Great and friendly staff who gave some great recommendations on food close by. The rooms were really nice with a comfortable bed. TV is a bit old and maybe needs an update and the shower is in the bath which I don't overly like. But was a nice place in a really good location and close to the tram network.

Nice hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Iron and ironing board in each room and a free safe to use for valuables. Also had tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only downside is that the TV channels were a bit boring, would be good if they had better movie channels, the shower temperature kept changing and could have done with more power sockets near the bed. Other than that I would really recommend this hotel.

Super awesome stay! Staff have been very warm and welcoming. The location is great. Safe and clean rooms. Even Room service was affordable and quick. They were nice enough to accommodate our weird room requirements. The lift was a little worrisome (we have a big stroller) but there was always a staff member around to assist us.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice location in the city, close to the Palace Theatre and many restaurants. Staff were welcoming and the room was very spacious. We had breakfast in bed, which was prompt and tasted lovely. I asked if they could do anything special for my girlfriend's birthday and they gave us a cake of pastries and party hats! There's a speaker in the bathroom, but not sure how it works.

Excellent location, rooms are clean, well presented and have all amenities. Fridge in room was handy as I was there 3 nights and could keep my own snacks. Shower was strong, water constantly hot. Bed to soft for my liking, but wouldn't let my personal prefence effect a review. Staff are friendly and helpful. Think the hotel is great value for money and I would stay again.

Pretty decent city hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. My three issues is the window in room was small, there is no parking (only reduced fare parking at nearby lot), and towels were not replaced by housekeeping over my four day stay. However, they did a great job cleaning the room daily.

Great hotel, staff excellent. One of my party disabled ♿ and staff were tops. Rooms were clean tidy and beds very comfortable. Bar had 2 for 1 cocktails which helped, only Down side was resteraunt menu, needs revision lacks something. Food was OK but not brilliant. Lots of local restaurants that were better but overall recommend it.

Stayed for 1 night for Manchester Pride 2019 and absolutely loved my stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and in the heart of Manchester and close to the Gay Village. The bed was comfy and I was pleased to see that little toiletries were provided for us. Definitely loved my stay. I have already booked to go again this year for 3 nights for Manchester Pride 2020! Looking forward to it!

Decent sized room. Cleanliness well. But service on the poor side. I reserved 2 rooms - one for 4, and another for 3. To begin with, telephones in both rooms don’t work. And we were only given two towels per room. And no shampoo and shower gel. I had to request for these items three times. Why do you have to make our stay memorable for all the wrong reasons?

I loved this hotel and I’ve stayed in most in Manchester! The location is perfect, across the road from china town (I’d recommend ‘try Thai’ restaurant for the pad Thai ever), it’s a 5 minute walk to bars like dirty martini and Alberts Scholls. The hotel lobby is stunning decor but what makes it so special is the staff! Every single member of staff was so happy to help you and Super attentive. Whilst the rooms aren’t a modern design, more Neutral/traditional, they are spotless, clean, big, spacious and have great amenities, the hair dryers are powerful (unlike most hotels) and the beds are super comfy!!! Definitely stay again just to see Magda and John on the reception again!

The hotel is located in a very strategic location. Very near to public transport, restaurants and tourist attraction. The room was clean and comfortable. Fairly good breakfast. But the front desk staff can be more friendly and helpful. The tone tend to be rude. They seem to be not welcoming the guests.

Great hotel, close to the main centre and 1minute walk to Chinatown. Very nice staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Lovely cafe and bar open to residents after hours. 2 4 1 cocktails before 9pm was a bonus. Key card operates lift and all access doors so security has been taken care of. Room nice and clean with all amenities. Would return.
