Never
stayed
anywhere
like
this
with
the
worst
customer
service
and
security
issues.
Had
a
call
from
the
reception
desk
minutes
before
check-in
informing
the
family
room
is
out
of
order
and
replaced
it
with
two
double
rooms
310,
311.
We
checked-in
at
3:30
on
a
Saturday
and
went
out
for
sight
seeing
after
that.
When
we
returned
at
night
we
were
shocked
to
see
Travelodge
gave
our
room
311
to
another
customer.
Yes,
the
same
room
we
checked
in
at
3pm
that
day.
The
well
trained
staffs
ay
receptionist
did
not
even
have
a
justification
for
that
and
simply
gave
us
another
room
in
the
5th
floor
(521).
The
next
day
morning
we
realized
the
new
room
did
not
shower
gel
or
hand
wash
and
informed
the
desk
about
it.
We
stayed
there
for
one
more
night
and
they
did
not
even
bother
to
refill
the
shower
gel
or
hand
wash.
Pathetic
staff
and
management.
Gave
my
number
at
the
reception
desk
asking
their
manager
to
contact
me
as
they
were
on
holidays
and
no
one
bothered
to
ring
me.
Not
even
a
single
apology
from
their
management.
