Had a great time in this hotel. Very modern, great friendly staff and good locations. Gym could have been better which was a bit of a disappointment.

This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast Mon - Fri 6:30 - 9:30 am & Sat/Sun 7-10:30 am, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.

Wow what a lovely clean hotel. Stayed on the 16th floor, highest ever. Great views. Friendly and welcoming staff from arrival. Quick and easy check in process. Stayed in a suite with a kitchen. Everywhere was fresh and clean. No noise during the night. Breakfast was included and was very lovely, lots to choose from. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows too but slept well.

Absolutely amazing stay. We was greeted by the amazing Helena at the front desk who helped with our check-in. The suite that we had booked was spotless and the view we had was great, we could see across the city. The kitchenette was stocked up with all the essential utensils that you would need. All of the staff were polite and were on hand to help with any questions I had. We will be staying here again without hesitation. Thanks to Helena and the team at Hyatt House for making our stay one to remember.

I booked the Hyatt based upon the excellent reviews here and on various other sites - and it lives up to all of those reviews and more! The customer service was absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. The hotel itself was superb, everything is so clean and so well kept. I had the King Bed suite and it was beyond what I expected. Everything looked brand new and was so spacious, absolutely perfect for me and my family. I can not fault the hotel on anything at all. We requested an early check in as well as one of the top floors as the previous reviews all commented on the views - both were granted without any issues. We were on the 16th floor and the view was stunning. Absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Amazing stay at Hyatt House, I had the kitchenette room on the 18th floor, all kitchen utensils were provided along with coffee and milk. Bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up. YouTube on the smart TV lagged, but had the Bluetooth alarm clock for music. Customer service from every staff member was perfection, they all smiled everyday, it was nice. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay outside of Manchester city centre. I came for a respite break and that is what I got. Breakfast was freshly cooked downstairs. Gym had the essentials. The views from the 18th floor were beautiful. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in Manchester. Thank you to all the Hyatt staff members, you made my stay very welcoming.

Great self contained apart hotel, got a family room for 4 adults which comprised of 2 rooms, a one bed suite and a studio room connected together. Layout of the rooms are good and compact kitchen and sturdy furniture, though the dining table could do with more chairs (at least two, both rooms only had one). Bathroom is modern though on the small side, however in the one bed suite it is bigger though it seems we were given an accessable bathroom. Location is good for the universities and vibrant oxford road, lots of buses into the city centre. Would stay again.

Really nice hotel/apartments for the price. Great location, walking distance to places to eat/drink/explore. Parking is also conveniently next door and some free street parking available across the road. Rooms had all amenities and were fresh/new. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The hash browns were to die for! Such variety I’ve never seen at a hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay upon my return.

Checked in last night night exhausted past midnight and was helped by a very kind lady at reception. She tried upgrading me to the next tier (a standard suite) due to my World of Hyatt membership but couldn’t as it was full, and told me to check tomorrow (my phone did indicate availability though). Current room is fine but the bathroom has a mild odor. I just called down to reception and was told something completely different by whoever picked up, and that they could only move me for a charge since I am not yet a Globalist??? So it turned from an occupancy issue to a tier issue? First time I’ve been to Hyatt where they haven’t upgraded me as an Explorist; at first I thought it was maybe a UK thing but even the Hyatt Regency Blackfriars in London upgraded me before asking. Main issue is with the lack of consistency amongst customer service? If the hotel has decided that I cannot be upgraded then don’t give me the expectancy in the first place, or keep the word of what you told the guest! Will be staying at the Hilton instead next trip to Manchester.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. It was unexpected given the location, as it's in a student area. The room was perfect, a little warm, but otherwise great. The facilities were outstanding, we stayed in a suite, so we had a fully equipped kitchen, we were expecting a table and chairs too, since you get a full kitchen, but it wasn't an issue as we only stayed one night. The service from all staff was impeccable, the guy who checked us in was brilliant. I used the gym here, the facilities were some of the best I've used in a hotel. I especially like the security they have in place, with key card access only. We had a drink in the bar, I had on of their science cocktails which was delicious and my friend had a mojito, also yummy. The breakfast was by far the best bit about the stay. The choice was phenomenal! Overnight oats, coconut yoghurt, nuts, fruit, seeds! It was a vegans dream. They also did a full cooked buffet, which was amazing. They had so many different breads, cheese, they had mackerel and hummus. It was all perfect!

It's a good hotel with friendly receptionist and staff. The room is clean and the lobby is comfortable. There are not many varieties in the morning but they are delicious. If I come to Manchester again, I will stay in this hotel again.

Our room was really lovely and a delicious breakfast was served in the morning. Maid service came in and made our living area nice after a day out. Really close to the Manchester Museum.

My stay at the Hyatt House Manchester was a truly luxurious experience. The hotel exuded a sense of sophistication and elegance, making it a fancy choice for accommodation in the city. One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. From the lobby to my suite, everything was spotless, which added to the overall comfort of my visit. The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a wide range of delicious options. It was a great way to start the day and added to the overall value of my stay. However, it's important to note that this level of luxury does come with a price tag, and the hotel can be quite expensive. Nevertheless, the quality of the experience justifies the cost for those looking for an upscale stay in Manchester. I had the privilege of staying in a suite with a kitchenette, which was a fantastic addition. It provided convenience and flexibility during my stay, making it feel like a home away from home. Lastly, the view from the hotel was also impressive, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. In summary, I would rate my experience at the Hyatt House Manchester a perfect ten out of ten. It's a top choice for travelers seeking a fancy, clean, and well-appointed hotel with excellent breakfast options, even if it comes at a premium price.

Lovely hotel and staff are very polite and helpful, couldn't ask for more from them. The room was pretty standard but pleasant and clean! I expected slightly more for the price we paid but have no complaints about the room as was. The location is slightly out of the way of the way of the main shopping area of Manchester but was very close to our gig location which was nice. We ate in The Graduate restaurant attached and had the complimentary breakfast during our stay. The food was very nice and I'd be happy to eat here again.

Very friendly staff. Booked a room for one. They had no problems with bringing an additional person with breakfast free of charge.

Very convenient for Manchester University. Good room, tasty breakfast. The lack of on site parking is the only let down

Another visit another comfy stay. Initially given incorrect rooms but attended to very well by front desk. Great breakfast and friendly service. Bar service again a bit hot and cold. Not sure why but still to be made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff in there ?

This was our 4th stay and like always we enjoyed it. One of the best Apart Hotels in the UK. Excellent service, the lady (HIBA) at the breakfast counter is an asset to the hotel, she not only greeted us with a smile but is so good with kids. She took great care of all our needs and made our morning breakfasts special. Also, the hotel’s cleanliness is of top level. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a great experience of having a relaxing holiday!!

In the university area. As Manchester is rather small, one can walk from the hotel to most of the city center. The rooms are fairly decent in size and has built in pantry and any cooking that you may wish to do..... The breakfast was quite good by UK standard and had a good spread Happy to give more than 4 star if some of the desk staff were a bit more happy with their lot in life.

Checked out a day before my reservation ended to catch a plane home a day early. Then missed that plane (thanks Manchester airport). The hotel gave me back my room for another night without issue despite my earlier checkout, very friendly, thank you!

Our experience overall was good, clean and tidy room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with several vegan options available. We stayed in apartment room 1619 and it would have been great if the room had the following: -Sets of four items like mugs, glasses, cutlery and crockery -Spray and wipe for cleaning with a reusable cloth (a blue disposable cloth and washing up liquid were provided but the above would have been much appreciated too) -Tea towels (two would have been enough, had to use a towel from the bathroom to bring to the kitchen to dry my hands or dishes when not using the dishwasher) -More shelving in the shower (built in or attached to the tile) -A few more Vegan options for breakfast or having signs stating what it vegan as I had to ask if the hash browns were vegan and they are!
