakfast was excellent, and it was great value for money. Easy drive into the town centre. Will be stopping here again for definite.

Came for check in late after midnight. Doors was closed and receptionist kept me outside doors, till he found my booking details. Also i was asked to show my driving license and receptionist wrote down all details from them and not explained for which reason. Visiting a lot hotels because of my work, never nobody not asked for identity card. Breakfast in restaurant was cold and not tasty. Stayed in this hotel before and everything was fine.

Great comfy bed, clean, great night's sleep, lovely shower with shower gel, fluffy towels, hairdryer, tv,free on site parking, on site restaurant & bar. Fabulous breakfast with everything of choice you could possibly want!!! 24 hour reception staff. This is around the 6th time I have stayed at this premier Inn. around 10/15 min drive from Trafford Centre.

Noisy through the night with kids and people banging doors. I'd had a stressful day so needed rest and couldn't sleep very well. Was then woken again at 4am with people banging doors. Breakfast was fine other than at 6.30am I didn't appreciate having music blasting out while I at. I won't come back any time soon.

I did not stay at the Premier Inn as I live locally, but had a nice meal with friends in the adjoining restaurant. Have stayed at Premier Inn in Norwich and other locations in the past and they have been good.

Didn't stay here a single night but despite this they let me out of the cold and helped me get home by giving me a taxi number and a place to direct it to whilst I waited in warmth. Staff were excellent and especially kind. Thank you both to staff and Premier Inn on shift after midnight Sunday 5th feb 23 and early morning Monday feb 6th 23. My thanks again and gratitude. Andy

Worst hotel ever… they provide the slowest internet ever and make you pay £5 for 24h of “premium internet” which still not good enough to even watch a film on laptop. If you need to do work from laptop, make yourself a favour and choose another hotel. There is no toilet brush in the toilet, there is no shampoo provided so you can’t wash your hair as a woman, no teeth brush cup or towel rail. Very disappointing…

One of the better Premier inns I have stayed in. The room, being the same as all the others I've ever stayed in, it just felt a bit bigger, a bit better looked after. Possibly a bit newer? All good though.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
