I have stayed in numerous places in Manchester over the last 15 or so years, and this place was the best by far....just wish I had found it earlier! Superb value for money all round. The location is fantastic (surrounded by great amenities including numerous bars and restaurants) and central, with great transport links for if you want to venture outside the city centre (such as to the Trafford Centre etc) or to explore other parts of the north west (in easy reach of Manchester Victoria and Piccadilly train stations). The apartment itself was more than spacious with an extremely comfy bed and a completely quiet room - an excellent combination for a good nights sleep. The bathroom and kitchen were excellent too, with more than enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking throughout my stay. The staff were also extremely friendly, and helped create a family vibe which was a nice touch.

We as group of friends really enjoyed staying here overnight. Receptionist is very kind and helpful while we checked in. Apartment had enough space and the room was clean and tidy enough, plus the approach due to central location is a advantage. We would highly recommend to anyone who plan to stay in for a weekend or for holiday’s!!!

Super helpful and friendly staff. I'd mistakenly booked one double room apartment to stay in with my son but, the day before, realised my mistake and called them to explain the situation. They very kindly upgraded us to a two bed apartment at no extra cost! I honestly can't fault their customer service. THANK YOU!

If there is ever a sign that your stay is going to be pleasant, it will be the staff. As soon as I walked in, I was met by Alison. What a gem! She was so nice, friendly and approachable. I knew that I picked the right place. Will be using this place again. Thanks Alison and team.

Location is great and apartment is family friendly and clean. Unfortunately, the lift was broken and we had to carry 6 heavy bags to the 4th floor! To be fair the staff send a notice email in early morning of the same check in day and offered a free cancellation but it was to late to find another place to stay for big family. Also, The lady in the reception helped us be keeping one large bag in the ground floor. It was difficult two nights with my old mother and my little baby. I suggest preparing a storage room for customers luggage for future similar situations.

Darren (I think his name was) is an absolute GEM! Always happy to chat, SUPER friendly and willing to help whenever he could. Carried our bags up and down the stairs without even asking. Made our trek from Australia soooo easy. Much love, we will be back for Creamfields in 2024 💘

Booked for a day , found amazing place to stay in , which didn't expect to be honest as just needed a place to rest afternoon football match .Customer service was excellent , communication before arrival , help to park the car were exceptional, would recommend to consider for this place.

Update: you are right, she did say 45mins but then retracted and said she actually didnt know if there would even be an available room, which im sure you also heard on the footage! We stayed in the car as the travellodge was full and i wasnt about to go and attempt round two with a lady who was as much use as a chocolate fireguard! So let's be honest it's not embellishing, you double booked us and/or were disorganised and are now deciding to be rude about it. I dont know if they are booked out by different people but a group of 4 of us booked through Expedia and paid upfront. Check in 15.00 - turned up at 15.30 and was met by 'Alison' who said the room wasn't ready didn't know when it would be, and cant help us. She was ignorant, unhelpful and had no solution. Were pretty easy going wnd thought it was funny at first, even offered to clean the room or if there was anywhere we could get changed and just book in after we've had tea and thar was also a no. All of the hotels in Manchester were full by then so had nowhere to stay for the night and had to stay in the car. Still trying to get a refund now, shoddy business.

Such a lovely place to stay. Got upgraded to a comfortable, spacious apartment on arrival. Felt very safe, security guards so friendly and helpful, rang us taxis to airport and to many places around the city. Will definitely stay here again.

i stayed around a month ago, the apartments are very clean and the staff are friendly and helped us out on where’s best to go out for the night. however, prior to the check in date i didn’t receive any email/messages about my booking other than a confirmation. when arrived we had to pay a £100 deposit (which we didn’t know about) and the lift was out of order (also didn’t know about). i still haven’t received my deposit back or received any email stating if we’re getting it back or not. i’ve emailed and got nothing in return.

Rooms are great - comfortable beds, good heating, all equipment are well-checked and in good condition. The staff team is extremely welcoming and supportive with our requests and inquiries throughout our stay.

The experience is poor, the elevator cannot be used, we have children and use a stroller, and there are a lot of luggage, we need to climb the stairs, there are no toiletries in the toilet, the door lock handle of the room is about to fall off, it feels unsafe at night, and the lights are very dim , old, old sofa, almost none of the basic hotel services that should be provided, like an express hotel. It makes people feel very uncomfortable. Not really a 4 star hotel at all.

Great location, lovely staff that were really helpful. We came as a big group and arrived at different times and this was no problem to the lovely team. Initially we couldn’t close the bedroom window and someone came up immediately to sort it. Security deposit was required but we were made aware of this in advance so not a problem. There are signs of lots of wear and tear throughout the apartments but with a reasonably priced, city centre location, it was to be expected. Perfect for a weekend away to enjoy the city centre.
